Abstract

La présente invention concerne un toner de développement d'image électrostatique qui contient une résine liante, un agent de coloration et un agent de libération, ainsi qu'une composition de toner et un procédé de production de la composition de toner. Le toner de développement d'image électrostatique est produit par : (1) un procédé de polymérisation par suspension (S1) qui comprend : 1-1) une étape de préparation d'un support de dispersion aqueuse ; 1-2) une étape de dispersion et de dissolution d'un mélange de monomère polymérisable ; 1-3) une étape de préparation de gouttelettes consistant à microniser le liquide préparé à l'étape 1-2) dans le liquide préparé à l'étape 1-1) avec une force de cisaillement élevée ; et 1-4) une étape de polymérisation radicale de la gouttelette de liquide à microparticules préparée à l'étape 1-3) ; (2) un procédé de polymérisation à semence (S2) qui comprend : 2-1) une étape de dissolution et de dispersion de l'agent de libération ; et 2-2) une étape de polymérisation à semence du liquide préparé à l'étape 2-1) ; (3) un procédé dans lequel les particules sont produites au cours du procédé de polymérisation par suspension (S1) et dans l'agglomérat du procédé de polymérisation à semence (S2) ; (4) un procédé de fusion des particules agglomérées dans le procédé (3) au moyen de chaleur ; (5) un procédé de nettoyage et de séchage du toner produit dans le procédé (4) ; et (6) un procédé d'ajout d'un agent permettant de fournir le toner produit dans le procédé (5) avec des propriétés électrostatiques et une aptitude à l'écoulement.
