Abstract

2速以上を用いたオートシフトモードで制御を行っている作業車両を、掘削作業を行うときにだけ1速に自動的にキックダウンするように制御する。 ホイールローダ1のコントローラ50は、変速機23が2速以上の速度段を用いたオートシフト制御を行っているときに圧力センサ62、63が検出した圧力が所定の圧力上昇をすると、オートシフト制御を中止して変速機23の速度段を1速にシフトダウンさせ、その後、予め定められた復帰条件になるとオートシフト制御に復帰させる。
