前記フェライト系粉末は、MnZn系粉末、MgCuZn系粉末、NiZn系粉末およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれ、前記軟磁性金属合金粉末は、Fe−Si系、Fe−Si−Al系、Fe−Si−B系、Fe−Si−B−Co系、Fe−Ni系、Fe−Ni−Mo系、Fe−Co系、Fe−Cr系、Fe−Cr−Si系およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれる。

商用されている琺瑯釉薬用のガラス質のフリット[SiO2、Al2O3、Na2O、K2O、CaO、NiO、CoO、CuO、MnO、BaO、F、B2O3などの組成]に粘土および亜硝酸ナトリウム(NaNO2)を下記表1に示すように添加された商用釉薬組成に軟磁性材料であるフェライトおよび軟磁性金属合金粉末(FeSiAl系、FeSi系)の種類および含量を変化させつつ添加して12種の釉薬の組成比を決定し、この組成物にそれぞれ別々に40Wt%の水を添加した後、アルミナボールミルを用いて平均100μmの粒子径を有するように粉砕して発熱琺瑯用釉薬の試片を製造した。

Claims (7)
- 金属製容器の表面に塗布して金属容器を発熱させるための発熱琺瑯釉薬において、
ガラス質成分の琺瑯釉薬(フリット)5〜75重量%、軟磁性粉末20〜93重量%、粘土1〜10重量%、亜硝酸ナトリウム0.1〜1重量%を混合してなる混合物100重量部に、水20〜50重量部を添加して製造された発熱琺瑯釉薬。 - 前記軟磁性粉末は、フェライト系粉末または軟磁性金属合金粉末を含み、
前記フェライト系粉末は、MnZn系粉末、MgCuZn系粉末、NiZn系粉末およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれ、
前記軟磁性金属合金粉末は、Fe−Si系、Fe−Si−Al系、Fe−Si−B系、Fe−Si−B−Co系、Fe−Ni系、Fe−Ni−Mo系、Fe−Co系、Fe−Cr系、Fe−Cr−Si系およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発熱琺瑯釉薬。 - 前記混合物100重量部に対して、0.1〜10重量部のホウ砂がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の発熱琺瑯釉薬。
- 金属製の発熱容器において、
ガラス成分の琺瑯釉薬(フリット)5〜75重量%、軟磁性粉末20〜93重量%、粘土1〜10重量%、亜硝酸ナトリウム0.1〜1重量%を混合してなる100重量部の混合物に20〜50重量部の水を添加して製造された発熱琺瑯釉薬を金属製の調理容器に塗布し、乾燥させた後、ガラス化焼成を行うことにより製造されたことを特徴とする発熱容器。 - 前記発熱容器は、電子レンジ用ピザ板、電子レンジ用トレイ、電子レンジ用魚焼き板、調理用トレイのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発熱容器。
- 前記軟磁性粉末は、フェライト系粉末または軟磁性金属合金粉末を含み、
前記フェライト系粉末は、MnZn系粉末、MgCuZn系粉末、NiZn系粉末およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれ、前記軟磁性金属合金粉末は、Fe−Si系、Fe−Si−Al系、Fe−Si−B系、Fe−Si−B−Co系、Fe−Ni系、Fe−Ni−Mo系、Fe−Co系、Fe−Cr系、Fe−Cr−Si系およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の発熱容器。 - 前記混合物100重量部に対して、0.1〜10重量部のホウ砂がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発熱容器。
