Description
まず、所定の形状にパターンニングされた配線を備えた絶縁性基板を有する配線シートの表面上に熱硬化性樹脂を塗布した。
比較例としては、上記の紫外線硬化樹脂の塗布および硬化を行なわなかったこと以外は実施例と同様にして位置ズレ量平均値および位置ズレ量最大値を算出した。その結果を表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- 第1導電型不純物拡散領域および第2導電型不純物拡散領域が形成された半導体基板と、前記第1導電型不純物拡散領域に対応して前記半導体基板の一方の面側に形成された第1導電型用電極と、前記第2導電型不純物拡散領域に対応して前記半導体基板の前記一方の面側に形成された第2導電型用電極とを有する裏面電極型太陽電池セルと、絶縁性基材と、前記絶縁性基材に設置された第1導電型用配線と第2導電型用配線とを有する配線シートと、を備えた配線シート付き太陽電池セルを製造する方法であって、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルおよび/または前記配線シートに熱硬化性接着材を塗布する工程と、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルの前記第1導電型用電極が前記配線シートの前記第1導電型用配線上に設置されるとともに、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルの前記第2導電型用電極が前記配線シートの前記第2導電型用配線上に設置されるように、前記配線シートに前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルを、前記熱硬化性接着材を挟んで設置する設置工程と、
設置された前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルの周縁部の複数箇所の位置に対応して紫外線硬化樹脂を塗布する工程と、
前記紫外線硬化樹脂を硬化して前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルを前記配線シートに接着する仮固定工程と、
前記配線シートの1つに複数の前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルが仮固定された状態で加熱して前記熱硬化性接着材を硬化する加熱工程と、を含む、配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルは矩形の4つの角が短辺または円弧となっている略八角形の形状であり、前記周縁部の複数箇所の位置は前記4つの角に含まれる、請求項1に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法により製造された配線シート付き太陽電池セルを封止材によって透明基板上に封止する工程を含む、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記封止する工程は、前記熱硬化性接着材を硬化する加熱工程と同じ加熱工程で行なわれる、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 第1導電型不純物拡散領域および第2導電型不純物拡散領域が形成された半導体基板と、前記第1導電型不純物拡散領域に対応して前記半導体基板の一方の面側に形成された第1導電型用電極と、前記第2導電型不純物拡散領域に対応して前記半導体基板の前記一方の面側に形成された第2導電型用電極とを有する裏面電極型太陽電池セルと、
絶縁性基材と、前記絶縁性基材に設置された第1導電型用配線と第2導電型用配線とを有する配線シートと、を備え、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルの前記第1導電型用電極が前記配線シートの前記第1導電型用配線に電気的に接続されるとともに、前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルの前記第2導電型用電極が前記配線シートの前記第2導電型用配線に電気的に接続されるように、前記配線シートの1つに設置された複数の前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルと、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルと前記配線シートとの間に設置された熱硬化性接着材と、
前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルの周縁部の複数箇所の位置に対応して設置され前記裏面電極型太陽電池セルと前記配線シートとを接着する紫外線硬化樹脂とを備える、配線シート付き太陽電池セル。 - 請求項5に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルと、透明基板と、前記配線シート付き太陽電池セルを前記透明基板上に封止する封止材と、を備える太陽電池モジュール。
