Abstract

 柔軟な設定を行うことが可能な油圧駆動装置を提供すること。可変容量型の油圧ポンプ10から吐出した圧油によって可変容量型の油圧モータ20を駆動し、この油圧モータ20の駆動を外部出力する油圧駆動装置において、油圧モータ20に対して出力トルクの上限値を設定するトルク上限値設定手段と、トルク上限値設定手段によって出力トルクの上限値が設定された場合に、この出力トルクの上限値に応じて油圧モータ20の最大容量制限値を設定し、かつ出力トルクの上限値に応じて油圧ポンプ10の最大容量制限値を設定する制御手段とを備えている。
