Abstract

 本発明は、保磁力向上効果をより高め、且つその効果のばらつきを少なくすることができ、しかもコストが低いNdFeB系焼結磁石の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係るNdFeB系焼結磁石の製造方法は、Dy又は/及びTbを含む粉末をNdFeB系焼結磁石に塗布した後に加熱することにより、前記粉末中のRhを前記NdFeB系焼結磁石中に粒界を通じて拡散させる工程を有するNdFeB焼結磁石の製造方法において、前記粉末が金属状態のAlを0.5~50重量%含むこと、及び、前記NdFeB焼結磁石中に含まれる酸素量が0.4重量%以下であること、を特徴とする。
