在上述过程中, 双作用汽缸 2的升降均应缓慢进行, 避免过快地升降产生碰撞。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种汽车生产输送设备中的抬车装置,其特征在于: 所述抬车装置包括机架小车(1 )、 托架 (4) 及双作用气缸 (2), 托架 (4) 为托起汽车车身的框形结构, 托架 (4)通过双作用 汽缸 (2) 安装在机架小车 (1 ) 上。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的汽车生产输送设备中的抬车装置, 其特征在于: 所述抬车装置 包括四个双作用气缸(2), 四个双作用气缸(2)对称设在托架 (4) 的两条互相平行的边上。
3、按照权利要求 1所述的汽车生产输送设备中的抬车装置,其特征在于:双作用汽缸(2) 通过汽缸固定块 (3) 安装在机架小车 (1 ) 上, 汽缸固定块 (3) 与机架小车 (1 ) 通过焊接 方式连接, 汽缸固定块 (3) 与双作用汽缸(2)通过间隙配合连接, 双作用汽缸 (2) 的活塞 杆与托架 (4) 通过螺纹连接。
4、 按照权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的汽车生产输送设备中的抬车装置, 其特征在于: 托架(4)上设有橡胶托块(5), 在托架(4)升起的状态下, 所述汽车车身通过橡胶托块(5) 放置在托架 (4) 上。
5、 按照权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的汽车生产输送设备中的抬车装置, 其特征在于: 机架小车 (1 ) 的前轮采用万向轮, 机架小车 (1 ) 的后轮采用定向轮。
6、按照权利要求 1所述的汽车生产输送设备中的抬车装置,其特征在于:双作用汽缸(2) 的驱动气路通过两个二位三通气阀按钮控制二位五通换向阀换向。
7、一种应用于权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的汽车生产输送设备中的抬车装置的操作方 法, 其特征在于: 所述操作方法包括:
将装运汽车车身的吊具放置在抬车装置上方, 用锁止器锁止吊具;
控制双作用汽缸 (2) 顶起所述汽车车身, 使其脱离所述吊具上的定位销;
拉动机架小车 (1 ), 校正所述汽车车身上的定位孔位置;
控制双作用汽缸 (2) 带动托架 (4) 下降, 使所述定位孔与所述定位销配合; 打开所述锁止器, 移走所述吊具。
8、 按照权利要求 7所述的操作方法, 其特征在于: 所述将装运汽车车身的吊具放置在抬 车装置上方, 用锁止器锁止吊具, 具体包括- 将所述抬车装置放于悬链平台锁止器下方, 人工检查汽车车身是否定位不准, 如果是, 则用手动控制, 将装运定位不准的汽车车身的吊具放置在所述抬车装置上方, 用锁止器锁死 所述吊具上的升降爪, 即所述吊具被锁止。
9、 按照权利要求 7或 8所述的操作方法, 其特征在于: 所述控制双作用汽缸 (2) 顶起 所述汽车车身, 使其脱离所述吊具上的定位销, 具体包括:
观察定位不准的汽车车身的定位孔与所述吊具上的定位销的偏移情况, 手动按下所述抬 车装置上的双作用汽缸 (2) 的上升按钮, 四个双作用汽缸 (2) 同步上升, 顶动托架 (4), 同时将所述定位不准的汽车车身顶起, 并脱离所述吊具上的定位销。
10、 按照权利要求 7至 9中任一权利要求所述的操作方法, 其特征在于: 所述拉动机架 小车 (1 ), 校正所述汽车车身上的定位孔位置; 控制双作用汽缸 (2) 带动托架 (4) 下降, 使所述定位孔与所述定位稍配合, 具体包括:
用手动左右或前后拉动所述抬车装置的机架小车 (1 ), 以所述吊具上的定位销为基准, 通过目测, 校正所述汽车车身上的定位孔位置, 使其与所述吊具上的定位销位置一致; 确认所述吊具上的定位销与所述汽车车身上的定位孔位置一致时, 手动按下双作用汽缸 ( 2) 的下降按钮, 四个双作用汽缸 (2) 同步下降, 带动托架 (4) 下降, 将所述汽车车身的 定位孔准确地与所述吊具上的定位销配合。
