図1は車両用カバー装置20の全体構成を示す斜視図であり、図2は車両用カバー装置20を示す部分平面図であり、図3は車両用カバー装置20を示す側面図であり、図4は図2のIV-IV線断面図である。なお、図1~図3では、車両用カバー装置20は展開した状態となっている。また、図5~図7は車両用カバー装置20を車両10に取付けた状態を示しており、特に、図5はバックドア12を開いた状態における車両用カバー装置20の斜視図、図6はバックドア12を開いた状態における車両用カバー装置20の背面図、図7はバックドア12を閉じた状態における車両用カバー装置20の部分斜視図である。
センター巻取軸部34及びサイド巻取軸部44の位置関係について説明する。
センターカバー32及び一対のサイドカバー42の形状について説明する。
上記センターカバー32及びサイドカバー42の係止構造について説明する。
上記のように構成された車両用カバー装置20の動作について説明する。
なお、本発明に係る車両用カバー装置20の構成は、上記実施形態で説明した例に限られない。
Claims (7)
- カバーと前記カバーを引出し及び巻取可能に収容する巻取軸部とを有する複数のカバー巻取部と、
前記複数のカバー巻取部の前記各カバーが略並行状態で略同一方向に向けて引出されて略同一平面に沿って展開可能なように、前記複数のカバー巻取部の前記各巻取軸部を支持する支持部材と、
を備え、
引出された状態で隣合う前記カバーの側縁部同士が重なるように、隣合う前記巻取軸部が、相互に軸をずらしてかつそれらの端部同士がそれらの軸方向において重複するように支持されている、車両用カバー装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用カバー装置であって、
隣合う前記巻取軸部が、前記カバーを同一巻取方向で巻回収容すると共に、前記カバーの引出し方向に沿って相互に軸をずらして配設されている、車両用カバー装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用カバー装置であって、
前記複数のカバー巻取部は、
車両の荷室の車幅方向中央部を覆うセンターカバーを有するセンターカバー巻取部と、前記センターカバーの隣りで車両の荷室の車幅方向側方部を覆うサイドカバーを有する一対のサイドカバー巻取部とを備え、
前記センターカバーの両側縁部が、前記一対のサイドカバー巻取部の各サイドカバーの車幅方向中央部側の側縁部それぞれの上に重なるように配設される、車両用カバー装置。 - 請求項3記載の車両用カバー装置であって、
前記センターカバーの引出し方向先端側の端部に、車両のバックドアに係脱可能なセンター用係止部が設けられ、
前記一対のサイドカバーの引出し方向先端側の端部に、車両の荷室の側壁に係脱可能なサイド用係止部が設けられている、車両用カバー装置。 - 請求項4記載の車両用カバー装置であって、
前記センターカバーは、上方に向けて順次幅狭となる車両のバックドア用開口に応じて、引出し方向先端側の端部よりも幅狭に形成された幅狭側縁部を両側に有し、
前記センターカバー及び前記一対のサイドカバーが引出された状態で、前記一対のサイドカバーの車幅方向中央部側の側縁部は、前記センターカバーの両側の前記各幅狭側縁部に重なる形状を有している、車両用カバー装置。 - 請求項3記載の車両用カバー装置であって、
前記一対のサイドカバーの引出し方向先端側の端部に、前記サイドカバーを収容する前記巻取軸部の軸方向略中央で、車両の荷室の側壁に係脱可能なサイド用係止部が設けられている、車両用カバー装置。 - 請求項3記載の車両用カバー装置であって、
フロントカバーと前記フロントカバーを引出し及び巻取可能に収容するフロントカバー用巻取軸部とを有するフロントカバー用巻取部をさらに備え、
前記フロントカバーが前記支持部材と車両のリアシートとの間で展開可能なように、前記フロントカバー用巻取軸部が支持部材により支持されている、車両用カバー装置。
