Abstract

본 발명은 마크네트론을 이용하여 음식물을 조리하는 전자레인지에 사용하는 발열 용기에 관한 것으로써, 전자레인지의 조리실의 음식물이 고주파에 의해 조리되도록 마그네트론에서 발생되는 고주파를 일부 흡수하여 발열되는 발열 용기에 있어서, 발열 법랑 유약을 제조하고 법랑용 금속재질(저탄소 법랑용강판, 알루미늄, 스텐레스)의 용기에 상기 제조된 발열 법랑 유약을 도포하고 건조 후 유리화 소성하고 냉각하여 제조하는 전자레인지용 발열 법랑용기를 제작 함으로써 기존의 발열용기 제품(실리콘고무+페라이트)보다 고온에서도 견디며 높은 발열성능을 갖게 함으로서 고급화시킬 수 있다. 상기의 발열 법랑 유약의 제조 방법은 법랑처리에 상용되는 유약(유리질의 Frit)에 투자율이 높은 페라이트(MnZn계, MgCuZn계, NiZn계) 및 금속 연자성 재료 (Fe-Si계, Fe-Si-Al계, Fe-Si-B계 Fe-Si-B-Co 계, Fe-Ni계 외) 합금분말을 각각 또는 혼합 첨가하여 제조 함으로써, 전자레인지에서 마이크로웨이브(2.45GHz)를 흡수하여 열에너지로 변환되는 발열특성이 부여되는 발열 법랑 유약을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
