Abstract

 アクセルペダル11の操作量sを検出するペダル操作量検出部12と、トルクコンバータ2の入力軸と出力軸の速度比eを検出する速度比検出部14,15と、油圧ポンプ6の負荷圧Pを検出する負荷圧検出部16と、低速度段と高速度段とに速度段を変更可能なトランスミッション3の低速度段を検出する速度段検出部18と、少なくともペダル操作量sが所定値s1以上、かつ、速度比eが所定値ea以下、かつ、ポンプ負荷圧Pが所定値Pa以上、かつ、トランスミッション3の低速度段が検出された状態である速度制限条件が成立すると、原動機1の最高回転速度を低速側に制限する速度制限部10とを備える。
