Abstract

본 발명은 결착제 수지, 착색제, 이형제를 함유하는 토너에 있어서, 하기의 공정으로 제조된 정전하상 현상용 토너, 토너 조성물 및 토너 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다: (1) 하기 단계로 이루어진 현탁 중합 공정(S1); 1-1) 수상 분산매 제조 공정, 1-2) 중합성 단량체 혼합물을 분산·용해시키는 공정, 1-3) 상기 1-1)공정에서 제조된 액에 상기 1-2)공정에서 제조된 액을 높은 전단력으로 미립자화시키는 액적 제조 공정, 및 1-4) 상기 1-3)공정으로 제조된 미립자 액적을 라디칼 중합하는 공정, (2) 하기 단계로 이루어진 시드 중합 공정(S2); 2-1) 이형제를 용해·분산시키는 공정, 및 2-2) 상기 2-1)공정에서 제조된 액을 시드 중합시키는 공정, (3) 상기 현탁 중합 공정(S1)과 시드 중합 공정(S2)으로 제조된 입자를 서로 응집시키는 공정; (4) 상기 (3)공정에서 응집된 입자를 열에 의해 융착시키는 공정; (5) 상기 (4)공정에 의해 제조된 토너를 세정 및 건조하는 공정; 및 (6) 상기 (5)공정에 의해 제조된 토너의 대전성 및 유동성을 부여하기 위한 외첨공정.
