含フッ素化合物の製造方法
<技術分野 >
本発明は、工業的に有用な含フッ素化合物の製造方法、特には一 COF基を両末 端に有するジァシルフルオリ ド類、およぴフッ化ビュル基を両末端に有する化合物 の製造方法に関する。 また、本発明は、 フッ素樹脂原料の前駆体として有用なジァ シルフルォリ ド類を製造するために有用な新規な中間体を提供する。
<背景技術〉
ペルフルォロ (アルキルビュルェ一テル) 等の含フッ素モノマーは、耐熱性かつ 耐薬品性のフッ素樹脂の原料モノマーとして有用である。たとえば分子中にカルボ キシル基を有するペルフルォロ (アルキルビュルエーテル) は、 イオン交換膜の原 料モノマーとして有用であり、 ジァシルフルオリ ド類を経由して製造される (J. F l u o r i n e Ch em. , 94, 65-68 (1999) ) 。
また、炭化水素系化合物中の C— Η部分の全てを C一 Fにフッ素化する方法とし ては、フッ素(E l eme n t a l F l u o r i n e) を用いてフッ素化する方 法、または、 フッ化水素を電解槽中で電気分解することにより発生する生成物をフ ッ素原子源としてフッ素化する方法 (一般に電解フッ素化反応と言われる方法。 ) が知られている。また、フッ素を用いた反応には、気相法と液相法が知られている。 また、炭素数 16以上のペルフルォロ化されたエステル化合物を熱分解して酸フ ルオリド化合物を得る方法も知られている。酸フルオリ ド化合物は、対応する炭素 骨格を有する炭化水素系エステル化合物をフッ素ガスを用いて液相法でフッ素化 する方法で製造できると記載されている(J. Am. Ch em. S o c., 120, 7117 (1998) ) 。
また、ジァシルフル才リ ド類の一般的な製造方法としては、 ヨウ素や発煙硫酸を 使用する下記方法が知られている。

I CF2CF2CF2CF2 I + SO3 → FCOCF2CF2COF また、フッ素を含有しないジオールジアセテートを出発原料とし、これを 1, 1, 2—トリクロ口一 1, 2, 2—トリフルォロェタン (以下、 R— 1 1 3と記す) 中 で直接フッ素化反応することによりペルフルォロジオールジァセテートとし、つぎ にこれをピリジン中でェステル結合の分解反応を行うことにより、ペルフルォ口ジ ァシル化合物と CF3COFを得る方法が記載されている(US 5466877)。 また、 片末端に C F 2 = C F—を有し他末端に一 C O Fを有する化合物の C F 2 = CF-を塩素ガス等でハ口ゲン化した後に、 他末端を熱分解して C F 2 = C F— とし、 さらに脱ハロゲン化により C F 2 = CF—を再生する方法でフッ化ビニル基 を両末端に有する化合物を製造する方法も提案されている(特開平 1一 14384 3) 。
また、 KOCO (CF2) 4OCF (CF3) C 02K等のジカルボン酸カリウム 塩を熱分解することによりCF2 = CFOCF2CF2CF = CF2を製造する方法 が報告されている (J. Or g. C h em. , 34, 1841 (1969) ) 。 電解フッ素化反応は、異性化反応や、 C一 C結合の切断および再結合反応等が起 こりやすく、 目的とする化合物を純度よく得られない欠点があった。 また、気相で フッ素と反応させると、 C一 C単結合の切断が起こり、多種類の副生成物が生成す る問題があった。
液相でフッ素と反応させる方法は、気相法の問題を解決する方法であることが報 告されている (USP 5093432)。 この液相法に用いられる反応溶媒として は、 通常は、 フッ素を溶解しうる溶媒が用いられる。 し力 し、 非フッ素系の炭化水 素系化合物やフッ素含量の少ない炭化水素系化合物は、溶媒に溶けにくく、反応が うまく進まない問題が認められた。 また、従来の液相法は、 きわめて薄い濃度で反 応が行われており、生産効率が悪い問題や、反応には不利な懸濁系での反応になる 問題があった。 さらに、 低分子の炭化水素系化合物に液相法を適用した場合には、 反応収率が著しく低くなる問題が認められた。
また、従来のジァシルフルオリ ド類の製造方法では、原料の価格が高く、経済的 に不利である問題があった。 また、 ヨウ素や発煙硫酸等を使用することから、装置 が腐食する問題や、 反応試薬の取り扱レ、が難しい問題があつた。
また、フッ素を有しないジオールジアセテートを液相中でフッ素化しようとする 場合には、原料基質の分解反応が認められる問題があった。 また、 R— 1 13を使 用する方法は、 将来は実施できない問題があった。
また、従来のフッ化ビニル基を両末端に有する化合物の製造方法は、 2つのフッ 化ビニル基を形成させるために 2段階の反応が必要であり、熱分解反応の基質が入 手しにくく高価である欠点があった。
<発明の開示 >
本発明は、従来方法が有する問題を解決する目的でなされ、安価で入手容易な原 料化合物から短工程で含フッ素化合物を製造しうる方法を提供する。
すなわち本発明は、 下記化合物 (1) と下記化合物 (2) を反応させて下記化合 物 (3) (ただし化合物 (3) は、 フッ素含量が 30質量%以上であり、 かつ、 フ ッ素化されうる水素原子または不飽和結合を有する化合物である。 ) とし、該ィ匕合 物 (3) を液相中でフッ素化して下記化合物 (4) とし、 つぎに該化合物 (4) の EFの切断反応により化合物 (5) および/または化合物 (6) を得ることを特徴 とする含フッ素化合物の製造方法を提供する。

<発明を実施するための最良の形態 >
本明細書における有機基とは、炭素原子を必須とする基をいい、飽和の基であつ ても不飽和の基であってもよい。 フッ素化される有機基としては、 フッ素原子に置 換されうる原子 (たとえば、炭素原子に結合する水素原子) 、 フッ素原子に置換さ れうる原子団(たとえば、炭素一炭素不飽和二重結合である一 C F = C F—はフッ 素化反応によって CF2CF2—になる。 炭素一炭素不飽和三重結合である一 C≡ C—はフッ素化反応によって CF2CF2—または _CF = CF—になる。 ) 等が 挙げられる。本発明における有機基は、フッ素化反応時に用いる液相への溶解性の 観点から、その炭素数が 1〜20であるのが好ましく、特に炭素数が 1〜10であ るのが好ましい。
1価有機基としては、 1価炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有 1価炭化水素基、ハロゲ ン化 1価炭化水素基、 またはハロゲン化(ヘテロ原子含有 1価炭化水素)基が好ま しい。 2価有機基としては、 2価炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有 2価炭化水素基、 ハ ロゲン化 2価炭化水素基、 またはハロゲン化 (ヘテロ原子含有 2価炭化水素)基が 好ましい。
炭化水素基とは、炭素原子と水素原子からなる基であり、炭化水素基は、 フッ素 化反応時の液相への溶解性等の点から炭素数が 1〜 20であるのが好ましく、 1〜 1 0であるのが特に好ましい。 炭化水素基中には、炭素一炭素結合として、単結合 や不飽和結合が存在しうる。炭化水素基としては、脂肪族炭化水素基であっても芳 香族炭化水素基であってもよく、脂肪族炭化水素基が好ましい。脂肪族炭化水素基 の構造は、 直鎖構造、分岐構造、環構造、 または部分的に環構造を有する構造が挙 げられる。有機基としては、該基中の炭素一炭素結合が単結合のみからなる飽和の 基が好ましい。
炭化水素基が 1価飽和炭化水素基である場合、 アルキル基、 シクロアルキル基、 または環部分を有する 1価飽和炭化水素基(たとえば、 シク口アルキル基、 シク口 アルキルアルキル基、 またはビシクロアルキル基、 脂環式スピロ構造を有する基、 またはこれらの基を部分構造とする基)等が挙げられ、 アルキル基が好ましレ、。脂 肪族炭化水素基が不飽和の基である場合には、 1価芳香族炭化水素基が好ましく、 フエニル基、 ァリール基、 または置換基を有するこれらの基が特に好ましい。 脂肪族炭化水素基が 2価飽和炭化水素基である場合、上記 1価飽和炭化水素基の 水素原子の 1個が結合手となった基が挙げられ、アルキレン基、シクロアルキレン 基、 または環部分を有する 2価飽和炭化水素基 (たとえば、 シクロアルキル基、 ビ シクロアルキル基、および脂環式スピロ構造を有する 1価基から選ばれる基を部分 構造とする 2価飽和炭化水素基。 シクロアルキレン基。 ビシクロアルキレン基。 シ クロアルキレン基またはビシクロアルキレン基を部分構造とする 2価飽和炭化水 素基。)等が挙げられ、アルキレン基が好ましい。 2価芳香族炭化水素基としては、 フエ二レン基、 ァリーレン基、 または置換基を有するこれらの基が好ましい。 本明細書におけるハロゲン原子としては、 フッ素原子、塩素原子、臭素原子、 ま たはョゥ素原子であり、フッ素原子、塩素原子、または臭素原子が好ましい。また、 ハロゲン化基とは、 フッ素原子、塩素原子、 臭素原子、 およびヨウ素原子から選ば れる少なくとも 1種のハロゲン原子により、基中に存在する水素原子の 1個以上が ハロゲン置換された基をいい、水素原子が存在する基であっても、存在しない基で あってもよレ、。部分ハロゲン化基とは、基中に存在する水素原子の一部がハロゲン 置換された基をいい、 ハロゲン原子に置換されない水素原子が存在する基である。 ベルハ口ゲン化基とは、基中に存在する実質的に全ての水素原子がハ口ゲン置換さ れた基をいい、 実質的に水素原子が存在しない基である。 なお、 ペルフルォロ (部 分フルォロ 1価飽和炭化水素)基は、ペルフルォロ 1価飽和炭化水素基と同じ基で ある。 ハロゲン化、 部分ハロゲン化、 ペルハロゲン化におけるこれらの意味は、 フ ルォロ、部分フルォロ、部分ク口口、ペルフルォロ等にぉ 、ても同様の意味である。 本明細書におけるハロゲン化炭化水素基とは、炭化水素基中の水素原子の 1個以 上がハロゲン原子に置換された基であり、ハロゲン化アルキル基が好ましい。ハロ ゲン化アルキル基中のハロゲン原子としては、 フッ素原子、塩素原子、 または臭素 原子が好ましい。 また、 部分ハロゲン化 1価飽和炭化水素基としては、部分ハロゲ ン化アルキル基が好ましい。ペルハロゲン化 1価飽和炭化水素基としては、ペルハ ロゲン化アルキル基が好ましい。ペルハロゲン化アルキル基中のハロゲン原子とし ては、 フッ素原子のみである力 フッ素原子とフッ素原子以外のハロゲン原子 (好 ましくは、 塩素原子) からなるのが好ましい。
ハロゲン化 2価飽和炭化水素基とは、 2価飽和炭化水素基中の水素原子の 1個以 上がハロゲン原子に置換された基であり、ハロゲン化アルキレン基が好ましレ、。 ノヽ ロゲン化アルキレン基中のハロゲン原子としては、 フッ素原子、塩素原子、 または 臭素原子が好ましい。部分ハロゲン化 2価飽和炭化水素基としては、部分ハロゲン 化アルキレン基が好ましい。ペルハロゲン化 2価飽和炭化水素基としては、ベルハ ロゲン化アルキレン基が好ましい。ペルハロゲン化アルキレン基中のハロゲン原子 としては、 フッ素原子のみであるか、 フッ素原子とフッ素原子以外のハロゲン原子 (好ましくは、 塩素原子) からなるのが好ましい。
本明細書におけるヘテロ原子含有飽和炭化水素基とは、フッ素化反応により変化 しないへテロ原子またはフッ素化反応により変化しないへテロ原子団を含む飽和 炭化水素基である。 フッ素化反応により変化しない 2価へテロ原子としては、エー テル性酸素原子が好ましく、フッ素化反応により変化しない 2価へテロ原子団とし ては、 一 C一 C (O) 一 C一、 一 C— S O 2 _ C—等が挙げられる。
ヘテロ原子含有 1価飽和炭化水素基としては、炭素一炭素結合間にエーテル性酸 素原子が挿入されたアルキル基、または、炭素一炭素結合間にエーテル性酸素原子 が挿入されたシクロアルキル基等が挙げられ(ただし、基中のエーテル性酸素原子 は 1個であっても 2個以上であってもよい)、特にアルコキシアルキル基が好まし レ、。
ヘテロ原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素基としては、炭素一炭素結合間ゃ該基の結合末 端にエーテル性酸素原子が挿入されたアルキレン基、または、炭素一炭素結合間に エーテル性酸素原子が挿入されたシクロアルキレン基等が挙げられ、特にォキシァ ルキレン基、 または、 ポリオキシアルキレン基、 が好ましい。
ハロゲン化(ヘテロ原子含有 1価飽和炭化水素)基としては、前記へテロ原子含 有 1価飽和炭化水素基中の水素原子の 1個以上がハロゲン原子に置換された基で あり、 ハロゲン化 (アルコキシアルキル) 基が好ましい。
ハ口ゲン化(へテ口原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素)基としては、前記へテ口原子含 有 2価飽和炭化水素基中の水素原子の 1個以上がハ口ゲン原子に置換された基で あり、 ハロゲン化 (ォキシアルキレン) 基、 ハロゲン化 (ポリオキシア^キレン) 基が好ましい。
これらの基の具体例としては、 以下の具体的な化合物中の基が挙げられる。 化合物 (1 ) 中の RAは RA Fと同一の含フッ素 2価有機基またはフッ素化反応に よって RA Fになる 2価有機基である。 RAの炭素数は 1〜2 0が好ましく、 1〜1 0が特に好ましい。 RAは直鎖構造であっても、 分岐構造であっても、 環構造であ つても、 部分的に環を有する構造であってもよい。
RAは、 2価飽和炭化水素基、 ハロゲン化 2価飽和炭化水素基、 ヘテロ原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素基、 またはハロゲン化(ヘテロ原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素)基で あるのが好ましく、水素原子を含有するこれらの基であるのが好ましい。 さらに R Aは下記 RAFとは異なる基、すなわち、 フッ素化反応によって RAFとなる基である のが好ましい。
RAが水素原子を含有する基である場合、 2価飽和炭化水素基、 部分ハロゲン化 2価飽和炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素基、部分ハロゲン化 (へテ 口原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素)基が好ましく、 アルキレン基、部分フルォロアルキ レン基、部分フルォロ (部分クロ口アルキレン) 基、 エーテル性酸素原子を含有す るアルキレン基(たとえばォキシアルキレン基) 、 エーテル性酸素原子を含有する 部分フルォロアルキレン基(たとえば、部分フルォロォキシアルキレン基) 、 エー テル性酸素原子を含有する部分フルォロ (部分クロ口アルキレン) 基 (たとえば、 部分フルォロ (部分クロ口ォキシアルキレン) 基) が好ましい。 エーテル性酸素原 子は、 炭素一炭素原子間、 E 1との結合末端、 および E 2との結合末端から選ばれ る 1力所以上に挿入されるのが好ましい。
また、 RAが上記以外の基である場合には、 目的とする RA F中のフッ素原子を、 フッ素化反応によりフッ素原子になりうる 1価へテロ原子団(たとえば、カルボキ シル基等)に置換した基(たとえば、アルキレン基の炭素一炭素結合間に一 C (O) 一が挿入された基等) や、 目的とする RAF中の炭素一炭素単結合の 1つ以上を、 炭素一炭素二重結合または炭素一炭素三重結合に置換した基であるのが好ましい。 炭素一炭素二重結合を形成する炭素原子には、水素原子またはフッ素原子が結合 しているのが好ましく、水素原子が結合しているのが好ましい。不飽和結合を形成 する炭素原子には、液相中でのフッ素化反応によって、 フッ素原子が付加し、水素 原子はフッ素原子に置換される。 たとえば、 フエ二レシ基は、 フッ素化反応により ペルフルォロシクロへキシレン基に変化しうる。 このような基の具体例としては、 シクロへキセニレン基、 フエ二レン基、 ァ /レケニレン基、 またはァノレキニレン基等 が挙げられる。
化合物 (1 ) 中の E 1は、 E 2と反応して 2価連結基 (E ) を形成する反応性基 である。 該 2価連結基 (E ) は、 フッ素化反応により変化する基であってもしない 基であってもよい。 2価連結基 (E) としては、 一 CH2OCO—または一 CH2〇S〇2— (ただ し、 これらの基の向きは限定されない。 ) 等が好ましく、 特に一 CH2OCO—が 目的化合物の有用性の点から好ましい。 Eが該好ましい基である場合の E1および E2としては、 それぞれ、 —方が一 CH2OHであり、 他方が— COX (Xはハロ ゲン原子) または一 so 2Xである場合が挙げられる。
以下、 2価連結基 (E) がー CH2OCO—である場合を例に挙げて詳述する。 本発明においては、 目的とする化合物 (5) の RAFに対応する炭素骨格を有す る基 (RA) を有する化合物.(1) を用いて、 本発明の反応を行うことにより、 従 来は入手が困難であった化合物( 5 )を製造できる。本発明で採用できる化合物( 1 ) の構造は特に限定されない。
従来は入手が困難であった化合物 (5) の例としては、 RAFの構造が複雑であ る化合物 (5) 、 フッ素化反応により多種類の副生物が生じる低分子量のフッ素化 物 (5) が挙げられ、 低分子量の化合物 (5) としては、 分子量が 200以下 (好 ましくは分子量が 50〜200) である化合物 (1) のフッ素化物が挙げられる。 すなわち、 分子量 200以下の化合物 (1) を用いて行う本発明方法は、 好ましい 態様の一つである。
化合物 (1) としては、 E1がー CH2OHである下記化合物 (1一 1) が好ま しく、 特に RAが RAH1である下記化合物 (1— 10) が好ましく、 RAが RAH2で ある下記化合物 (1— 11) がとりわけ好ましい。

ただし、 RAは、 化合物 (1) における意味と同じ意味を示す。 RAH1は、 2価 飽和炭化水素基、ハロゲン化 2価飽和炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有 2価飽和炭化水 素基、 またはハロゲン化 (ヘテロ原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素) 基を示す。 RAH1と しては、 アルキレン基、 ォキシアルキレン基、 ポリオキシアルキレン基、 ハロゲン ィ匕アルキレン基、 ハロゲン化 (ォキシアルキレン) 基、 またはハロゲン化 (ポリオ キシアルキレン) 基が好ましい。 これらの基がハロゲン原子を有する場合には、 フ ッ素原子以外のハロゲン原子から選ばれる 1種以上が好ましく、該ハロゲン原子と しては塩素原子、 臭素原子、 または塩素原子と臭素原子が好ましい。
RAH2は、 ァノレキレン基、 または、 アルキレン基の炭素一炭素結合間の 1力、所以 上にエーテル性酸素原子が揷入された基を示す。 RAH2はアルキレン基、 ォキシァ ルキレン基、 またはポリオキシアルキレン基が特に好ましい。
本発明においては、 化合物 (1) と化合物 (2) の一方をフッ素原子を含む化合 物とし、他方をフッ素原子を含まない化合物とするのが好ましく、特に化合物の有 用性の点から、 化合物 (1) を、 フッ素原子を含まない化合物 (すなわちフッ素含 有量が 0質量%の化合物) とし、 化合物 (2) を、 フッ素原子を含む化合物とする のが好ましい。
化合物 (1) の具体例としては、 下記化合物が挙げられる。 下記化合物は、 公知 の化合物である力、公知の化合物から公知の方法により容易に合成できる化合物で ある。 ただし、 nは 3以上の整数であり、 4〜10が好ましレ、。 mは 1以上の整数 であり、 1〜 10が好ましレ、。 pは 3以上の整数であり、 3〜 5の整数が好ましい。 kは 1以上の整数であり、 1〜10が好ましい。 rは 3以上の整数であり、 3〜5 の整数が好ましい。

本発明においては、 化合物 (1) と化合物 (2) を反応させる。 化合物 (2) 中 の RBは、 RBFと同一の 1価有機基またはフッ素化反応によって RBFになる 1価有 機基を示す。 RBは、 生成する化合物 (3) のフッ素含量が 30質量%以上となる ように、 RAの構造と関係させながら構造を調節するのが好ましい。
RBの炭素数は 2〜20が好ましく、 2〜10が特に好ましい。 RBの炭素数が 1である場合には、 化合物 (6 ) 、 特に化合物 (6— 1 ) の回収が困難になる問題 があるため、 R Bの炭素数は 2以上であるのが好ましい。 R Bは直鎖構造であって も、分岐構造であっても、環構造であっても、部分的に環を有する構造であっても よい。
RBとしては、 1価飽和炭化水素基、 ハロゲン化 1価飽和炭化水素基、 ヘテロ原 子含有 1価飽和炭化水素基、またはハロゲン化(ヘテロ原子含有 1価飽和炭化水素) 基が挙げられ、アルキル基、 フルォロアルキル基、フルォロ (部分クロ口アルキル) 基、アルキル基の炭素一炭素原子間の 1か所以上にエーテル性酸素原子が挿入され た基、フ^^オロアノレキル基の炭素一炭素原子間の 1か所以上にエーテル性酸素原子 が挿入された基、 フルォロ (部分クロ口アルキル) 基の炭素一炭素原子間の 1力、所 以上にエーテル十生酸素原子が挿入された基が挙げられる。
RBが上記以外の基である場合、 目的とする RB F中のフッ素原子を、 フッ素化反 応によりフッ素原子になりうる 1価へテロ原子団に置換した基、または、 目的とす る RB F中の炭素一炭素単結合の 1つ以上を、 炭素一炭素二重結合または炭素一炭 素三重結合に置換した基が挙げられる。炭素一炭素二重結合を形成する炭素原子に は、水素原子やフッ素原子が結合しているのが好ましく、水素原子が結合している のが好ましい。 このような R Bの具体例としては、 シクロへキセ-ル基、 フエニル 基、 アルケニル基、 またはアルキニル基等が挙げられる。 また、 1価へテロ原子団 としては、 カルボキシル基が挙げられ、 1価へテロ原子団を有する基としては、 ァ ルキル基の炭素一炭素結合間に一 C (O) 一が挿入された基 (一 C一 C (O) - C -) が挙げられる。
本発明における R Bは、 後述する連続プロセスを実施しやすく、 RAがフッ素原 子を含まない基であるのが好ましく、 RBはフッ素原子を含む基であるのが好まし い。 さらに、 R Bは R B Fと同一の基であるのが後述する連続反応を実施する上で特 に好ましく、 R Bは、 ペルフルォロ 1価有機基であるのが特に好ましい。 ペルフル ォロ 1価有機基である場合には、ペルフルォロ 1価飽和炭化水素基、ペルフルォロ (部分ハ口ゲン化 1価飽和炭化水素)基、ペルフルォロ (ヘテロ原子含有 1価飽和 炭化水素) 基、 またはペルフルォロ (部分ハロゲン化 (ヘテロ原子含有 1価飽和炭 化水素) ) 基であるのが好ましく、 炭素数 2以上のこれらの基が特に好ましい。 化合物 (2) は、 市販品を用いてもよく、 また、 後述する本発明の方法で生成す る化合物 (6) を用いてもよい。
さらに、 本発明における化合物 (3) 中のフッ素含量 (フッ素含量とは、 化合物 の分子量に対するフッ素原子の割合をいう。) を 30質量%以上にする。 フッ素含 量を 30質量%以上にすることによって、液相中でのフッ素化反応を均一な系で実 施しやすくなり、 また反応の収率も向上する利点がある。
化合物 (2) の E2は、 E1と相互に反応して 2価連結基 (E) を形成する反応 性基であり、 特に一 COXまたは一 S02X (Xは、 ハロゲン原子を示し、 塩素原 子またはフッ素原子が好ましく、後述する連続プロセスを実施する場合の は、 フ ッ素原子である。 ) であるのが好ましい。 さらに化合物 (2) は E2がー COXで ある化合物 (2— 1) が好ましく、 特に E2が一 COFであり RBが下記 RBF1であ る化合物 (2_10) が好ましく、 とりわけ RBが R 2である化合物 (2— 1 1) が好ましい。

ペルフルォロ (ヘテロ原子含有 1価飽和炭化水素) 基としては、 一 CF (CF3) OCF2CF2CF3、一 CF (CF3) OCF2CF2CFC l CF2C l、 _CF (C F3) OCF2CF2B r等が挙げられる。

化合物 (2) は公知の化合物であるか、公知の化合物から公知の製造方法により 製造できる。 たとえば、 CF3CF2CF2OCF (CF3) COFは、 ペルフルォ 口 (アルキルビニルエーテル) の中間体として容易に入手できる。
化合物 (1) と化合物 (2) との反応は、 E1および E 2の構造およびそれらの 組み合わせに応じて公知の反応方法おょぴ条件を適用して実施できる。たとえば E 1が一 CH2OHである化合物(1— 1) と、 E2が一COXである化合物 (2— 1) の反応は、公知のエステル化反応の条件により実施できる。 エステル化反応は、溶 媒 (以下、 エステルイ匕反応溶媒という。 ) の存在下に実施してもよいが、 エステル 化反応溶媒の不存在下に実施するのが容積効率の点から好ましい。
エステルイ匕反応溶媒を用いる場合には、 ジクロロメタン、 クロ口ホルム、 トリエ チルァミン、またはトリェチルァミンとテトラヒドロフランとの混合溶媒が好まし レ、。 エステル化反応溶媒の使用量は、 化合物 (1一 1) と化合物 (2— 1) の総量 に対して 50〜 500質量0 /0とするのが好ましい。
化合物 (1一 1) と化合物 (2- 1) との反応では、 HXで表される酸が発生す る。 化合物 (2— 1) として、 Xがフッ素原子である化合物を用いた場合には HF が発生するため、 アルカリ金属フッ化物 (Na F、 KFが好ましい。 ) やトリアル キルアミン等を HF捕捉剤として反応系中に存在させてもよい。 HF捕捉剤は、化 合物 (1— 1) または化合物 (2— 1) が酸に不安定な化合物である場合には、 使 用したほうがよい。 また、 HF捕捉剤を使用しない場合には、 HFが気化しうる反 応温度で反応を行い、かつ、 HFを窒素気流に同伴させて反応系外に排出するのが 好ましい。 HF捕捉剤は化合物 (2-1) に対して 1〜10倍モルを用いるのが好 ましい。
エステル化反応において、化合物( 1一 1 )に対する化合物 (2-1)の量は 1. 5〜 10倍モルが好ましく、特には 2〜 5倍モルが好ましい。 化合物 ( 1一 1 ) と 化合物 (2— 1 ) との反応温度の下限は一 50°Cであるのが好ましく、上限は + 1 0 o°cおよび溶媒の沸点のうち低い温度とするのが好ましい。 また、反応時間は原 料の供給速度と、反応に用いる化合物量に応じて適宜変更されうる。反応圧力は 0 〜2MP a (ゲージ圧) が好ましい。
化合物 (1) と化合物 (2) との反応では化合物 (3) が生成する。 化合物 (3) 中の RAは化合物 (1) における RA、 RBは化合物 (2) における RBと同一の基 である。 Eは、 E1と E2との反応で形成した 2価連結基であり、一 CH2OCO_、 一 CH2S02—等が挙げられる。 また、 化合物 (3) のフッ素含量は 30質量%以上であることから、 RA、 RB、 および Eの少なくとも 1つはフッ素原子を含有する基である。さらに、化合物(3) は、次工程の液相中でのフッ素化反応を円滑に行いうるため、分子量が 200超〜 1000であるのが好ましい。 分子量が小さすぎると化合物 (3) が気化しやすく なるため、 フッ素化反応時に気相中での分解反応が起こるおそれがある。一方、分 子量が大きすぎると化合物 (3) の取扱いや精製が困難になるおそれがある。 該フッ素含量はフッ素化反応に用いる液相の種類に応じて適宜変更するのが好 ましく、通常はフッ素含量を 30〜86質量%にするのが好ましく、 30〜76質 量%にするのが特に好ましい。 フッ素含量が特定量以上の化合物 (3) は、 フッ素 化反応の液相中への溶解性が格段に優れ、 かつ、 フッ素化反応の操作性がよく、高 い反応収率が反応を達成できる化合物である。
化合物 ( 3 ) としては、 化合物 ( 1一 1 ) と化合物 ( 2— 1 ) との反応で生成す る化合物 (3-1) が好ましく、 さらに、化合物 (1-10) と化合物 (2-10) との反応で生成する化合物 (3— 10) が特に好ましく、化合物 (1一 11) と化 合物 (2— 11) との反応で生成する化合物 (3— 1 1) がとりわけ好ましい。

ィ匕合物(1) と化合物(2) との反応で生成した化合物(3) を含む粗生成物は、 目的に応じて精製を行っても、 そのまま、 つぎの反応等に用いてもよく、 次の工程 におけるフッ素化反応を円滑に行う観点から、 精製するのが好ましい。
精製方法としては、粗生成物をそのまま蒸留する方法、粗生成物を希アルカリ水 などで処理して分液する方法、粗生成物を適当な有機溶媒で抽出した後に蒸留する 方法、 シリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィ等が挙げられる。
つぎに本発明においては、 該化合物 (3) をフッ素化する。 フッ素化反応は、 電 解フッ素化、気相フッ素化によっても実施できる力 液相中でのフッ素化が好まし レ、。液相中でのフッ素化は、化合物 (3) の分解反応を防ぎ、 高収率で化合物 (4) を生成させうる優れた方法である。 以下、液相中でフッ素と反応させる液相フッ素 化法によってフッ素化を行う場合について説明する。
液相フッ素化法は、 ィ匕合物 (3) とフッ素とを液相中で反応させる方法である。 液相は、 反応の基質や生成物から形成されてもよく、 通常は溶媒 (以下、 フッ素化 反応溶媒という。 ) を必須とするのが好ましい。 フッ素としては、 フッ素ガス、 ま たは、不活性ガスで希釈したフッ素ガスを用いるのが好ましい。不活性ガスとして は、 窒素ガス、ヘリゥムガスが好ましく、経済的に有利である点から窒素ガスが特 に好ましい。窒素ガス中のフッ素ガス量は特に限定されず、 10 V o 1 %以上であ るのが効率の点で好ましく、 20 V o 1 °/0以上であるのが特に好ましい。
フッ素化反応溶媒としては、 C一 H結合を含まず C一 F結合を必須とする溶媒が 好ましく、 ペルフルォロアルカン類、 または、 塩素原子、 窒素原子、 および酸素原 子から選ばれる 1種以上の原子を構造中に有する公知の有機溶剤をペルフルォロ 化した有機溶剤が特に好ましい。 また、 フッ素化反応溶媒としては、 化合物 (3) の溶解性が高い溶媒を用いるのが好ましく、特に化合物 (3 ) を 1質量%以上溶解 しうる溶媒が好ましく、 5質量%以上溶解しうる溶媒が特に好ましい。
フッ素化反応溶媒の例としては、 後述する化合物 (5 ) 、 化合物 (6 ) 、 ペルフ ルォロアルカン類 (商品名: F C— 7 2等) 、 ペルフルォロエーテル類 (商品名 : F C— 7 5、 F C—7 7等) 、 ペルフルォロポリエーテル類 (商品名:クライトツ タス、 フォンブリン、 ガルデン、 デムナム等) 、 クロ口フルォロカーボン類 (商品 名:フロンルーブ) 、 クロ口フルォロポリエーテル類、 ペルフルォロアルキルアミ ン [たとえば、 ペルフルォロトリアルキルアミン等] 、 不活性流体 (商品名:フロ リナート) 等が挙げられ、 ペルフルォロトリアルキルァミン、 化合物 (5 ) 、 また は化合物 (6 ) が好ましい。 特に化合物 (5 ) または化合物 (6 ) を用いた場合に は反応後の後処理が容易になる利点があり好ましい。
フッ素化反応溶媒の量は、 化合物 (3 ) に対して、 5倍質量以上が好ましく、 特 に 1 0〜 1 0 0倍質量が好ましい。
フッ素化反応の反応形式は、パッチ方式または連続方式が好ましい。 また、 フッ 素化反応は、反応収率と選択率の点から、以下に説明する方法 2により実施するの が好ましい。 またフッ素ガスは、パッチ方式で実施する場合においても、連続方式 で実施する場合においても、窒素ガス等の不活性ガスで希釈して使用するのが好ま しい。
く方法 1 >反応器に、化合物 (3 ) とフッ素化反応溶媒とを仕込み、撹拌を開始 する。 所定の反応温度と反応圧力下で、 フッ素ガスを、 フッ素化反応溶媒中に連続 的に供給しながら反応させる方法。
<方法 2〉反応器にフッ素化反応溶媒を仕込み、撹拌し、つぎに所定の反応温度 と反応圧力下で、 フッ素ガスと化合物 (3 ) とフッ素化反応溶媒とを、所定のモル 比で連続的にフッ素化反応溶媒中に供給する方法。
方法 2において化合物 (3 ) を供給する際には、 フッ素化反応溶媒で希釈した化 合物 (3 ) を供給することが、選択率を向上させ、 副生成物量を抑制させる点で好 ましい。 また、方法 2において化合物(3) を溶媒で希釈する際には、化合物 (3) に対するフッ素化反応溶媒の量を 5倍質量以上とするのが好ましく、特に 10倍質 量以上とするのが好ましい。
フッ素化反応においては、 パッチ方式においても連続方式においても、 化合物 (3) 中の水素原子に対して、 フッ素 (F2) の量が常に過剰量になるようにする のが好ましく、 フッ素量は 1. 1倍当量(すなわち 1. 1倍モル以上) であるのが 好ましく、 特に 1. 5倍当量以上 (すなわち、 1. 5倍モル以上) であるのが選択 率の点から好ましい。 フッ素の量は、反応の最初から最後まで過剰量であるのが好 ましいことから、反応当初に反応器にフッ素化溶媒を仕込む際には、該フッ素化溶 媒に充分量のフッ素を溶解させておくのが好ましい。
• フッ素化反応は、 2価連結基(E)を切断しない条件で実施する。 2価連結基(E) がー CF2OCO—である場合の反応温度の下限は一 60。Cであるのが好ましく、 上限は化合物 (3) の沸点が好ましい。 さらに、 反応収率、 選択率、 および工業的 実施のしゃすさの点から、反応温度は _ 50°C〜十 100°Cが特に好ましく、一2 0°C〜+50°Cがとりわけ好ましい。 フッ素化反応の反応圧力は特に限定されず、 大気圧〜 2MP a (ゲージ圧) 、反応収率、選択率、 工業的な実施のしゃすさの 観点から特に好ましい。
さらに、フッ素化反応を効率的に進行させるためには、反応系中に C一 H結合含 有化合物を添加する、 または、 紫外線照射を行う、 のが好ましい。 これらはフッ素 化反応後期に行うのが好ましい。 これにより、 反応系中に存在する化合物 (3) を 効率的にフッ素化でき、 反応率を飛躍的に向上させうる。
C—H結合含有ィ匕合物としては、化合物 (3) 以外の有機化合物であるのが好ま しく、特に芳香族炭化水素が好ましく、とりわけベンゼン、 トルエン等が好ましい。 該 C一 H結合含有化合物の添加量は、化合物 (3) 中の水素原子に対して 0. 1〜 10モル0 /0であるのが好ましく、 特に 0. 1〜5モル0 /0であるのが好ましい。
また、 C一 H結合含有ィ匕合物は、 フッ素が存在する反応系中に添加するのが好ま しい。 さらに、 C一 H結合含有化合物を加えた場合には、反応系を加圧するのが好 ましい。 加圧時の圧力としては、 0 . 0 1〜5 MP a (ゲージ圧) が好ましい。 紫 外線照射時間は、 0 . 1〜3時間であるのが好ましい。
化合物 ( 3 ) のフッ素化反応では、 化合物 (4 ) が生成する。 化合物 (4 ) 中の RAFは RAと同一または異なる含フッ素 2価有機基であり、 異なる場合には が フッ素置換された基である。 R B Fは R Bと同一または異なる含フッ素 1価有機基で あり、 異なる場合には RBがフッ素置換された基である。
たとえば、 化合物 (3 ) の RA、 RBが、 それぞれ水素原子を有する基であり、 かつ、 該水素原子がフッ素化反応によりフッ素原子に置換された場合の RAFおよ ぴ R B Fは、 それぞれ RAおよび RBと異なる基である。 一方、 RAおよび RBが水素 原子を有しない基 (たとえば、 ペルハロゲン化基である場合) である場合の、 RA Fおよび R B Fは、 それぞれ RAおよび RBと同一の基である。
RAFおよび R B Fは、 フッ素ィヒ反応によって形成した基であるのが好ましく、 該 基中には、非置換の水素原子が存在していても、存在しなくてもよく、実質的に存 在しないのが好ましい。 RAFおよび RB F中の水素原子量は、 目的に応じて適宜変 更するのが好ましい。
液相中でのフッ素化反応では、フッ素原子が導入される位置を調節するのが難し いことから、 RAおよび RBが、 それぞれ水素原子を含む基である化合物 (3 ) を 用いた場合には、 化合物 (4 ) 中の RAFおよび R B Fは実質的にペルフルォロ化さ れた基であるのが好ましい。
化合物 (4 ) 中の RAFとしては、 2価飽和炭化水素基、 部分ハロゲン化 2価飽 和炭化水素基、ヘテロ原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素基、 または部分ハロゲン化 (へテ 口原子含有 2価飽和炭化水素) 基である RA中の水素原子の 1個以上が、 フッ素化 反応によりフッ素原子に置換された基が好ましく、特に水素原子の全てがフッ素原 子に置換された基であるのが好ましい。 RAFは、 ペルフルォロアルキレン基、 ま たは、ペルフルォロアルキレン基の炭素一炭素原子間にエーテル性酸素原子が揷入 された基がとりわけ好ましい。
RBFは、 1価飽和炭化水素基、 ハロゲン化 1価飽和炭化水素基、 ヘテロ原子含 有 1価飽和炭化水素基、 またはハロゲン化 (ヘテロ原子含有 1価飽和炭化水素)基 中の水素原子の 1個以上がフッ素原子に置換された基であるのが好ましく、特に水 素原子の全てがフッ素原子に置換された基であるのが好ましく、 RBが、 ペルフル ォロ化 1価有機基である場合と同じ基がとりわけ好ましい。
EFは、 Eと同一の基、 または Eがフッ素置換された基である。 Eがフッ素置換 された基である場合の例としては、 E中に存在する水素原子の 1個以上がフッ素置 換された基、または Eが _CH = CH—部分を有する基である場合の EFとしては、 該部分が一CF2CF2—となつた基等が挙げられる。 また、 化合物 (4) はィ匕合 物 (3) とは同一構造ではないことから、 RAF、 RBF、 および EFから選ばれる少 なくとも 1つは、 フッ素化反応で形成した基であり、 RA、 RB、 Eが、 それぞれ 変化した基である。
化合物 (4) としては、化合物 (3— 1) のフッ素化により生成する化合物 (4 - 1) が好ましく、 化合物 (3-10) を完全フッ素化した化合物 (4-10) が 好ましく、 とりわけ化合物 (3— 1 1) を完全フッ素化した化合物 (4— 1 1) が 好ましい。

化合物 (3) を液相中でフッ素化する反応において、 化合物 (3) 中の水素原子 がフッ素原子に置換された場合には、 HFが副生する。副生した HFを除去するに は、反応系中に HF捕捉剤を共存させる、または反応器ガス出口で HF捕捉剤と出 口ガスを接触させるのが好ましい。該 HF捕捉剤としては、前述のものと同様のも のが用いられ、 N a Fが好ましい。
反応系中に HF捕捉剤を共存させる場合の量は、化合物 (3) 中に存在する全水 素原子量に対して 1〜 20倍モルが好ましく、 1〜 5倍モルが特に好ましい。反応 器ガス出口に HF捕捉剤をおく場合には、 (a)冷却器 (10°C〜室温に保持する のが好ましく、特には約 20°Cに保持するのが好ましい。 ) (b) Na Fペレット 充填層、 および (c) 冷却器 (一 78°C〜+10°Cに保持するのが好ましく、 一 3 0°C〜0°Cに保持するのが好ましい) を (a) — (b) - (c) の順に直列に設置 するのが好ましい。 なお、 (c) の冷却器からは凝集した液を反応器に戻すための 液体返送ラインを設置してもよい。
フッ素化反応で得た化合物 (4) を含む粗生成物は、そのまま次の工程に用いて もよく、精製して高純度のものにしてもよい。精製方法としては、粗生成物をその まま常圧または減圧下に蒸留する方法等が挙げられる。
本発明においては、 つぎに化合物 (4) の EFの切断反応により化合物 (5) お よび/または化合物 (6) を得る。 EFは切断して、 EF1と EF2になる。 切断反応 の方法および条件は、 化合物 (4) の構造により適宜変更されうる。 化合物 (4) が化合物 (4—1) である場合の切断反応は、エステル結合の分解反応であり一 C F 20 CO—が切断されて一 CO Fが 2個形成する反応である。
化合物 (4— 1) のエステル結合の分解反応は、熱分解反応、 または求核剤もし くは求電子剤の存在下に行う分解反応により実施するのが好ましい。該反応により
EF1と EF2が一 COFである化合物 (5— 1) と化合物 (6— 1) が生成する。 熱分解反応は、化合物 ( 4— 1 ) を加熱することにより実施できる。熱分解反応 の反応形式としては、化合物 (4— 1) の沸点とその安定 1·生により選択するのが好 ましい。
たとえば、気化しやすい化合物 (4一 1) を熱分解する場合には、気相で連続的 に分解させて、化合物 (5— 1) と化合物 (6_1) を含む出口ガスを凝縮、 回収 する気相熱分解法を採用しうる。
気相熱分解法の反応温度は 50〜 350 °Cが好ましく、 50〜 300 °Cが特に好 ましく、 とりわけ 150〜250°Cが好ましい。 また、該反応には直接は関与しな い不活性ガスを反応系中に共存させてもよい。不活性ガスとしては、窒素ガス、二 酸ィ匕炭素ガス等が挙げられる。 不活性ガスは化合物 (4一 1 ) に対して 0. 01〜 50 V o 1 %程度を添加するのが好ましい。不活性ガスの添加量が多いと、生成物 回収量が低減することがある。該気相分解法の方法および条件は、化合物(4 _ 1 ) の範疇に含まれる化合物に適用できる。
一方、化合物 (4_1) が気化しにくい化合物である場合には、 反応器内で液の まま加熱する液相熱分解法を採用するのが好ましい。この場合の反応圧力は限定さ れなレ、。 通常の場合、 化合物 (5— 1) を含む生成物は、 より低沸点であることか ら、生成物を気ィ匕させて連続的に抜き出す反応蒸留形式による方法で得るのが好ま しい。また加熱終了後に反応器中から一括して生成物を抜き出す方法であってもよ レ、。 この液相熱分解法の反応温度は 50〜 300 °Cが好ましく、特に 100〜 25 0°Cが好ましい。
液相熱分解法で熱分解を行う場合には、 無溶媒で行っても、 溶媒(以下、 分解反 応溶媒という。 ) の存在下に行ってもよく、無溶媒で行うのが好ましい。 分解反応 溶媒としては、 化合物 (4一 1) と反応せず、 かつ化合物 (4—1) と相溶性のあ るもので、 生成する化合物 (5— 1) および化合物 (6— 1) と反応しないもので あれば特に限定されない。 また、分解反応溶媒としては、精製時に分離しやすいも のを選択するのが好ましい。分解反応溶媒の具体例としては、ペルフルォロトリア ルキルァミン、ペルフルォロナフタレンなどの不活性溶媒、 クロ口フルォロカーボ ン類等のなかでも高沸点であるクロ口トリフルォロエチレンオリゴマー(たとえば、 商品名:フロンループ) 、 が好ましい。 また、 分解反応溶媒の量は化合物 (4) に 対して 0. 10倍〜 10倍質量が好ましい。
また、ィ匕合物 (4— 1) を液相中で求核剤または求電子剤と反応させてエステル 結合の分解反応を行う場合、該反応は、無溶媒で行っても、分解反応溶媒の存在下 に行つてもよく、 無溶媒で行うのが好ましい。 求核剤としては F—が好ましく、 特 にアルカリ金属のフッ化物由来の F—が好ましい。 アルカリ金属のフッ化物として は、 Na F、 NaHF2、 KF、 C s Fがよく、 これらのうち経済' 1"生から N a Fが 特に好ましレ、。 エステル結合の分解反応を無溶媒で行うことは、 化合物 (4—1) 自身が溶媒としても作用し、反応生成物中から溶媒を分離する必要もないため特に 好ましい。
また、 F—を求核剤とするエステル結合の分解反応を行う場合には、 ィ匕合物 (4 一 1) のエステル結合中に存在するカルボニル基に F—が求核的に付加し、 RBFC F2〇—が脱離するとともに化合物 (5— 1) が生成する。 RBFCF20—からはさ らに F—が脱離して化合物 (6— 1) が生成する。 脱離した F—は別の化合物 (4) 分子と同様に反応する。 したがって、反応の最初に用いる求核剤は触媒量であって もよく、 過剰に用いてもよい。 F—等の求核剤の量は化合物 (4— 1) に対して 1 〜 500モル%が好ましく、 1〜 100モル0 が特に好ましく、 とりわけ 5〜 50 モル0 /0が好ましい。 反応温度は、 _30°C〜溶媒または化合物 (4—1) の沸点ま での間が好ましく、 一 20°C〜250°Cが特に好ましい。 この方法も、蒸留塔をつ けた反応装置で蒸留をしながら実施するのが好ましい。 化合物(4一 1 )のエステル結合の分解反応の反応生成物からは化合物( 5— 1 ) および/または化合物 (6— 1) 力 化合物 (4— 10) のエステル結合の分解反 応の反応生成物からは化合物 (5— 10) および/または化合物 (6— 10) 1S 化合物 (4-1 1) のエステル結合の分解反応の反応生成物からは化合物 (5— 1 1) および/または化合物 (6— 11) が得られる。

本発明の製造方法において、 エステル結合を分解反応させた反応生成物からは、 化合物 (5) のみ、化合物 (6) のみ、 または化合物 (5) と化合物 (6) の両方、 のいずれを得てもよい。 たとえば、 RAが水素原子を含有する 2価有機基である場 合の化合物( 1— 1 ) と、 RBがペルノ、ロゲンィ匕 1価有機基である場合の化合物 ( 2 一 1)とを用いて本発明の反応を行った場合には、 R Aがフッ素化された化合物(5 一 1)が得られる。また、 R Aがペルノ、ロゲン化 2価有機基である場合の化合物 (1 一 1) と、 RBが水素原子を含有する 1価有機基である場合の化合物 (2—1) と を用いて本発明の反応を行った場合には、化学量論上は 2分子のフッ素化された化 合物 (6_1) が得られる。
さらに、 本発明の製造方法において、 生成する化合物 (6) が化合物 (2) と同 一構造である場合には、 該化合物 (6) を化合物 (2) として用いることにより、 化合物 (5) を連続製造できる。 たとえば、 生成した化合物 (6— 1) の一部また は全部を化合物 (2— 1) として用いて化合物 (1— 1) と反応させる方法が挙げ られる。該方法を実施する場合には、 RBFの炭素数は 2以上にするのが好ましく、 特に 2〜20にするのが好ましく、 とりわけ 4〜10にするのが好ましい。

本努明の製造方法によれば、安価に入手が可能な原料である化合物(1) および 化合物(2) を用いて、種々の含フッ素化合物を製造できる。特に化合物(1— 1) および化合物(2— 1) を用いて、種々のジァシルフルオリ ド化合物および両末端 にフッ化ビュル基を有する化合物を製造できる。
本発明の製造方法の原料として用いる化合物( 1 )およびィヒ合物(2)としては、 RAや RBの構造が異なる種々の化合物が市販されており、 安価に入手できる。 そ して、本発明の製造方法によれば、 この原料ィ匕合物から、短い工程かつ高い収率で ジァシルフルオリ ド化合物おょぴ両末端にフッ化ビュル基を有する化合物等の含 フッ素化合物が製造できる。 また、本発明の方法を用いることにより、従来の方法 では入手が困難であった低分子の含フッ素化合物や、複雑な構造の含フッ素化合物 を容易に合成できる。また本発明の製造方法は上記に具体例として記載した化合物 に限定されず、種々の化合物に応用できる汎用性に優れた方法であることから、好 みの骨格を有する含フッ素化合物を自由に製造できる。 また、 RAおよび RBの構 造を選択することにより、 生成物を再利用した効率的な製造方法が実施できる。 さらに、本発明によれば、 フッ素樹脂原料として用いうる新規な中間体が提供さ れる。 く実施例 >
以下に本発明を実施例を拳げて具体的に説明する力 s、これらによって本発明は限定 されない。 なお、 以下においてガスクロマトグラフィを GCと、 ガスクロマトダラ フィ質量分析を GC— MSと記す。また、 GCのピーク面積比より求まる純度を G C純度、 NMRスペク トルのピーク面積比より求まる純度を NMR純度と記す。 1 9F— NMRの定量には、 内部標準試料としてペルフルォロベンゼンを用いた。 ま た、テトラメチルシランを TMS、 ジクロロペンタフルォロプロパンを R— 225 と記し、 R— 225は旭硝子社商品名 AK 225を用いた。 また、 NMRスぺクト ルデータは、 みかけの化学シフト範囲として示した。 13C_NMRにおける基準 物質 CD C 13の基準値は、 76. 9 p pmとした。
[例 1]

HO (CH2) 4OH (200 g) をフラスコに入れ、 窒素ガスをパブリングし ながら撹拌した。 FCOCF2CF3 (800 g) を内温を 25〜 30°Cに保ちな がら 2. 5時間かけてバブリングした。 滴下終了後、 室温で 15時間撹拌した粗液 を分液ろうとに回収した。 ここに NaHC03飽和水溶液 (500mL) を内温 2 0 °C以下で加え、 2回中和した。 さらに有機相を水 ( 1 L ) で 3回洗浄し有機相を 回収した。 硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、 ろ過し、 粗液を得た。
粗液をシリ力ゲル力ラムクロマトグラフィ (展開溶媒: R— 225 ) で精製した 後、 粗液をエバポレータで濃縮し、 次いで減圧蒸留して、 91〜93°CZl. 0〜 1. 3 k P a (絶対圧)の留分を 254. 79 g得た。 G C純度は 99 %であった。 また、留分の NMRスぺクトルを測定し主成分は標記化合物であることを確認した。 留分の NMRスぺク トル

300 OmLのニッケル製ォ一トクレーブに、 R— 1 13 (3232 g) を加え て撹拌し、 25 °Cに保つた。オートクレープガス出口には _ 10 °Cに保持した冷却 器を設置した。 窒素ガスを 1. 5時間吹き込んだ後、窒素ガスで 20 V o 1 %に希 釈したフッ素ガス (以下、 20%フッ素ガスと記す。 ) を 8. 49LZhで 2. 3 時間吹き込んだ。
つぎに、 20 %フッ素ガスを同じ流速で吹き込みながら、 例 1一 1で得た C F a CF2COO (CH2) 4OCOCF2CF3 (80 g) を R— 113 (800 g) に 溶解した溶液を 45. 7時間かけて注入した。 さらに 20 %フッ素ガスを同じ流速 で 0. 5時間吹き込み、 さらに窒素ガスを 3. 0時間吹き込んだ。 生成物は標記化 合物を主生成物とし、 19F_NMR収率は 92%であった。

(例 1— 3 ) 液相中でのエステル結合の分解反応による FCOCF2CF2CO Fの製造例
例 1— 2で得た CF3CF2COO (CF2) 4OCOCF2CF3 (5. 0 g) を 0. 4 gの Na F粉末とともにフラスコに仕込み、激しく撹拌を行いながらオイル パス中で 100でで0. 25時間加熱した。 フラスコ上部にはガス回収用容器を設 置した。冷却後、 3. 46 gの気体状サンプルを回収した。 NMRスぺク トルより、 CF3CF2COFおよぴ標記化合物が主成分であることを確認した。 標記化合物 の収率は 52. 4%であった。

(例 2— 1 ) T s OCH (CH3) CH2OCH2P h (ただし、 T s ま p—卜ノレエ ンスルホ-ル基、 Phはフエ二ル基を示す。 以下同様。 ) の製造例
4つ口フラスコに HOCH (CH3) CH2〇CH2Ph (50. 0 g) を仕込み、 ピリジン (15 OmL) を加えて撹拌した。 氷浴で冷却し、 内温を 5°Cに保ちなが ら p—トルエンスルホン酸クロリ ド(63. 1 g)を 1時間かけて少しずつ加えた。 水 (165mL) に加えて、 ジクロロメタン (165mL) を加えて抽出し、 2層 に分離した液を分液した。 有機層を NaHCO3 (165mL) で洗浄し、 さらに 水 (13 OmL) で 3回洗浄した。 硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、 ろ過後、 エバポレ ータで濃縮した。析出した白色結晶をろ取し、へキサンで洗浄して、標記化合物( 8 3. 2 g ) を得た。

(例 2— 2) HO (CH2) 4OCH (CH3) CH2〇 CH2 P hの製造例 HO (CH2) 4OH (37 g) 、 水酸化カリウム (23 g) およびジォキサン (20 OmL) を 4つ口フラスコに仕込み、 内温 102°Cまで加熱して水酸化カリ ゥムを溶解させた。例 2_ 1で得た T s OCH (CH3) CH2OCH2P h (63. 7 g) のジォキサン (65mL) 溶液を 1時間かけて滴下し、 4時間撹拌した。 放 冷後、 水 (35 OmL) に加え、 ジクロロメタン (10 OmL) で 3回抽出し、 有 機層を水 (2 OmL) で洗浄した。 硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、 ろ過後、 エバポレ ータで濃縮して粗生成物 (52 g) を得た。 これをシリカゲルクロマトグラフィで 精製して、 標記化合物 (27. 6 g) を得た。

丸底フラスコをアルゴン置換し、 5%パラジウム一炭素粉末 (1. 5 g) を仕込 んだ。 エタノール(10 OmL) と例 2— 2で得た HO (CH2) 4OCH (CH3) CH2OCH2Ph (15. 2 g) を加えた後、 脱気し、 水素置換した。 室温で 1 7時間撹拌し、セライトを通してろ過した。 ろ液をエバポレータで濃縮して標記化 合物 ( 8. 65 g ) を得た。

例 2— 3で得た HO (CH2) 4OCH (CH3) CH2OH (1 8. 8 g) を丸 底フラスコに入れ、 内温を 30°Cに保ちながら撹拌した。 窒素とともに CF3CF 2COF (276 g) を内温を 30°Cに保ちながら 6時間かけて吹き込んだ。 反応 終了後、窒素ガスを吹き込みながら内温 30°Cで 2時間撹拌し、その後 5%NaH CO 3水溶液 (30 OmL) を内温 15 °C以下でカ卩えた。
得られた粗液を分液し、 下層を水 (10 OinL) で 2回洗浄し、 硫酸マグネシゥ ムで乾燥した後、 ろ過し、粗液を得た。粗液をシリカゲル力ラムクロマトグラフィ (展開溶媒: R—225) で精製して標記化合物 (25. 9 g) を得た。 GC純度 は 99%であった。

50 OmLのニッケル製オートクレープに、 R— 1 1 3 (31 3 g) をカロえて撹 拌し、 25°Cに保った。 オートクレープガス出口には、 20°Cに保持した冷却器、 N a Fペレツト充填層、およぴー 10°Cに保持した冷却器を直列に設置した。なお、 一 10°Cに保持した冷却器からは凝集した液をオートクレーブに戻すための液体 返送ラインを設置した。窒素ガスを 1 · 0時間吹き込んだ後、 20%フッ素ガスを、 流速 10.

で1. 1時間吹き込んだ。 つぎに、 20%フッ素ガスを同じ 流速で吹き込みながら、 例 2— 4で得た CF3CF2COO (CH2) 4OCH (C H3) CH2OCOCF2CF3 (4. 95 g) を R— 1 1 3 (100 g) に溶解し た溶液を 5. 5時間かけて注入した。
つぎに、 20%フッ素ガスを同じ流速で吹き込みながら、 反応器内の温度を 2 5°Cから 40°Cにまで昇温すると同時に、ベンゼンを 0. 01 § ^ 含む! _ 1 13溶液 (9mL) を注入した。 オートクレーブのベンゼン注入口と出口バルブを 閉め、 圧力が 0. 20MPa (ゲージ圧) になったところでオートクレープのフッ 素ガス入り口パルプを閉めた。 さらに 0. 4時間撹拌した。 つぎに反応器内の圧力 を常圧にし、 温度を 40°Cに保ちながら、 上記のベンゼン溶液 (6mL) を注入し た。 オートクレープのベンゼン注入口と出口バルブを閉め、圧力が 0. 20MPa (ゲージ圧)になったところでオートクレーブのフッ素ガス入り口バルブを閉めて、 0. 4時間撹拌する操作を 4回くり返した。
ベンゼンの注入総量は 0. 336 g、R— 1 13の注入総量は 33mLであった。 さらに、 窒素ガスを 1. 5時間吹き込んだ。 生成物中に含まれる標記化合物の19 F— NMR収率は 94%であった。

(例 3— 1) HOCH2CH (CH3) O (CH2) 5OHの製造例
CH3CH (OH) CH2OCH2P h (50. 0 g) とピリジン (1 50mL) をフラスコに入れ、 氷冷下、 p—トルエンスルホン酸クロリ ド (6 3. 2 g) を 3 0分かけて添カ卩した。 これを室温で 4日間撹拌した後、 水 (1 5 OmL) を加え、 ジクロロメタン (1 0 OmL) で 2回抽出を行った。 抽出した有機相を KHC03 飽和水溶液 (1 0 OmL) で 2回、 水 (1 0 OmL) で 2回洗浄後、 硫酸マグネシ ゥムで乾燥し、ろ另 Uし、 さらに濃縮して PhCH2OCH2CH (CH3) OT s (7 1. 2 g) を得た。
別のフラスコに KOH (25. 8 g) 、 HO (CH2) 5OH (47. 9 g) 、 ジォキサン (20 OmL) を仕込み、 90°Cで KOHが溶解するまで撹拌した。 つ ぎに滴下ロートから PhCH2OCH2CH (CH3) OT s (7 1. 2 g) とジォ キサン (7 5mL) を 90。Cで 20分かけて添加した。 さらに 80でで 20時間撹 拌した後、 水 (3 5 OmL) を添加した。 ジクロロメタン (1 0 OmL) で 3回抽 出を行い、 抽出有機相を水 (15 OmL) で水洗した後、 無水硫酸マグネ > 乾燥し、 ろ別し、 さらに濃縮した。 濃縮液を、 シリカゲルカラム (溶出液:へキサ ン一酢酸ェチル) で精製し、 PhCH2OCH2CH (CH3) O (CH2) 5OH (2 0. 8 g ) を得た。
フラスコに、 5%パラジウム一炭素粉末 (4 g) と、 エタノール (20 OmL) を仕込み、 窒素を 1時間流した。 内部を減圧にして水素置換した後、 シリンジで P hCH2OCH2CH (CH3) O (CH2) 5〇H (18mL) を添加し、 24時間 撹拌した。.粗液をろ過および濃縮後、 標記化合物 (1 1. 9 g) を得た。
(例 3— 2 ) CF3CF2CF2OCF (CF3) COOCH2CH (CH3) O (C H2) 5OCOC F (CF3) OCF2CF2CF3の製造例
例 3— 1で得た HOCH2CH (CH3) O (CH2) 5OH (1 1. 8 g) をフ ラスコに入れ、 HF捕捉剤としてトリェチルァミン (30. 3 g) を加え、 撹拌し た。 CF3CF2CF2OCF (CF3) COF (49. 8 g) を、 内温 15°C以下 に保ちながら 1時間かけて滴下した。 滴下終了後、 室温で 2時間撹拌した後、過剰 の CF3CF2CF2OCF (CF3) COFを減圧留去した。 水 (5 OmL) で水 洗した後、 0. 1Nの塩酸水溶液 (3 OmL) で 3回洗浄し、 残ったトリェチルァ ミンを除去した。 さらに有機層を KH CO 3飽和水溶液(3 OmL)で 3回洗浄し、 硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、 ろ過し、 GC純度 97%の液体 (53. 0 g) を 得た。
NMRスぺク トルを測定し、 主成分は標記化合物であり、 かつ、 ジァステレオマ 一の混合物であることを確認した。

50 OmLのニッケル製オートクレープに、 R— 1 13 (312. 2 g) を加え て撹拌し、 内温を 25 °Cに制御した。 オートクレープガス出口には、 25°Cに保持 した冷却器、 N a Fペレット充填層、 _ 8 °Cに保持した冷却器を直列に設置した。 なお、一 8 °Cに保持した冷却器からは凝集した液をオートクレーブに戻すための液 体返送ラインを設置した。 窒素ガスを 1時間吹き込んだ後、 20%フッ素ガスを、 流速 1 1. 0 LZhで 1時間吹き込み、 同じ流速を保って吹き込みながら、例 3— 2で得た液体生成物 (10 g) の R— 113 (200 g) 溶液を 6時間かけて注入 した。
つぎに、 内温を 40°Cに上げ、 20%フッ素ガスを、上記の流速を保ちつつ吹き 込みながらベンゼンの R— 1 13溶液 (0. 01 g/mL) を注入し、 オートタレ ーブの出口パルブを閉め、圧力が 0. 20MP a (ゲージ圧) になったところでォ 一トクレープの入口バルブを閉めて、 20分撹拌を続けた。
さらに、 該操作を 5回くり返した。 この間に、 ベンゼンを合計 0. 27 g、 R— 1 13を合計 42. 1 g注入した。 その後、 窒素ガスを 1時間吹き込み、 反応混合 物をデカンテーションで取り出した。得られた粗液をエバポレータで濃縮して定量 した19 F— NMR収率は 70%であった。 粗液を減圧蒸留して、 標記化合物を得 た。 生成物はジァステレオマーの混合物であった。

GC分析の結果、 CF3CF2CF2OCF (CF3) COFと FCOCF (CF3) O (CF2) 4 COFがそれぞれ 2 : 1 (モル比) で生成していることを確認した。
(例 3 _ 4 ) 熱分解による CF2 = CFOCF2CF2CF = CF2の製造例 J . Or g. Ch em. , 34, 1 841 (1969) に記載の方法と同様にし て例 3— 3の反応によって得られた FCOCF (CF3) O (CF2) 4 C O Fを用 いて熱分解を行い、 標記化合物の生成を GCにより確認した。
[例 4]
(例 4— 1 ) エステル化反応による CF3CF2C〇〇 (CH2) 20 (CH2) 2 OCOCF2C F 3の製造例
HO (CH2) 20 (CH2) 2OH (40 g) をフラスコに入れ、 内温を 30°C に保ちながら撹拌した。 フラスコ内温を 30°Cに保ちながら、 窒素と CF3CF2 COF (388 g) とを 1. 5時間かけて吹き込んだ。 反応終了後、 窒素ガスを吹 き込みながら内温 30°Cで 2時間撹拌して、つぎにフラスコ内温を 15°C以下にし て 5%NaHC〇3 (30 OmL) をカ卩えた。
得られた粗液を分液し、下層を水 10 OmLで 2回洗浄し、硫酸マグネシウムで 乾燥した後、 ろ過し、 粗液を得た。 減圧蒸留によって標記化合物 (91. 8 g) を 8:!〜 84°CZl. 3 k P a (絶対圧) の留分として得た。 G C純度は 99 %であ つた。

(例 4— 2) フッ素化反応による CF3CF2COO (CF2) 20 (CF2) 20 COCF2CF3の製造例
例 2— 5と同じオートクレーブにおいて、 R_1 13 (312 g)を加え、 20% フッ素ガスを、流速 9. 47 LZhで 1時間吹き込むこと以外は、 同様の条件で準 備をした。 つぎに、 20%フッ素ガスを同じ流速で吹き込みながら、 例 4一 1で得 た CF3CF2COO (CH2) 20 (CH2) 2OCOCF2CF3 (7. 0 g) を R -1 13 (140 g) に溶解した溶液を 4. 9時間かけて注入した。
つぎに、 20%フッ素ガスを同じ流速で吹き込み、反応器圧力を 0. 15MP a (ゲージ圧) に保ち、 ベンゼンを 0. 01 gZmL含む R— 1 13溶液 (9mL) を 25。Cから 40°Cにまで昇温しながら注入し、オートクレーブのベンゼン注入口 を閉め、 0. 3時間撹拌を続けた。 つぎに反応器内の圧力を 0. 1 5MP a (ゲー ジ圧)に、温度を 40°Cに保ちながら、上記ベンゼン溶液(6mL) を注入し、 0. 3時間撹拌した。 さらに、 反応器内の温度を 40°Cに保ちながら、 上記ベンゼン溶 液 (6mL) を注入し、 1. 1時間撹拌し、 窒素ガスを 1. 0時間吹き込んだ。 生成物中に含まれる標記化合物の 19 F— NMR収率は 94 %であった。

例4— 2で得た〇?3 2じ00 (CF2) 20(CF2) 2OCOCF2CF3(6. 0 g) を Na F (0. 09 g) 粉末とともにフラスコに仕込み、 激しく攪拌を行い ながらオイルバス中で 100でで 5時間加熱した。フラスコ上部には 20 °Cに温度 調節した還流器およびガス捕集用フッ素樹脂容器を直列に設置した。冷却後 0. 5 gの液状サンプ と 5. 4 gのガス状サンプ を回収した。 GC— MSにより分析 した結果、 ガス状サンプルは C F3CF2COFおよび標記化合物が主生成物とし て確認された。 標記化合物の収率を求めたところ、 85. 6%であった。
[例 5]
(例 5— 1) HO (CH2) 20 (CH2) 2OCH (CH3) CH2OCH2Phの製 造例
HO (CH2) 20 (CH2) 2OH (21. 2 g) 、 水酸化カリゥム (1 1. 2 g) およぴジォキサン (l O OmL) を 4つ口フラスコに仕込み、 内温 63でまで 加熱して水酸化カリウムを溶解させた。 例 2—1で得た T s OCH (CH3) CH 2OCH2Phのうち 32. O gをジォキサン (50mL) に溶解させた溶液を 3 0分間かけて滴下し、 内温 60〜100°Cの範囲に保ちながら 13. 5時間撹拌し た。放冷後、水(20 OmL) に加え、 ジクロロメタン(5 OmL)で 3回抽出し、 有機層を水 (2 OmL) で洗浄した。 硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥し、 ろ過後、 エバポ レータで濃縮して粗生成物 (52 g) を得た。 シリカゲルクロマトグラフィで精製 して、 標記化合物を 9. 32 g得た。

例 5— 2で得た HO (CH2) 2〇 (CH2) 2OCH (CH3) CH2OH (5. 1 g) およびクロ口ホルム (10 g) をフラスコに入れ、 内温を 30°Cに保ちなが ら撹拌した。 窒素と共に CF3CF2COF (191 g) を内温を 30°Cに保ちな がら 3時間かけて吹き込んだ。反応終了後、窒素ガスを吹き込みながら内温 30°C で 2時間撹拌し、 その後 5 %N a H C O 3水溶液 ( 30 m L) を内温 15 °C以下で カロえた。
得られた粗液を分液し、 シリカゲル力ラムクロマトグラフィ (展開溶媒: R— 2 25) で精製して標記化合物 (5. 0 g) を得た。 GC純度は 99%であった。
^-NMR (300. 4MHz、溶媒: CDC 13、基準: TMS) δ (p pm) :- 1. 21 (d, J = 6. 6Hz, 3H) , 3. 58〜3. 81 (m, 7H) ,
4. 33 (d, J = 5. 4Hz, 2H) , 4. 50〜4. 53 (m, 2H)。
19F— NMR (282. 7MHz,溶媒: CDC 13、 基準: CFC 13) δ (p pm) : -82. 96 (3 F) , 一 82. 99 (3 F) , — 121. 46 (2 F) , 一 121. 53 (2F) 。
(例 5— 4) CF3CF2COO (CF2) 20 (CF2) 2OCF (CF3) CF2 OCOCF2CF3の製造例
例 2— 5と同じオートクレープにおいて、 R— 1 13 (312 g)を加え、 20% フッ素ガスを、流速流速 12. 72 LZhで 1時間吹き込むこと以外は、 同様の条 件で準備をした。
つぎに、 20 %フッ素ガスを同じ流速で吹き込みながら、 例 5— 3で得た C F 3 CF2CO〇 (CH2) 20 (CH2) 2OCH (CH3) CH2OCOCF2CF3 (5. 0 g) を R— 113 (100 g) に溶解した溶液を 3. 9時間かけて注入した。 つぎに、 20%フッ素ガスを同じ流速で吹き込みながら、反応器の圧力を 0. 1 5MP a (ゲージ圧) に保ち、温度を 25°Cから 40°Cにまで昇温し、 同時にベン ゼンを 0. 01 g/mL含む R— 1 13溶液 (9ml) を注入した。 オートクレー ブのベンゼン注入口を閉め、 0. 3時間撹拌を続けた。 つぎに反応器の圧力を 0. 15MP a (ゲージ圧) に、 温度を 40°Cに保ちながら、 上記のベンゼン溶液 (6 mL) を注入し、 0. 3時間撹拌した。 さらに、 同じ条件でベンゼン溶液 (6 m) を L注入し、 0. 3時間撹拌する操作を 4回くり返した後、 0. 7時間撹拌した。 さらに、 窒素ガスを 1. 0時間吹き込んだ。 生成物中に含まれる標記化合物の19 F— NMR収率は 89%であった。
19F— NMR (376. 0MHz、 溶媒 CDC 13、 基準: CFC 13) δ (ρ pm) : -80. 5 (3 F) , 一 83. 4 (6 F) , 一 85. 9 87. 5 (4
F) , 一 89. 0 (4 F) , 一 92. 3 (2 F) , 一 122. 3 (4F) , —14 5. 6 (1 F) 。
(例 5— 5) FCOCF20 (CF2) 2OCF (CF3) C OFの製造例 例 5— 4で得た C F 3 C F 2 C O O (CF2) 20 (CF2) 2OCF (CF3) CF 2OCOCF2CF3 (5. 1 §)を0. 09 gの KF粉末と共にフラスコに仕込み、 激しく撹拌を行いながらオイルバス中で 40°Cで 2時間加熱した。フラスコ上部に は 20 °Cに温度調節した還流器およびガス捕集用フッ素樹脂容器を直列に設置し た。 冷却後液状サンプル (3. 2 g) とガス状サンプル (1. 6 g) を回収した。 GC— MSにより、 ガス状サンプルは C F 3 C F 2 C O Fが主生成物であり、 液状 サンプルは標記ィヒ合物が主生成物であることを確認した。また、生成物中に含まれ る標記化合物の19 F— NM R収率は 92 %であった。
19F-NMR (376. 0MHz、 溶媒 CDC 13、 基準: CFC 13) 6 (p pm) : 26. 7 (I F) , 14. 6 (I F) , 一 77. 2 (2F) , 一 82. 0 (3 F) , 一 84. 2 (I F) — 88. 2 (2 F) , —91. 3 (I F) , — 13 1. 0 (1 F) 。
[例 6] FCO (CF ) 。COFの製造例 300 OmLのニッケル製オートクレープに、 R— 1 13 (2767 g) を加え て撹拌し、 25 °Cに保った。 オートクレープガス出口には、 20°Cに保持した冷却 器、 Na Fペレット充填層、 および一 10°Cに保持した冷却器を直列 設置した。 なお、一 10°Cに保持した冷却器からは凝集した液をオートクレープに戻すための 液体返送ラインを設置した。窒素ガスを 2.3時間吹き込んだ後、窒素ガスで 50 % に希釈したフッ素ガス (以下、 50%フッ素ガスと記す。 ) を、 流速 7. 79 L/ hで 3時間吹き込んだ。 つぎに、 50%フッ素ガスを同じ流速で吹き込みながら、 第 1回フッ素化として例 1— 1で得た CF3CF2COO (CH2) 4OCOCF2C F3 (25. 0 §) の1 ー113 (250. 2 g)溶液を 6. 0時間かけて注入し、 反応粗液 (241. l g、 19F— NMR収率は 51%。 ) を抜き出した。 第 1回 フッ素化同様に第 2回フッ素化を行い、 反応粗液 (241. O g、 19F-NMR 収率は 83%。 ) を抜き出した。 つぎに第 1回フッ素化と同様に第 3回フッ素化を 行い、 反応粗液 (240. 9g、 19F— NMR収率は 89%。 ) を抜き出した。 さら に、 窒素ガスを 1. 8時間吹き込み、 反応粗液 (2804. 4 g、 標記化合物の1 9F— NMR収率は 86%。 ) 抜き出した。
得られた標記化合物を用いて、 例 1 _ 3と同様に反応を行い、 FCO (CF2) 2COFを得た。
<産業上の利用の可能性〉
本発明の方法によれば、安価で入手容易な出発物質を用いて、短い工程で、種々 のフッ素樹脂の製造原料として有用な化合物を高収率で得ることができる。 また、 本発明によれば、 フッ素樹脂の製造原料として有用な新規な化合物が提供される。 本発明の方法は、出発物質を容易に入手して、種々の化合物の製造に適用できる汎 用性に優れた方法である。 そして、本発明方法を適用することにより、既存の化合 物を経済的に有利な方法で製造でき、また、新規な含フッ素化合物を種々提供でき る。

Claims

請求の範囲
1. 下記化合物 (1) と下記化合物 (2) を反応させて下記化合物 (3) (ただし 化合物 (3) は、 フッ素含量が 30質量%以上であり、 かつ、 フッ素化されうる水 素原子または不飽和結合を有する化合物である。 ) とし、 該化合物 (3) を液相中 でフッ素化して下記化合物 (4) とし、 つぎに該化合物 (4) の EFの切断反応に より化合物 (5) および Zまたは化合物 (6) を得ることを特徴とする含フッ素化 合物の製造方法。

RAF、 RBF: RAFは RAと同一または異なる含フッ素 2価有機基であり、異なる 場合には RAがフッ素置換された基。 RBFは RBと同一または異なる含フッ素 1価 有機基であり、 異なる場合には RBがフッ素置換された基。
E\ E2:それぞれ相互に反応して 2価連結基 (E) を形成する反応性基。
E : E 1と E 2とが反応して形成した 2価連結基。
EF: Eと同一の基または Eがフッ素置換された基。 ただし、 RAF、 RBF、 およ ぴ EFから選ばれる少なくとも 1つはフッ素化反応で形成した基。
EF1、 EF2 :それぞれ独立に、 EFが切断されて形成した基。
2. 化合物 (1) が下記化合物 (1— 1) であり、 化合物 (2) が下記化合物 (2 一 1) であり、 化合物 (3) が下記化合物 (3— 1) であり、 化合物 (4) が下記 化合物 (4-1) であり、 EFの切断反応が化合物 (4— 1) のエステル結合を分 解する反応であり、 化合物 (5) が下記化合物 (5-1) であり、 化合物 (6) が 下記化合物 (6— 1) である請求項 1に記載の製造方法。

4. 化合物 (1) が下記化合物 (1一 2) であり、 化合物 (2) が下記化合物 (2 一 1) であり、 化合物 (3) が下記化合物 (3— 2) であり、 化合物 (4) が下記 化合物 (4— 2) であり、 EFの切断反応が化合物 (4— 2) のエステル結合を分 解する反応であり、 化合物 (5) が下記化合物 (5— 2) であり、 化合物 (6) が 下記化合物 ( 6— 1 ) である請求項 1〜 3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。

5. 請求項 4に記載の方法で製造した化合物 ( 5— 2 ) を熱分解することによる下 記化合物 (7— 2) の製造方法。

ただし、 RAFは上記と同じ意味を示す。
6. RBFの炭素数が 2〜 20である請求項 1〜 5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
7.化合物( 1 )のフッ素含量が 0質量%であり、かつ分子量が 200以下であり、 化合物 ( 3 ) のフッ素含量が 30〜 76質量%であり、 かつ分子量が 200超〜 1 000である、 請求項 1〜 6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
8.液相中でのフッ素化を、溶媒中でフッ素によってフッ素化する方法により実施 する請求項 1〜 7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
9. 下式で表される化合物から選ばれるいずれかの化合物。
