Definitions
- the coating film As in the case of conventional emulsion paints, after the coating film is dried, even if water droplets adhere to the coating film, the coating film does not bleed or dissolve, and the coating film is overlaid on the underlying coating film. Even if it is applied, the base does not bleed or dissolve, that is, it has resistance to water so that the base does not move, yet it adheres to the palette and paintbrush, and after drying it is removed by washing with water.

- An aqueous drawing material composition conventionally known as an emulsion paint is a kind of aqueous drawing material composition having water as a solvent, pigment as a colorant, and resin emulsion as a fixing agent. Then, after the coating film is formed, if the solvent evaporates from the coating film and the coating film dries, the resin in the emulsion is formed into a film, which is insoluble on the drawing surface, and therefore against water wetting. A coating film having resistance is formed.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems in conventional emulsion paints, and, as with conventional emulsion paints, even if water droplets adhere to the dried paint film, No dissolution occurs, and even if it is overcoated on the underlying coating, it is resistant to water so that the underlying does not move, yet it adheres to the palette or paintbrush and is dry.
