DESIGN FOR COOKlNG-STOVES.

Be it known that We, N IGHOLAS S. VEDDER and FRANCIS RITCHIE, each of the city of Troy, in the county of Rensselaer, and State of New York, and TOBIAS S. HEISTER, of the village of Lansingburg, in said county and State, have jointly invented and produced a new and original ornamental Design for Elevated-Oven Cooking-Stoves, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying cut, print, or engraving of a cooking-stove, having our said new design.

One part of this invention is the design for the ornamental panel-border A, consisting of the two rows of rectangular surfaces at, creased and arranged together point to point, and the intermediate row of plain rectangular surfaces b, and lateral rows of triangular sur faces 0, and the compound corner ornaments d, all formed and disposed, so as to appear substantially as represented in the aforesaid print.

Another part is the design for the side of the stove, consisting of the end plate C of the elevated oven, the top plate D, and the side plate E, and bottom plate F, the latter two being extended rearward under the said end plate C, and the side plate E having raised panels G and H thereon, substantially as represented in the aforesaid engraving, irrespective of minor feat'ures of ornamentation.

We do not herein claim the design for the central compound panel ornament on the side and end plates of the elevated oven.

all shaped and arranged together as described.
