- 分析装置用の試料データ処理装置において、試料容器が配置される試料容器用ラックの2次元画像を取得する撮像手段と、前記撮像手段により撮像された試料容器用ラックの前記2次元画像に基づいて、前記試料容器用ラック内に配置された前記試料容器の位置、及び前記試料容器に付された試料情報記録媒体に記録された試料情報を判断するデータ処理部と、前記撮像手段により撮像された2次元画像データと、前記データ処理部により判断された前記試料容器用ラック内における前記試料容器の位置及び前記試料情報とを記憶する記憶手段とを備え、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記試料容器用ラック内における前記試料容器の位置及び前記試料情報を外部に出力することを特徴とする試料データ処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理装置において、前記記憶手段には、前記試料容器が配置されていない前記試料容器用ラックの2次元画像データが基本画像データとして格納され、前記データ処理部は、前記記憶手段に格納された前記基本画像データと、前記撮像手段により撮像された前記試料容器用ラックの前記2次元画像とを比較し、前記試料容器用ラック内に配置された前記試料容器の配置位置及び前記試料情報記録媒体に記録された前記試料情報を判断することを特徴とする試料データ処理装置。
- 請求項2に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理装置において、前記データ処理部は、前記分析装置に設定された分析条件と、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記試料容器の前記試料容器用ラック内における位置情報とに基づいて、前記分析装置による試料分析動作が最短の時間で終了する分析動作方法を構築し、構築した分析動作方法情報を外部に出力することを特徴とする試料データ処理装置。
- 請求項2に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理装置において、表示手段と、操作者からの指令を入力する入力手段とをさらに備え、前記試料容器用ラックには、前記試料容器の配置位置を示すラック番号が予め定められ、前記データ処理部は、前記入力手段を介して操作者により前記ラック番号が入力された場合、前記撮像手段により撮像された画像に基づいて、入力された前記ラック番号に位置する前記試料容器の有無を判断し、入力された前記ラック番号が示す位置に前記試料容器が存在しない場合は、前記表示手段により、警告を表示させることを特徴とする試料データ処理装置。
- 請求項2に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理装置において、表示手段と、操作者からの指令を入力する入力手段とをさらに備え、前記試料容器用ラックには、前記試料容器の配置位置を示すラック番号が予め定められ、前記データ処理部は、前記撮像手段により撮像された画像に基づいて前記試料容器用ラックに付された前記ラック番号を判断し、前記入力手段を介して操作者により試料の分析条件が入力された場合、入力された分析条件を満たす試料を検索し、検索した試料の試料情報を前記表示手段に表示させることを特徴とする試料データ処理装置。
- 請求項2に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理装置において、前記試料容器に付された試料情報記憶媒体は、バーコード又はQRコードにより、試薬情報が記録されていることを特徴とする試料データ処理装置。
- 請求項2に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理装置において、前記データ処理部は、前記記憶手段に格納された前記基本画像データと、前記撮像手段により撮像された前記試料容器用ラックの前記2次元画像とを比較し、前記試料容器用ラック上に配置された前記試料容器から液体試料の液漏れがあるか否を判断することを特徴とする試料データ処理装置。
- 試料分析装置に、分析される試料をサンプリングして供給するオートサンプラ装置において、請求項1に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理装置を備えることを特徴とするオートサンプラ装置。
- 請求項8に記載のオートサンプラ装置を備えることを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ装置。
- 分析装置用の試料データ処理方法において、試料容器が配置される試料容器用ラックの2次元画像を撮像手段により撮像し、撮像された試料容器用ラックの2次元画像に基づいて、前記試料容器用ラック内に配置された前記試料容器の位置、及び前記試料容器に付された試料情報記録媒体に記録された試料情報を判断し、前記撮像された2次元画像データと、前記試料容器用ラック内における前記試料容器の位置及び前記試料情報とを記憶し、前記記憶した前記試料容器用ラック内における前記試料容器の位置及び前記試料情報を外部に出力することを特徴とする試料データ処理方法。
- 請求項10に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理方法において、前記試料容器が配置されていない前記試料容器用ラックの2次元画像データを基本画像データとして記憶し、前記記憶された前記基本画像データと、前記撮像された前記試料容器用ラックの2次元画像とを比較し、前記試料容器用ラック上に配置された前記試料容器の配置位置及び前記試料情報記録媒体に記録された前記試料情報を判断することを特徴とする試料データ処理方法。
- 請求項11に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理方法において、前記分析装置に設定された分析条件と、前記記憶された前記試料容器の前記試料容器用ラック内における位置情報とに基づいて、前記分析装置による試料分析動作が最短の時間で終了する分析動作方法を構築し、構築した情報を外部に出力することを特徴とする試料データ処理方法。
- 請求項11に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理方法において、前記試料容器用ラックには、前記試料容器の配置位置を示すラック番号が予め定められ、操作者により前記ラック番号が入力手段により入力された場合、前記撮像された画像に基づいて、入力された前記ラック番号に位置する前記試料容器の有無を判断し、入力されたラック番号が示す位置に試料容器が存在しない場合は、表示手段により、警告を表示させることを特徴とする試料データ処理方法。
- 請求項11に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理方法において、前記試料容器用ラックには、試料容器の配置位置を示すラック番号が予め定められ、前記撮像された画像に基づいて前記試料容器用ラックに付された前記ラック番号を判断し、入力手段を介して操作者により試料の分析条件が入力された場合、入力された分析条件を満たす試料を検索し、検索した試料情報を表示手段に表示させることを特徴とする試料データ処理方法。
- 請求項11に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理方法において、前記試料容器に付された前記試料情報記憶媒体は、バーコード又はQRコードにより、試薬情報が記録されていることを特徴とする試料データ処理方法。
- 請求項11に記載の分析装置用の試料データ処理方法において、前記基本画像データと、前記撮像手段により撮像された前記試料容器用ラックの前記2次元画像とを比較し、前記試料容器用ラック上に配置された前記試料容器または配管から液体試料の液漏れがあるか否を判断することを特徴とする試料データ処理方法。
- 試料容器にマーカーで付加された試料ID情報と、前記試料容器が設置される位置を示すラック番号を含む試料容器位置情報の読み込みを行うオートサンプラと、入力装置から入力されて設定された分析条件と、前記オートサンプラから読み込んだ試料の前記試料ID情報と前記試料容器位置情報を基にサンプルテーブルを構築し、作業者に提示するデータ処理装置を有することを特徴とした液体クロマトグラフ装置。
- 請求項2に記載の試料データ処理装置を用いて、
前記試料容器にマーカーで付加された試料ID情報と、試料の初期容量とを前記試料データ処理装置に保持し、分注を行った量から前記試料の残量管理を行い、分析プログラム、サンプルテーブルの作成時に制限をかける、または警告を出すことを特徴とした分析方法。 - 請求項8に記載の試料データ処理装置を用いて、
前記試料容器にマーカーで付加された試料ID情報と、試料の初期容量とを前記試料データ処理装置に保持し、分注を行った量から前記試料の残量管理を行い、分析プログラム、サンプルテーブルの作成時に制限をかける、または警告を出すことを特徴とした液体クロマトグラフ装置。 - 請求項2に記載の試料データ処理装置を用いて、
前記試料容器にマーカーで付加された試料ID情報と前記試料容器用ラックの位置情報の関連付けを行い、撮像装置から取得した前記試料容器用ラックの前記2次元画像データを操作者に提示し、前記2次元画像データ上の位置、または前記試料ID情報および前記試料容器用ラックの前記位置情報から分注を行う試料の選択を行うことを特徴とした分析方法。 - 請求項2に記載の試料データ処理装置を用いて、
用いる標準試料とするマーカーおよび未知試料とするマーカーを前記撮像手段から取得した前記試料容器用ラックの前記2次元画像データを操作者に提示し、前記2次元画像データ上の位置、または前記試料ID情報および前記試料容器用ラックの前記位置情報から分注を行う試料の選択をしてそれぞれ登録することで、前記標準試料のデータより検量線の作成と前記未知試料の分析を自動的に行うことを特徴とした分析方法。 - マーカーを含めた試料容器の形状を、撮像装置を用いて取得し、各試料容器の形状に対し試料情報や前記試料容器の位置情報の登録をPCなどから設定を行い、試料管理を行うことを特徴とした試料データ処理方法。
- 撮像装置を用いて取得した試料容器用ラックの2次元画像データから、試料容器の位置を取得し、前記試料容器のID情報とリンクさせることで前記試料容器用ラック内での前記試料容器の位置を取り込むことで、前記試料容器の大きさや形状、前記試料容器用ラックの形状によらない分注が行うことが可能なことを特徴としたオートサンプラ装置。
- 請求項23に記載のオートサンプラ装置を備えることを特徴とした液体クロマトグラフ装置。
