Abstract

 本発明は、MnとCo及び/又はAlとを含有するLi-Ni系複合酸化物粒子粉末であって、Co、Alが粒子内部に均一に分散し、Mnの濃度が粒子の半径方向に対して濃度勾配を有し、且つ、粒子の中心部に対して粒子表面における濃度が高いLi-Ni系複合酸化物粒子粉末に関し、当該Li-Ni系複合酸化物粒子粉末は、Co及び/又はAlを含むLi-Ni系酸化物に対して、Mnを含みCo及び/又はAlを含む酸化物および水酸化物を機械的に被着した後に、400°C以上1000°C以下の温度で熱処理を行って得ることができる。本発明のLi-Ni系複合酸化物は、熱安定性およびアルカリ度が改良されている。
