Description
Claims (16)
- 운전석과 트랙터에 장착된 작업기를 조작하기 위한 작업조작 장치와, 상기 트랙터를 주행하기 위한 주행 장치를 그 내부에 구비하고 트랙터 차체 상부에 설치된 트랙터의 운전캡에 있어서,그 바닥면에 중공부가 형성되고 상기 중공부를 중심으로 회전할 수 있는 중공축이 형성되며, 상기 중공축에 상기 운전석, 작업조작 장치 및 주행 장치를 고정 설치하여 상기 중공축이 회전됨에 따라 상기 운전석, 작업조작 장치 및 주행 장치가 회전하는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중공축의 전방 및 측면에 박스형 프레임이 연장 설치되고 상기 박스형 프레임의 각 단부에는 각각 상부로 돌출된 박스가 설치되어, 상기 중공축이 회전됨에 따라 상기 운전석, 작업조작 장치 및 주행 장치가 회전하는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 박스형 프레임의 단부에 상부로 돌출된 박스 중 전방에 돌출된 박스에는 조향 핸들이 설치되고 그 하부에는 페달들이 설치되며,상기 박스형 프레임의 단부에 상부로 돌출된 박스 중 좌우측에 돌출된 박스는 작업기 조작레버와 조작버튼들이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 페달들은 가속 페달, 브레이크 페달을 포함하고, 상기 브레이크 페달의 작동축이 상기 중공축 방향으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 페달들이 상기 박스형 프레임의 단부에서 상부로 돌출된 박스 중 전방에 돌출된 박스의 좌우측에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중공축에서 전방으로 연장 설치된 박스형 프레임 내에는 상기 페달들의 작동을 전달하기 위한 마스터 실린더와 케이블 및 호스가 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 중공축에서 좌우측으로 연장 설치된 박스형 프레임 내에는 작업기 조작레버와 조작버튼들로부터 인출되는 호스 및 케이블을 수용하고, 상기 호스 및 케이블은 상기 중공부 내로 인출하여 외부와 결합되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중공축은 수동 또는 자동으로 회전할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바닥면에 원형 디스크 테이블을 구비하고, 상기 원형 디스크 테이블은 상기 중공축을 중심으로 회전 가능하도록 하여, 상기 원형 디스크 테이블이 회전함에 따라 상기 운전석, 작업조작 장치 및 주행 장치가 회전하는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 바닥면에는 원형 디스크 테이블을 더 구비하되, 상기 원형 디스크 테이블에는 상기 중공축, 상기 박스형 프레임 및 상기 상부로 돌출된 박스가 고정 설치되어, 상기 원형 디스크 테이블이 회전함에 따라 상기 운전석, 작업조작 장치 및 주행 장치가 회전하는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 박스형 프레임의 상부에 원형 디스크 테이블을 더 설치하여, 상기 원형 디스크 테이블이 회전함에 따라 상기 운전석, 작업조작 장치 및 주행 장치가 회전하는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 원형 디스크 테이블은 수동 또는 자동으로 회전할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 바닥면의 특정 위치에 테이퍼 홀을 형성하고 상기 테이퍼 홀에 테이퍼 핀을 삽입하여 원형 디스크 테이블을 상기 바닥면에 고정하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운전캡은 엔진부 상부에 배치되고, 상기 운전캡의 일측 하단부에 일정 길이만큼 연장된 결합바가 형성되고 상기 결합바의 단부는 차체 프레임과 힌지 결합되어 상기 운전캡이 좌측 또는 우측으로 기울어질 수 있는 구조로 되어 상기 운전캡의 하부가 개방될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 운전캡이 어느 정도 기울어지면 더 이상 기울어지지 않도록 하는 스토퍼가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서,상기 운전캡의 다른 측 하단부에는 완충고무를 구비하여 상기 차체프레임과 고정 결합되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 운전캡.
