To all whom it may concern Be it known that we, NICHOLAS S. VEDDER and FRANCIS RITCHIE, each of the city of Troy, in the county of Rensselaer and State of New York, have jointly invented and produced a new and original ornamental Design for Heating-Stoves, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying cut, print, or engraving of a stove having our said new design.

One part of this invention is the design for urn A, consisting of the ornamental band a around the smooth semi-globular lower part b, the ornamented fillet 0 around the middle part, the subglobular vertically-creased upper part (1, the horizontally-ribbed tapering part c, the central fluted column f, with its oin'a mental cap 9, and the two cylindrical turrethandles It, with top ornaments i andj thereon, all shaped and arranged together as represented in the aforesaid print. H

Another part is the design for the panels C of the upper section, consisting of the interior panel ornamentation, composed of the parts k, l, and m, and the rectangular border ornamentation n, all shaped and arranged as shown in the aforesaid engraving.

Another part is the design for the base-section D, consisting of the outer inclined border 0; the series of ornaments p on the convex molding q; the molding 1', with the scalloped ornamentation s thereon; the molding t, surrounding the row of projecting oval ornaments at, extending along the lower edges, ends, and tops of the panels 1;, and the panel ornamentation B, all shaped and arranged substantially as represented in the aforesaid engraving.

What we'clailn'as our invention is 1. The design for theurn A, composed of the ornamental parts a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, 'i, and j, all shaped and arranged together as described.

2. The design for the panels C of the upper section, consisting of the panel ornamentation k, l, m, and ornamental border a, as described.

3. The design for the base-section D, consisting of the parts 0, p, q, 'r, s, t, u, 'v, and panel ornamentation B, as set forth.

4. The design for the legs, composed of the compound ornament w, in combination with the parts a, y, y. z, and z, all shaped and arranged as shown and described.
