Abstract

 5価のリン化合物若しくはその溶液、又は前記5価のリン化合物若しくはその溶液とフッ化水素とを反応させて得られた組成物から五フッ化リンを分離・抽出して当該五フッ化リンを製造する五フッ化リンの製造方法、及び得られた五フッ化リンを原料として純度の高い六フッ化リン酸塩を製造する六フッ化リン酸塩の製造方法を提供する。本発明の五フッ化リンの製造方法は、5価のリン化合物若しくはその溶液、又は前記5価のリン化合物若しくはその溶液とフッ化水素とを反応させて得られた組成物を溶解させた溶液にキャリアガスを接触させることにより、前記キャリアガス中に五フッ化リンを抽出させて分離することを特徴とする。
