Abstract
Description
まず、所定の形状にパターンニングされた配線を備えた絶縁性基板を有する配線シートの表面上に熱硬化性樹脂を塗布した。
比較例としては、上記の紫外線硬化樹脂の塗布および硬化を行なわなかったこと以外は実施例と同様にして位置ズレ量平均値および位置ズレ量最大値を算出した。その結果を表1に示す。
Claims (9)
- 第1導電型不純物拡散領域(2)および第2導電型不純物拡散領域(3)が形成された半導体基板(1)と、前記第1導電型不純物拡散領域(2)に対応して前記半導体基板(1)の一方の面側に形成された第1導電型用電極(6)と、前記第2導電型不純物拡散領域(3)に対応して前記半導体基板(1)の前記一方の面側に形成された第2導電型用電極(7)とを有する裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)と、
絶縁性基材(11)と、前記絶縁性基材(11)に設置された第1導電型用配線(12,12a)と第2導電型用配線(13,13a)とを有する配線シート(10)と、を備えた配線シート付き太陽電池セルを製造する方法であって、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の前記第1導電型用電極(6)が前記配線シート(10)の前記第1導電型用配線(12,12a)上に設置されるとともに、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の前記第2導電型用電極(7)が前記配線シート(10)の前記第2導電型用配線(13,13a)上に設置されるように、前記配線シート(10)上に前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)を設置する設置工程と、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の周縁部の少なくとも一部を前記配線シート(10)に接着する仮固定工程と、を含む、配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記設置工程の前に前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)および/または前記配線シート(10)に予め第1の接着材を塗布する工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記仮固定工程は、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の周縁部の少なくとも一部に位置する前記第1の接着材を硬化する工程を含む、請求の範囲第2項に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記仮固定工程は、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の周縁部の少なくとも一部と前記配線シート(10)との間に設置された紫外線硬化樹脂(20)を含む第2の接着材を硬化する工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記仮固定工程は、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の周縁部の少なくとも一部と前記配線シート(10)との間に粘着性テープを貼り付ける工程を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)は短辺または円弧からなる4つの角を有する略八角形の形状であり、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の周縁部は前記4つの角を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。
- 請求の範囲第1項に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法により製造された配線シート付き太陽電池セルを封止材(18)によって透明基板(17)上に封止する工程を含む、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 第1導電型不純物拡散領域(2)および第2導電型不純物拡散領域(3)が形成された半導体基板(1)と、前記第1導電型不純物拡散領域(2)に対応して前記半導体基板(1)の一方の面側に形成された第1導電型用電極(6)と、前記第2導電型不純物拡散領域(3)に対応して前記半導体基板(1)の前記一方の面側に形成された第2導電型用電極(7)とを有する裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)と、
絶縁性基材(11)と、前記絶縁性基材(11)に設置された第1導電型用配線(12,12a)と第2導電型用配線(13,13a)とを有する配線シート(10)と、を備え、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の前記第1導電型用電極(6)が前記配線シート(10)の前記第1導電型用配線(12,12a)に電気的に接続されるとともに、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の前記第2導電型用電極(7)が前記配線シート(10)の前記第2導電型用配線(13,13a)に電気的に接続されるように、前記配線シート(10)上に前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)が設置されており、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)と前記配線シート(10)との間に第1の接着材が設置されているとともに、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)の周縁部の少なくとも一部に前記裏面電極型太陽電池セル(8)と前記配線シート(10)とを接着する第2の接着材が設置されている、配線シート付き太陽電池セル。 - 請求の範囲第8項に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルが封止材(18)によって透明基板(17)上に封止されている太陽電池モジュール。
