Abstract
본 발명은 리튬 공기 전지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 공기와 접하는 부분에 가스 확산형 양극을 포함하고, 휘발성이 적은 전해질을 사용함으로써 전해질이 휘발되는 것을 막아 전지의 충방전 특성이 열화되는 일 없이 장기간 사용시에는 안전성에 문제가 없으며, 유입되는 공기가 가스 확산형 양극을 통과하면서 보다 빠르고 골고루 공기가 제공될 수 있어 전지의 성능을 향상시키는 효과를 나타내는 리튬 공기 전지에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 리튬 공기 전지에 관한 것이다.
정극활물질로서 공기 중의 산소를 이용하는 리튬 공기 전지는 전지 외부로부터 항상 산소가 공급되고, 전지 내에 대량의 음극 활물질인 금속 리튬을 충전할 수 있기 때문에 상당히 큰 방전 용량을 나타내는 것이 보고되어 있다.
도 1에 이러한 리튬 공기 전지의 기본적인 구조를 나타내었다. 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 리튬 공기 전지는, 카본을 사용하는 가스 확산형 산소 전극을 양극(10)으로, 음극(20)으로는 금속 리튬 또는 리튬 화합물을 사용하고, 상기 양극(10)과 음극(20)사이에 유기 전해액(30)이 배치되는 구조를 갖고 있다.
이러한 리튬 공기 전지에서는 음극(20)의 금속 리튬(Li) 이 유기 전해액(30)중에 용해되어 리튬 이온(Li++ e-)이 되어 양극(10)에 도달하고, 양극내의 공기중의 산소(O2) 와 반응하여 산화 리튬(Li2O)가 되어 방전이 이루어진다. 또한, 이와 같이 생성된 산화 리튬(Li2O)를 양 전극간에 고전압을 인가하여 환원시키면서 충전이 이루어지게 된다.
충전시 : Li+ + e- -> Li 4OH- -> O2+2H2O+4e-
방전시 : Li -> Li+ + e- O2+2H2O+4e- -> 4OH-
종래 이러한 공기 전지의 경우 유기 용매를 전해질로 사용하였으나, 이러한 유기 용매의 경우 휘발성이 있고, 물과 혼합되기 때문에 장기간 사용시에는 안전성에 문제가 있었다. 또한, 양극으로 공기가 공급되는 과정에서 공기 내에 포함된 수분, 이산화탄소 등에 의해 상기 양극이 열화될 뿐만 아니라, 상기 공기 내의 수분, 이산화탄소 등이 유기 전해액을 통해 음극까지 전달되어 음극 내의 리튬과 반응하여 음극을 열화시킴으로써 결과적으로 공기 전지의 충방전 특성을 저하시키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 전해액의 감소나 수분의 침투를 막아 양극과 음극의 열화를 방지하여 장기간 안전하게 작동할 수 있는 공기 전지 시스템을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 이를 위하여 전자 전도성 물질을 포함하는 양극; 분리막; 리튬염이 용해된 유기 전해액; 및 리튬을 흡장, 방출할 수 있는 음극; 을 포함하는 리튬 공기 전지를 제공한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 양극은 전자 전도성 물질로 코팅된 카본클로스, 카본페이퍼, 카본 펠트, 또는, 산소 선택적 투과성 멤브레인인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 양극은 양극활물질로 작용하는 산소의 전기 화학적 반응이 진행되는 가스 확산형 전극을 포함하며, 이를 위해 별도의 집전체를 사용하지 않고, 전자 전도성 물질로 코팅된 카본클로스, 카본페이퍼, 카본 펠트, 또는, 기타 산소 선택적 투과성 멤브레인을 사용하는 것이 가능하다. 상기 산소 선택적 투과성 멤브레인은 종래 연료전지의 가스 확산층을 제조하기 위해 사용되는 멤브레인을 사용하는 것이 가능하다.
본 발명의 가스 확산형 양극은 전자 전도성 물질과 바인더를 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 금속 메시 등의 집전체 상에 코팅하거나, 상기 전자 전도성 물질과 바인더의 혼합물을 슬러리 상태로 하여 금속 메시 위에 도포하고 건조하는 방법에 의해 제조할 수 있다. 이와 같은 방법에 따라서 제작되는 가스 확산형 전극의 일면은 대기에 노출되고, 또 다른 일면은 전해액에 접하게 된다.
본 발명에 의한 가스 확산형 양극 전극에서의 방전 반응은 다음과 같이 표현할 수 있다.

상기 식 중에 리튬 이온 Li+ 는 음극으로부터 전해질을 통하여 양극 표면까지 이동하여 온다. 또한, 산소 O2 는 대기중으로부터 가스 확산형 전극 내부로 받아들여진 것이다. 상기 방전 반응에 의하여 생성된 Li2O2 또는 Li2O 는 양극상에 석출되며, 양극상의 반응 사이트를 모두 커버하게 되면 방전 반응이 종료된다. 또한, 충전시의 전극 반응은 상기 반응식(1), (2) 의 반대 반응으로서, 발생한 산소가 전지 외로 배출되고, 리튬 이온은 전해질을 통해 음극에 다시 삽입되게 된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 전자 전도성 물질은 카본블랙, 케첸블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 활성 탄소 분말, 탄소분자체, 탄소나노튜브, 탄소나노와이어, 미세 기공을 갖고 있는 활성탄, 메조포러스 카본, 그래파이트로 구성되는 탄소 재료, 구리, 은, 니켈, 알루미늄으로 구성되는 금속 분말, 폴리페닐렌 유도체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 가스 확산형 전극 중의 상기 전자 전도성 물질은 양극에서의 반응 사이트를 증가시키고 촉매의 분산도를 높이기 위해 입경이 40 nm 이하이고, 표면적이 1000 ㎡/g 이상인 것을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 양극은 금속집전체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 집전체로는 알루미늄(Al), 니켈(Ni), 철(Fe), 티타늄(Ti), 스테인리스 등을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 집전체의 형상으로는 박 형상, 판 형상, 메쉬(또는 그리드) 형상, 폼(또는 스펀지) 형상 등을 들 수 있으며, 이 중 좋게는 집전 효율이 우수한 폼(또는 스펀지) 형상을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 금속집전체는 상기 양극에서와 같이 전자 전도성 물질로 코팅된 것이 양극에서의 반응 사이트를 증가시키기 위해 바람직하다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 유기 전해액은 일반식 R1(CR3

2O)nR2 으로 나타내어 지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 일반식에서 n은 2 내지 10 이고, R1 및 R2 는 각각 독립적으로 H, 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 헤테로시클릴, 헤테로아릴, 알콕시, 시릴, 치환된 알킬, 치환된 사이클로 알킬, 치환된 아릴, 치환된 헤테로시클릴, 치환된 헤테로아릴, 치환된 알콕시, 치환된 시릴, 할로겐에서 선택된다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 R3 및 R4 는 각각 독립적으로 H, 할로겐, 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 치환된 알킬, 치환된 아릴로 나타내어 지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 유기 전해액은 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 테트라에틸렌글리콜디아민, 또는 디메틸에테르인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 리튬염은 LiBF4, LiClO4, LiPF6, LiAsF6, LiCF3SO3, Li(CF3SO2)2N, LiC4F9SO3, Li(CF3SO2)3C, 및 LiBPh4 로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 리튬염은 단독으로 사용해도 좋고, 복수로 조합시켜서 사용해도 좋다. 상기 리튬염의 농도는 0.1 내지 2.0 M 인 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 양극은 PVDF, Kynar, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알콜, 테프론, CMC, 및 SBR에서 선택되는 바인더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 바인더는 양극 활물질 입자들을 서로 잘 부착시키고, 또한 양극 활물질을 집전체에 잘 부착시키는 역할을 하며, 구체적인 예로는 PVDF, Kynar, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알콜, 테프론, CMC, 및 SBR 등을 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 양극은 Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, Ir, Ag, Au, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Mo, W, Zr, Zn, Ce, La 금속 또는 상기 금속들의 산화물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 촉매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 촉매는 산소의 산화 환원 촉매로서, 상기 가스 확산형 전극의 상기 전도성 물질과 혼합되어 도포됨으로써 산소의 산화 환원을 도와주는 역할을 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 일반적인 이차 전지에서 사용되는 분리막을 사용될 수 있으며, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 고분자 분리막 또는 유리섬유 분리막에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 음극은 리튬 금속, 유기물 또는 무기화합물로 처리된 리튬 금속 복합체, 또는 리튬화된 금속-카본 복합체인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 리튬화된 금속 카본 복합체의 금속은 Mg, Ca, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, As, Bi, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, 및 Hg 로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 리튬화된 금속 카본 복합체는 리튬화된 실리콘 카본 복합체 또는 리튬화된 주석 카본 복합체인 것을 특징으로 한다. 리튬화된 금속 탄소 복합체 전극은 리튬이 금속과 합금을 형성하면서 동시에 탄소의 결정 구조 속에 삽입되어 안정된 구조의 복합체를 형성하기 때문에, 충방전 과정에서 금속의 부피 변화가 적어, 이에 따른 사이클 특성이 저하되지 않고 충방전 용량이 향상되며, 초기 충방전시 비가역 용량을 제어할 수 있고, 안전성이 떨어지는 리튬 금속 음극을 대체하는 효과를 가진다
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 음극은 PVDF, Kynar, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알콜, 테프론, CMC, SBR에서 선택되는 바인더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 리튬 공기 전지의 형상은 특별히 한정되지 않지만, 예를 들면 코인형, 버튼형, 시트형, 적층형, 원통형, 편면형, 뿔형 등을 들 수 있다. 또한, 전기 자동차 등 대형 전지에 적용하는 것도 가능하다.
본 발명의 공기 전지는 휘발성이 적은 전해질을 사용하고, 공기와 접하는 부분에 가스 확산형 양극을 포함함으로써 전해질이 휘발되는 것을 막아 전지의 충방전 특성이 열화되는 일 없이 장기간 사용시에는 안전성에 문제가 없으며, 유입되는 공기가 가스 확산형 양극을 통과하면서 보다 빠르고 골고루 공기가 제공될 수 있어 전지의 성능을 향상시키는 효과를 나타낸다.
도 1은 리튬공기전지 구조를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 2 내지 도 8 에 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하여 전도성 물질의 종류를 다르게 하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지의 충방전 용량을 측정한 결과를 나타내었다.
도 9 내지 도 17 에 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하여 전해질의 종류를 다르게 하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지에서 충방전 온도를 다르게 하면서 충방전 용량을 측정한 결과를 나타내었다.
도 18 내지 도 20 에 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하여 바인더의 종류를 다르게 하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지의 충방전 용량을 측정한 결과를 나타내었다.
도 21 에 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지의 충방전 용량을 측정한 결과를 나타내었다.
도 22, 도 23에 음극으로서 리튬화된 주석 탄소 복합체 전극, 리튬화된 실리콘 탄소 복합체 전극을 사용하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지의 충방전 용량을 측정한 결과를 나타내었다.
이하에서는 본 발명을 실시예에 의하여 상세히 설명한다. 그러나, 본 발명이 아래 실시예에 의하여 한정되는 것은 아니다.
<실시예 1>
양극으로서 Torray 사의 TGP-H-30 carbon paper 를 사용하고 전자전도성 물질로서 아래 표 1의 전자 전도성 물질들을 사용하여 코팅하였다. 전자 전도성 물질 80 중량% 를 바인더로서 PVDF 20 중량% 와 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하고, 상기 Torray 사의 TGP-H-30 carbon paper에 1.0 ± 0.1 mg carbon/㎠ 의 밀도로 코팅하였다. 이후, 잔류 용매를 제거하기 위해 진공에서 100℃ 에서 12시간 동안 건조시켰다.

상기와 같이 제조된 전자 전도성 물질이 코팅된 gas diffusion layer(GDL)을 공기극으로 하고, 음극으로서 리튬 금속을 사용하고, 전해액으로서 Aldrich 사의 TEGDME 에 LiCF3SO3 염을 4:1 몰비로 용해시켜서 제조한 (TEGDME)4- LiCF3SO3 을 이용하고, 다공성 폴리에틸렌막의 세퍼레이터(셀가르드 엘엘씨사, Celgard 3501)를 사용하여 2032 coin-type cell로 제작하였다.
상기 실시예 1-1 내지 1-7 에 의하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지의 충방전 용량을 측정하여 그 결과를 도 2 내지 도 8 에 나타내었다.
도 2 내지 도 8 에 나타낸 것과 같이, 실시예 1-1 내지 1-7 에 의하여 제조된 리튬 공기전지는 500 mAh/g의 충방전 용량을 나타내며, 약 2.7 V 부근 방전 전위를 가지고 전지로서 충분히 작동함을 알 수 있다.
<실시예 2>
양극으로서 Torray 사의 TGP-H-30 carbon paper 를 사용하고 전자전도성 물질로서 수퍼 P 를 사용하여 상기 실시예 1에서와 같은 조건으로 코팅하였다.
상기와 같이 제조된 전자 전도성 물질이 코팅된 gas diffusion layer(GDL)을 공기극으로 하고, 음극으로서 리튬 금속, 전해액으로서 아래 표 2 에서 같은 전해액을 사용하고, 다공성 폴리에틸렌막의 세퍼레이터(셀가르드 엘엘씨사, Celgard 3501)를 사용하여 2032 coin-type cell로 제작하였다.

상기 실시예 2-1 내지 2-4에 의하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지를 상기 표 2에서 나타낸 온도에서 충방전 용량을 측정하여 그 결과를 도 9 내지 도 17 에 나타내었다.
도 9 내지 도 17에서 전해질로는 TEGDME 를 사용하는 경우 충전 전압은 4.0 V, 방전 전압은 2.7 V 를 나타내서 충방전 용량이 가장 크며, 충방전 온도가 50 ℃ 에서 70℃ 로 상승할수록 충방전 용량이 현저히 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다.
<실시예 3>
양극으로서 Torray 사의 TGP-H-30 carbon paper 를 사용하고 전자전도성 물질로서 수퍼 P를 사용하고, 수퍼 P 80 중량% 를 아래 표 3에 나타낸 바인더 20 중량% 와 혼합하여 상기 실시예 1에서와 같이 양극 및 공기 전지를 제조하였다.

상기 실시예 3-1 내지 3-3 에 의하여 제조된 리튬 공기 전지에 대해 충방전 용량을 측정하여 그 결과를 도 18 내지 도 20 에 나타내었다.
도 18 내지 도 20에서 바인더의 종류에 따라 차이가 있기는 하지만, 충전전압과 방전전압이 유사하게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있다.
<실시예 4>
양극으로서 Torray 사의 TGP-H-30 carbon paper 를 사용하고 전자전도성 물질로서 수퍼 P 를 사용하여 상기 실시예 1에서와 같이 코팅, 양극을 제조하였다.
음극으로서 리튬화된 주석 탄소 복합체 전극을 사용하였다. 레조르시놀(resorcinol, Aldrich) 28mmol과 포름알데하이드(37 중량% 농도의 수용액, Aldrich) 120 mmol를 혼합하고, 이 혼합체에 소디움 카보네이트 촉매를 레조르시놀과 45:100의 몰비로 첨가하였다. 얻어진 혼합액을 75℃에서 1시간 동안 혼합하여, 겔 형태의 혼합체를 얻었다. 얻어진 겔 형태의 혼합체를 상온에서 24시간 정도 에이징하였다. 에이징하여 얻어진 혼합체를 물과 에탄올로 세척하여 소디움 카보네이트를 제거하였다. 얻어진 생성물을 트리부틸페닐틴(Aldrich) 용액 (용매: 물, 농도: 37 중량%)에 하루동안 담구어 둔다. 그 뒤, Ar 분위기에서 700℃로 2시간 동안 열처리하여 주석 탄소 복합체를 제조하였다. 제조된 주석 탄소 복합체, 슈퍼 P 카본 블랙 도전재 및 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 바인더를 80 : 10 : 10 중량비로 N-메틸피롤리돈 용매 중에서 혼합하여 주석-탄소 복합체 슬러리를 제조하였다. 상기 주석 탄소 복합체 슬러리를 Cu 포일에 캐스팅하고, 얻어진 생성물을 100℃ 오븐에서 2시간 동안 건조한 후, 12시간 이상 진공 건조하였다.
진공 건조된 생성물을 적당한 크기로 자르고, 이 위에 리튬 금속을 올려놓고, 전해액(1.2M LiPF6가 용해된 에틸렌 카보네이트 및 디메틸 카보네이트의 혼합 용매(3:7 부피비))을 상기 리튬 금속에 골고루 뿌렸다. 이어서, 얻어진 생성물에 0.5kg/㎠의 압력을 가하고, 30분간 유지시킨 뒤 리튬 금속을 조심스럽게 제거하여 리튬화된 주석 탄소 복합체 전극을 제조하였다.
상기 Super P가 코팅된 gas diffusion layer(GDL)을 공기극으로 하고, 상기 주석 탄소 복합체 전극을 음극으로 하고, 전해액으로서 Aldrich 사의 TEGDME 에 LiCF3SO3 염을 4:1 몰비로 용해시켜서 제조한 (TEGDME)4- LiCF3SO3 을 이용하고, 다공성 폴리에틸렌막의 세퍼레이터(셀가르드 엘엘씨사, Celgard 3501)를 사용하여 2032 coin-type cell로 제작하였다.
이와 같이 제조된 리튬 공기 전지의 충방전 용량을 측정하여 그 결과를 도 21 에 나타내었다.
도 21에 나타낸 것과 같이, 실시예 4에 의하여 제조된 리튬 공기전지는 500 mAh/g의 충방전 용량을 나타내며, 약 2.5V 부근 방전 전위를 가지고 전지로서 충분히 작동함을 알 수 있다.
<실시예 5>
음극으로서 리튬화된 실리콘 탄소 복합체 전극을 사용했다는 점을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 4와 동일하게 리튬공기전지를 제조하였다.
리튬화된 실리콘 탄소 복합체 전극은 다음과 같이 제조하였다. 먼저, 입자 크기 5 ~ 15㎛ 인 실리콘 흑연 복합체를 준비하였다. 상기 준비된 실리콘 흑연 복합체 분말을 super P, CMC, SBR 과 각각 85:5:3.3:6.7의 중량비로 NMP에 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조한 후, 집전체로 구리 호일에 캐스팅시켰다. 캐스팅 된 전극은 110 ℃ 의 오븐에서 2시간 동안 1차로 건조시킨 후, 진공에서 12시간 2차로 건조시켜 전극 형태로 제조하였다.
제조된 전극은 2 × 2 ㎠ 의 크기로 자르고 Li 금속을 전극 위에 적층한 후, EC :DMC - 3:7 혼합 용매에 1.2 M LiPF6 가 용해된 용액을 도포하고, 적층된 Li 금속에 46 N/m2 의 압력을 30분간 가하여 리튬화된 실리콘 탄소 복합체 전극을 제조하였다.
이와 같이 제조된 리튬화된 주석 탄소 복합체 전극을 음극으로 하고, 전해액으로서 (TEGDME)4- LiCF3SO3 을 이용하여 2032 coin-type cell로 제작하고, 제조된 리튬 공기전지의 충방전을 실시하여 도 22에 나타내었다.

Claims (17)
- 전자 전도성 물질을 포함하는 양극;분리막;리튬염이 용해된 유기 전해액; 및리튬을 흡장, 방출할 수 있는 음극;을 포함하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극은 전자 전도성 물질로 코팅된 카본클로스, 카본페이퍼, 카본 펠트, 또는 산소 선택적 투과성 멤브레인으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극은 금속집전체를 더 포함하는 것인 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 금속집전체는 전자 전도성 물질로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 전자 전도성 물질은 카본블랙, 케첸블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 활성 탄소 분말, 탄소분자체, 탄소나노튜브, 탄소나노와이어, 미세 기공을 갖고 있는 활성탄, 메조포러스 카본, 그래파이트로 구성되는 탄소 재료, 구리, 은, 니켈, 알루미늄으로 구성되는 금속 분말, 및 폴리페닐렌 유도체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 전해액은 일반식 R1(CR3 2CR4 2O)nR2 으로 나타내어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지(상기 일반식에서 n은 2 내지 10 이고, R1 및 R2 는 각각 독립적으로 H, 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 헤테로시클릴, 헤테로아릴, 알콕시, 시릴, 치환된 알킬, 치환된 사이클로 알킬, 치환된 아릴, 치환된 헤테로시클릴, 치환된 헤테로아릴, 치환된 알콕시, 치환된 시릴, 할로겐에서 선택된다).
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 R3 및 R4 는 각각 독립적으로 H, 할로겐, 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴, 치환된 알킬, 치환된 아릴로 나타내어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기 전해액은 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 테트라에틸렌글리콜디아민, 또는 디메틸에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은 LiBF4, LiClO4, LiPF6, LiAsF6, LiCF3SO3, Li(CF3SO2)2N, LiC4F9SO3, Li(CF3SO2)3C, 및 LiBPh4 로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은 상기 유기 전해액 1몰당 2 내지 5 몰 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극은 PVDF, Kynar, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알콜, 테프론, CMC, 및 SBR 로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 바인더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극은 Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, Ir, Ag, Au, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Mo, W, Zr, Zn, Ce, La 금속 및 상기 금속들의 산화물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 촉매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극은 리튬 금속, 유기물 또는 무기화합물로 처리된 리튬 금속 복합체, 또는 리튬화된 금속-카본 복합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 리튬화된 금속 카본 복합체의 금속은 Mg, Ca, Al, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, As, Bi, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, 및 Hg 로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 공기 전지.
