Abstract
【解決手段】コントローラ10はエンジン回転数に基づいて最大ポンプ吸収トルク及びエンジン出力トルクを決定するためのテーブル10a,10b及び10e,10fと、決定された最大ポンプ吸収トルク及びエンジン出力トルクを作業量モード時か省燃費モード時かによって切り換える選択部10c,10gとを備え、省燃費モード用のポンプ吸収トルク特性は高回転領域で小さめの最大ポンプ吸収トルクTBとなるよう設定され、省燃費モード用のエンジン出力特性は高回転領域において低めのエンジン出力トルクとなるよう設定されている。

Claims (4)
- エンジンと、このエンジンの出力トルクと回転数を制御する燃料噴射装置と、前記エンジンにより駆動される走行用のトランスミッションと、前記エンジンにより駆動される可変容量油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプの吐出油により駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記油圧ポンプの吸収トルクが最大吸収トルクを超えないよう制御する第1ポンプトルク制御手段とを備えた作業車両の制御装置において、
切換手段と、
前記切換手段の指示に応じて予め設定した少なくとも2つのエンジン出力トルク特性の一方を選択し、このエンジン出力トルク特性に基づいて前記燃料噴射装置を制御し前記エンジンの出力トルクを制御するエンジントルク制御手段と、
前記切換手段の指示に応じて予め設定した少なくとも2つのポンプ吸収トルク特性の一方を選択し、このポンプ吸収トルク特性に基づいて前記油圧ポンプの最大吸収トルクを制御する第2ポンプトルク制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記切換手段は作業量モードと省燃費モードのいずれかを指示するスイッチであり、
前記エンジントルク制御手段は、省燃費モードではエンジン回転数が高い側のエンジン出力トルクが作業量モードよりも小さめとなる出力トルク特性を選択し、
前記第2ポンプトルク制御手段は、省燃費モードでは、前記エンジントルク制御手段によるエンジン出力トルクの低下に合わせて、エンジン回転数が高い側の最大ポンプ吸収トルクが作業量モードよりも小さめとなるポンプ吸収トルク特性を選択することを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジントルク制御手段は、前記エンジン出力特性からそのときのエンジン回転数に対応する燃料噴射量を演算し、この燃料噴射量以下に目標燃料噴射量を制限し前記燃料噴射装置を制御することを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジントルク制御手段は、前記エンジン出力特性としてエンジン回転数に対する燃料噴射量特性を設定し、この燃料噴射量特性から決まる燃料噴射量以下に目標燃料噴射量を制限し前記燃料噴射装置を制御することを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。
