- the rear end surface of the side wall 60B is in contact with the front wall 20A of the insert 20.
- the invention according to claim 10 is not limited to this, and the side wall contacts the insert. It is only necessary to face each other so that contact is possible.
- FIG. 16 is a longitudinal sectional view of a vehicle headrest device according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 17 is a perspective view of a dilatant pad 60 as a head load receiving member according to the sixth embodiment.
- the dilatant pad 60 has a plurality of (from the center side to the rear side on the rear surface of the plate-like portion 60A ( Here, four leg portions 60C are provided. These leg portions 60 ⁇ / b> C are formed in a columnar shape, and their rear ends (tips) are in contact with the front surface of the front wall portion 20 ⁇ / b> A of the insert 20. And the urethane foam 26 exists in the area
- the deformation mode of the plate-like portion 60A can be easily changed by setting and changing the number and shape of the leg portions 60C as appropriate.
- the rear ends of the plurality of leg portions 60C are in contact with the front wall portion 20A of the insert 20.
- the invention according to claim 11 is not limited thereto, and the leg portion is an insert. It suffices to face each other so as to be able to come into contact.
- FIG. 18 is a longitudinal sectional view of a vehicle headrest device according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention.
- This embodiment has basically the same configuration as the first embodiment.
- the urethane foam 26 is disposed between the insert 20 and the headrest skin 28 at the front portion of the headrest body 16.
- the configuration of the dilatant pad 70 as the head load receiving member is different from the configuration of the dilatant pad 22 according to the first embodiment.
- the dilatant pad 70 is formed in a thin plate shape (sheet shape) by “d3o TM ”, and the plate surface (rear surface) is in contact with the front surface 26A of the urethane foam 26 between the front surface 26A and the headrest skin 28. Has been placed.
- the dilatant pad when a load from the head of the occupant is applied to the front portion of the headrest body 16, the dilatant pad is formed in a thin plate shape and disposed between the front surface 26 ⁇ / b> A of the urethane foam 26 and the headrest skin 28. 70 is cured. Since the dilatant pad 70 is disposed in a state where the plate surface is in contact with the front surface of the urethane foam 26, the load applied to the front surface 26A of the urethane foam 26 via the dilatant pad 70 is spread over a wide area of the front surface 26A. Can be dispersed. Thereby, since the deformation amount of the urethane foam 26 can be reduced, it is possible to suppress the back of the occupant head that applies a load to the urethane foam 26 via the dilatant pad 70.
- the headrest main body 16 is connected (attached) to the upper end side of the seat back 14.
- the invention according to claim 1 is not limited thereto, and the headrest main body 16 is not limited to the seat back. 14 may be provided integrally on the upper end side. In this case, the headrest frame and the seat back frame are integrally formed.
