도 2a는 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 제조된 양극 복합체의 앞면(양극 활물질)을 보여주는 사진이다.

Claims (11)
- 분산액에 양극 활물질을 분산시켜 양극 활물질 분산액을 제조하는 단계;
분리막 상에 상기 양극 활물질 분산액을 진공 여과시키는 단계; 및
상기 양극 활물질 분산액이 진공 여과된 분리막을 건조시켜 양극 복합체를 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분산액은 알코올이거나 이소프로필 알코올, 에탄올 및 부탄올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 알코올과 증류수가 1:3~6 부피비로 혼합된 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은 탄소나노튜브(Carbon Nanotube), 그래핀(Graphene), 카본블랙(Carbon Black), 케첸블랙(Ketjen Black), 아세틸렌블랙(Acetlyene Black) 및 슈퍼-P(Super-P)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 유리섬유(Glass Fiber), 산화알루미늄(Aluminum Oxide, AO) 및 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 전해질을 포함하는 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 분리막의 전해질은 리튬염 및 유기용매를 포함하는 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 복합체를 형성하는 단계에서 건조는 100~140 ℃에서 1~12 시간 동안 수행하는 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 복합체에서 양극 활물질의 함량은 3~20 mg/cm2인 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극 복합체는 두께가 150~450 ㎛인 것인 리튬공기전지용 양극 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 제조된 양극 복합체를 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 양극 복합체와 대향하는 음극을 제공하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 양극 복합체의 분리막은 전해질을 포함하는 것인 리튬공기전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 제조된 양극 복합체;
상기 양극 복합체와 대향하는 음극; 및
상기 양극 복합체의 분리막에 함유된 전해질;
을 포함하는 리튬공기전지.
