Abstract

Procédé d'obtention d'une structure à surface externe texturée (25, 23, 24) pour dispositif électroluminescent organique, structure comportant un substrat en verre minéral (2) dont la surface est pourvue d'excroissances (23') et de creux (24'), le procédé comprenant le dépôt d'un masque de gravure sur la surface (21 ) du substrat et la gravure de la surface du substrat autour du masque de gravure, et éventuellement l'élimination du masque, caractérisé en ce que l'une des étapes de préparation du masque de gravure consiste en la formation d'une multitude de nodules (60) agencés de manière aléatoire sur la surface du substrat et constitués d'un matériau ne possédant pas d'affinité avec le verre, et en ce que la structure subit après l'étape de gravure, un adoucissement suffisant des pentes des excroissances de hauteur et de largeur submicroniques obtenues par gravure jusqu'à former la surface externe texturée alors adoucie.
