Description

吸音材料
本發明係關於一種吸音裝飾板及吸音總成。
裝飾板用作表皮材料,諸如建築或車輛內壁、頂板或地板之表面。舉例而言,JP-T 2002-521722係關於一種使用微孔薄膜之吸音材料。JP-A第2010-196421號描述一種使用微孔裝飾板之吸音裝飾板。此吸音裝飾板吸收聲音且包括裝飾薄膜層、連續泡沫體層及具有微孔之黏著層。
上述吸音裝飾板之表面強度可能不足夠強。因此,當用作諸如建築或車輛內壁、頂板或地板之表面的表皮材料時,表面上可能開裂或凹陷且表面薄膜亦可能破裂。需要具有改良之強度的吸音裝飾板。
本發明提供一種用於安裝在物件或基板上之吸音裝飾板。該基板可具有聲音反射表面。
在許多實施例中,吸音裝飾板包括薄膜層、玻璃布層及隔開該薄膜層與該玻璃布層之黏著層。黏著層黏著於薄膜層及玻璃布層。薄膜層及黏著層具有複數個穿過其安置之微孔。微孔之直徑在20微米至500微米之範圍內,且數目為每平方公分2個至700個微孔。
在許多實施例中,吸音總成包括吸音裝飾板、基板及至少部分隔開該吸音裝飾板與該基板之氣隙。
本發明提供一種可用作消音材料之吸音裝飾板,其具裝 飾性且具有足夠用作建築材料之表面強度。該吸音裝飾板具有有助於防止吸音裝飾板破裂或開裂之玻璃布層。
本發明之吸音裝飾板安裝於具有聲音反射表面之基板或物件上。吸音裝飾板係靠近或鄰近基板或物件表面置放,以便界定吸音裝飾板與物件或基板之間的空氣間隔層或氣隙。具有一定高度(H)之至少部分隔開基板與吸音裝飾板之間隔元件可界定氣隙或空氣間隔層。吸音裝飾板包括裝飾薄膜層及玻璃布層。物件之基板或反射表面具有與玻璃布層相對之表面。
吸音裝飾薄膜層係藉由將黏著層層合於薄膜層上來形成。可藉由諸如使用墨水進行凹板印刷或平板印刷或藉由利用彩色薄膜之任何已知方法來進行設計。此外,薄膜層可由單層或兩個或兩個以上層構成。在兩個或兩個以上層之情況下,薄膜層之各層之間亦可包括黏著層及底塗層或具有其他功能之層。
薄膜層可由聚合物或樹脂材料形成。聚合物或樹脂可包括例如各種合成樹脂,諸如氯乙烯樹脂、氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、聚酯樹脂、纖維素樹脂或聚烯烴樹脂或其組合。其中,當使用單層作為薄膜層時,薄膜包括例如聚氯乙烯樹脂。
此外,當薄膜具有兩個或兩個以上層時,舉例而言,透明表面保護層包括層合於包括氯乙烯樹脂之薄膜層上的氟樹脂或丙烯酸系樹脂。可藉由已知印刷方法在薄膜層或表 面保護層之表面上進行裝飾性設計。
薄膜層之厚度無特定限制;然而,舉例而言,其可在約0.01 mm至0.5 mm之範圍內。
黏著層隔開薄膜層與玻璃布層且黏著於薄膜層及玻璃布層,形成三層層合物。在許多實施例中,薄膜層直接黏著於黏著層上且玻璃布層直接黏著於黏著層上。黏著層可包括已知壓敏黏著劑及/或熱敏黏著劑以黏著薄膜層及玻璃布層。舉例而言,黏著層可包括作為含有黏著聚合物之單層薄膜的壓敏接觸薄膜或具有兩個壓敏黏著層之雙面黏著板。
舉例而言,可藉由用在剝離型紙之剝離表面上塗佈有黏著層之剝離型紙製備獨立黏著層且進行此黏著層與薄膜層之乾式層合來製造黏著層。或者,可將諸如黏著聚合物之黏著劑塗覆於薄膜層上並乾燥,且可將其視為黏著層。
黏著層之厚度無特定限制;然而,舉例而言,其可在約0.01 mm至0.2 mm之範圍內。
裝飾薄膜層具有複數個自薄膜層穿過黏著層延伸至玻璃布層之微孔。微孔可具有任何適用尺寸,且直徑可在20微米至500微米之範圍內且數目可在每平方公分2個至700個之範圍內(亦即數密度)。在此等範圍內,可獲得所要之吸音,同時仍維持其裝飾性外觀。
微孔之直徑延伸穿過薄膜層及黏著層之表面。在一些實施例中,微孔之直徑係在40微米至350微米或50微米至250微米之範圍內。數密度表示每單位面積之微孔數目。在一 些實施例中,數密度在每平方公分4個至625個或每平方公分10個至200個之範圍內。以上提及之直徑及數密度之適合範圍可適當地以任何適用之組合來組合。
裝飾薄膜層係藉由例如在層合如上所述之薄膜層與黏著層之後,用任何適用方法(諸如針或鑽或藉由使用雷射)製造微孔來形成。亦可使用具有具備如上所述之微孔之黏著層的商業內部裝飾板或圖形薄膜。
用以形成微孔之雷射輻射可使用已知設備來進行;諸如由Horiuchi Electronics Co.Ltd.製造之二氧化碳雷射輻射機(LSS-S050VAH-W)或由Sumitomo Heavy Industries Mechatronics,Ltd.(Shinagawa-ku,Tokyo Japan)製造之二氧化碳雷射輻射機(LUMONICS IMPACT2500「LAVIA1000TW」)。在一個實施例中,微孔係藉由利用具有以下操作參數之上述雷射設備來形成:波長:9.3微米;雷射輻射機之平均最大輸出:65 W;及Galvano系統:×2頭,且加工條件可設定為輸出:1 W至1.6 W。
玻璃布層改良吸音裝飾板之表面強度且同時為吸音總成提供低可燃性特徵。因此,可防止或最小化吸音總成或吸音裝飾板之表面上的破裂或開裂。此外,玻璃布層亦有助於改良吸音裝飾板之剛性,籍此改良吸音總成及吸音裝飾板之可操作性。
玻璃布層可包括已知玻璃布。玻璃布層之厚度及重量不受限制且可適當地在可為吸音裝飾板提供滲透性及足夠表面強度之範圍內選擇。舉例而言,玻璃布層之厚度可為約 10微米或大於10微米、30微米或大於30微米或50微米或大於50微米及約300微米或小於300微米、200微米或小於200微米或100微米或小於100微米,或在10微米至300微米或30微米至200微米或50微米至100微米之範圍內。重量可設定為約10 g/cm2或大於10 g/cm2或30 g/cm2或大於30 g/cm2及約350 g/cm2或小於350 g/cm2或200 g/cm2或小於200 g/cm2,或在10 g/cm2至350 g/cm2之範圍內或在30 g/cm2至350 g/cm2之範圍內。例示性玻璃布包括由Unitika Co.Ltd.(Chuo-ku,Osaka,Japan)製造之H105。
吸音裝飾板在薄膜層相對側之表面(物件側之表面)上可具有另一黏著層,以使相應板黏著於間隔件。此另一黏著層可為連續或不連續層。對於此黏著層,可藉由相同方法使用與用於玻璃布及薄膜層之黏著層相同的黏著劑獲得可比之厚度。此黏著層可進一步具有襯墊(剝離型紙)。此種襯墊一般可現場使用(諸如膠帶)且不限於特定組分。舉例而言,襯墊可由紙或塑膠材料(諸如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯或乙酸纖維素)製成,或由層合其之該塑膠材料或紙、或其他材料覆蓋。儘管此等襯墊可按原樣使用,但其較佳在藉由矽化方法或其他方法加工之後使用以改良襯墊之剝離特性。此外,襯墊之厚度無特定限制;然而,其通常可設定於約0.025 mm至0.5 mm或約0.05 mm至0.2 mm之範圍內。

吸音裝飾板之整體厚度(例如「總厚度」)無特定限制且可在所使用板之態樣中適當地選擇。『總厚度』表示薄膜層、黏著層及玻璃布層之厚度的總和。總厚度無特定限制,只要其在獲得本發明效果之範圍內即可;然而,舉例而言,其可設定為約0.1 mm或大於0.1 mm、0.2 mm或大於0.2 mm、1 mm或小於1 mm及0.5 mm或小於0.5 mm,或在0.1 mm至1 mm或0.1 mm至0.5 mm之範圍內。裝飾板亦可進一步含有其他功能層,諸如底塗層。
吸音總成用於將吸音裝飾板安裝於可具有聲音反射表面之物件或基板上。物件之聲音反射表面或基板表面與吸音裝飾板之玻璃布層彼此相對,且吸音裝飾板如此置放或安置以便確定其之間或隔開其之空氣間隔層或氣隙。
物件或基板可為用於附接吸音裝飾板之黏著物的一部分。舉例而言,其可為諸如住宅群、建築及其他建築之結構的壁表面、頂板表面或地板表面;或隔板。舉例而言,物件或基板可具有基底材料,諸如金屬或石膏。在一些實施例中,吸音總成附接於基底材料且接著附接於壁表面、頂板表面、地板表面或隔板,或壁、頂板、地板或隔板可由該吸音總成形成。
空氣間隔層或氣隙可藉由固定吸音裝飾板來確定,以使得藉由在基板或物件與吸音裝飾板之間提供間隔件來維持所要距離。物件與裝飾板並不始終需要在吸音總成之所有 區域中維持相同固定距離。舉例而言,若基板或物件具有不均勻或三維形狀,則可藉由用間隔件固定物件及吸音裝飾板以使得物件或基板之表面與吸音裝飾板之間的距離可視沿吸音總成之位置而變化,從而使得吸音裝飾板之外部或外表面(亦即薄膜層)平坦或呈平面。對於間隔件,可使用諸如柵格、網格、格柵或框架之物件。舉例而言,吸音裝飾板可在不使用黏著劑之情況下繞框架包裹且機械固定於適當位置。
吸音總成係藉由已知方法形成。舉例而言,在附接於諸如壁表面之物件之吸音總成的情況下,其係藉由用黏著劑固定吸音裝飾板及間隔件且藉由用黏著劑使間隔件固定於基板表面(諸如壁表面)來形成。或者,在吸音裝飾板附接於基底材料之吸音材料的情況下,吸音裝飾板及間隔件係用黏著劑固定且吸音總成係藉由例如藉助於用黏著劑黏結或黏著而使其附接於基底材料(諸如金屬或石膏板)來形成。在此種情況下,此吸音總成可連接以建構壁表面。
吸音裝飾板與基板之間具有空氣間隔層或氣隙改良吸音總成之吸音,且改變空氣間隔層或氣隙之厚度允許調節吸音總成之吸音特徵。已知空氣間隔層或氣隙之厚度為物件之表面與吸音裝飾板之內表面(物件側之表面)之間的距離,且可根據所要吸音特徵適當地調節。特定而言,氣隙可設定為例如約2 mm或大於2 mm、5 mm或大於5 mm、8 mm或大於8 mm、10 mm或大於10 mm、50 mm或小於50 mm、30 mm或小於30 mm及20 mm或小於20 mm。在許多 實施例中,氣隙可設定於2 mm至50 mm或2 mm至20 mm之範圍內。
因為吸音裝飾板包括玻璃布層,所以該吸音裝飾板在其外表面上具有優越強度。因此,即使吸音總成在裝飾板與物件之間具有空氣間隔層或氣隙,該吸音總成之表面上的剛性亦不會損失,而且亦可防止或減少表面上之破裂或開裂。

使用由Horiuchi Electronics Co.Ltd.製造之二氧化碳雷射機(LSS-S050VAH-W),在具有層合之丙烯酸系壓敏黏著劑及聚氯乙烯薄膜的裝飾薄膜(由Sumitomo 3M Limited製造之DI-NOCTM薄膜FW-888,厚度約200微米)上進行輸出 為6 W之雷射,以提供與樣品1相同之微孔。自所獲得之微孔DI-NOCTM薄膜上移除襯墊且黏著於3 mm厚之可撓性胺基甲酸酯樹脂層(VHZ,由Bridgestone Chemical Ltd製造)上。藉由刮刀塗佈法將丙烯酸系壓敏黏著劑(丙烯酸丁酯:丙烯酸之質量比=90:10,且固體含量:32%)塗覆於襯墊上,乾燥後厚度為40微米,以製造黏著層,將該黏著層層合於可撓性胺基甲酸酯樹脂層上以製造樣品2。
熱釋放測試
熱釋放測試係基於日本建築綜合試驗所(General Building Research Corporation of Japan)之防火及耐火效能測試評估服務文件(2010年6月1日,修訂版)4.10.2進行,以量測熱值及熱產生速率(超過200 kW/m2之時間)。結果展示於表1中。
量測吸音係數
吸音係數係根據ASTM E1050使用垂直入射吸音量測機來量測。樣品直徑為29 mm。結果展示於圖3中。空氣間隔層或氣隙及樣品(以上提及之樣品1或2)用於各樣品中。
樣品1-1:樣品1,空氣間隔層或氣隙之厚度為3 mm
樣品1-2:樣品1,空氣間隔層或氣隙之厚度為4 mm
樣品1-3:樣品1,空氣間隔層或氣隙之厚度為8 mm
樣品1-4:樣品1,空氣間隔層或氣隙之厚度為13 mm
樣品2:樣品2,無空氣間隔層
樣品3:樣品1,無空氣間隔層
量測撕裂強度
樣品1及2之撕裂強度係基於JISL1096C來量測。拉伸速度為15 cm/min且夾具間隔(夾具之間試件的長度)為2.5 cm,且在與薄片(web)流向及膜狀薄片流向(MD:加工方向)垂直之方向(CD:橫向加工方向)上量測。結果展示於表2中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種吸音裝飾板,其包含:薄膜層;玻璃布層;及隔開該薄膜層與該玻璃布層之黏著層,該黏著層黏著於該薄膜層及該玻璃布層;其中該薄膜層及該黏著層具有複數個穿過其安置之微孔,該等微孔之直徑在20微米至500微米之範圍內且數目為每平方公分2個至700個微孔;且其中該玻璃布層之厚度在10微米至300微米之範圍內,其中該等微孔不延伸至該玻璃布層中。
  2. 如請求項1或2之吸音裝飾板,其中該玻璃布層之重量在30g/cm3至350g/cm3之範圍內。
  3. 如請求項1或2之吸音裝飾板,其中該等微孔之直徑在50微米至250微米之範圍內。
  4. 如請求項1或2之吸音裝飾板,其中該等微孔之數目為每平方公分10個至200個微孔。
  5. 如請求項1或2之吸音裝飾板,其中該薄膜層為聚合物薄膜層。
  6. 如請求項1或2之吸音裝飾板,其中該薄膜層係直接黏著於該黏著層上且該玻璃布層係直接黏著於該黏著層上。
  7. 一種吸音總成,其包含:如請求項1至6中任一項之吸音裝飾板;基板;及 至少部分隔開該吸音裝飾板與該基板之氣隙。
  8. 如請求項7之吸音總成,其進一步包含具有一定高度且界定該氣隙之間隔元件,該間隔元件隔開該基板與該玻璃布層。
  9. 如請求項8之吸音總成,其中該氣隙之厚度或該間隔元件之高度係在2mm至50mm之範圍內。
  10. 如請求項8之吸音總成,其中該氣隙之厚度或該間隔元件之高度係在2mm至20mm之範圍內。
