 ECUは、評価値減少量D(-)を、1サイクルタイムΔTが経過したことに伴うリチウムイオンの拡散によるリチウムイオン濃度の偏りの減少に応じて算出し(S108)、評価値増加量D(+)を、1サイクルタイムΔTが経過する間の放電によるリチウムイオン濃度の偏りの増加に応じて算出し(S114)、ハイレート放電によるバッテリ劣化評価値Dの今回値D(N)を、前回値D(N-1)-評価値減少量D(-)+評価値増加量D(+)として算出し(S116)、バッテリ劣化評価値Dが予め定められた目標値Eを越えると(S118にてYES)、バッテリから放電する電力の制限値である放電電力制限値WOUTを最大値W(MAX)より小さな値に設定する(S122)。
