Claims (15)
- 弾性体を挟持できるように、互いに対向配置される1対の挟持部材と、
1対の前記挟持部材の一方側端部が連結され、かつ、少なくとも一方の前記挟持部材が回動可能に連結されており、固定対象に設置されるベース部材と、
前記挟持部材に備えられ、1対の前記挟持部材間において前記弾性体を押圧保持するための押圧部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする、クリップ。 - 一方の前記挟持部材に嵌合部材が設けられるとともに、他方の前記挟持部材に被嵌合部材が設けられており、
前記嵌合部材と前記被嵌合部材との嵌合により、1対の前記挟持部材の挟持状態が保持可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。 - 前記挟持部材が、板形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 1対の前記挟持部材と前記ベース部材とが樹脂材料により一体成型されており、
回動可能に連結される少なくとも一方の前記挟持部材とベース部材との連結部が、薄肉ヒンジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。 - 前記ベース部材から前記一方側に突出し、前記固定対象に係止される係止部材を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記係止部材は、
前記ベース部材から突出され、前記固定対象に対して挿通される挿通部と、
前記挿通部の遊端部に設けられ、前記挿通部の挿通方向に対して直交方向に突出する鉤部と
を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のクリップ。 - 前記押圧部材が、各前記挟持部材に1対として設けられ、
一方の前記挟持部材に設けられる各前記押圧部材が、前記他方の前記挟持部材に向かって立設され、
他方の前記挟持部材に設けられる各前記押圧部材が、前記一方の前記挟持部材に向かって立設され、
一方側の前記挟持部材の1対の前記押圧部材と、他方側の前記挟持部材の1対の前記押圧部材とが、1対の前記挟持部材間において前記弾性体を押圧保持可能としていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。 - 1対の前記押圧部材は、1対の前記挟持部材の対向方向に直交する方向に間隔を隔てて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のクリップ。
- 前記挟持部材が、台座部と圧接部とを備え、
前記台座部は、相対的に厚板であって、前記ベース部材に連結されており、
前記圧接部は、相対的に厚板であって、前記台座部に対して前記ベース部材の反対方向に向かって延び、
前記押圧部材は、相対的に薄板であって、前記圧接部に備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。 - 前記嵌合部材および前記被嵌合部材は、前記圧接部に備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のクリップ。
- 前記押圧部材が、可撓性板状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 少なくとも一方の前記挟持部材に設けられ、前記ベース部材よりも前記一方側に突出する弾性部材を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記弾性部材は、両方の前記挟持部材に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のクリップ。
- 前記弾性部材は、
前記挟持部材に連結され、相対的に不可撓性の基部と、
前記基部に連結され、相対的に可撓性の遊端部と
を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のクリップ。 - 弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材を挟持するクリップと
を備え、前記クリップは、
弾性体を挟持できるように、互いに対向配置される1対の挟持部材と、
1対の前記挟持部材の一方側端部が連結され、かつ、少なくとも一方の前記挟持部材が回動可能に連結されており、固定対象に設置されるベース部材と、
前記挟持部材に備えられ、1対の前記挟持部材間において前記弾性体を押圧保持するための押圧部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする、弾性体取付部品。
