Description
例えば特許文献1には、微小な穴を有するフィルムを利用した吸音材が記載されている。この吸音材は、断面形状がテーパーを有している微小な穴を有するポリマーフィルムを、空隙を介して構造体に取り付けるものであり、空隙の少なくとも一部に、ポリマーフィルムに隣接する繊維状吸音材料を含む。
かかる接着剤層としては、これら二層を接着することができる従来公知の感圧性接着剤や感熱性接着剤を用いることができる。例えば、感圧性接着剤としては、粘着性ポリマーを含有する単層フィルム状の感圧接着フィルムや、2つの感圧接着層を有する両面接着シートを使用することができる。
サンプル1
ポリ塩化ビニル製フィルムとアクリル系粘着剤を積層した装飾フィルム(住友スリーエム社製ダイノックTMフィルムFW−888、厚さ約200μm)に、堀内電機社製炭酸ガスレーザー照射機(LSS−S050VAH−W)により、出力6Wのレーザーを照射して、直径約350μmの微小な穴を、ピッチが2mmとなるように施した(数密度25個/cm2)。得られた微小な穴を有するダイノックフィルムからライナーを剥がし、これを厚さ100μmのガラスクロスシート(ユニチカ社製、商品名H105)に貼り付けてサンプル1を作成した。
ポリ塩化ビニル製フィルムとアクリル系粘着剤を積層した装飾フィルム(住友スリーエム社製ダイノックTMフィルムFW−888、厚さ約200μm)に、堀内電機社製炭酸ガスレーザー照射機(LSS−S050VAH−W)により、出力6Wのレーザーを照射して、サンプル1と同様の微小な穴を施した。得られた微小な穴を有するダイノックフィルムからライナーを剥がし、これを厚さ3mmの軟質ウレタン樹脂層(ブリヂストン化成社製、VHZ)に貼り付けた。ライナーに、アクリル系粘着剤(ブチルアクリレート:アクリル酸=90:10、質量比、固形分32%)を乾燥後の厚さが40μmになるようにナイフコートにより塗布して粘着剤層を作成して軟質ウレタン樹脂層に積層してサンプル2を作成した。
財団法人日本建築総合試験所作成の防耐火性能試験・評価業務方法書(平成22年6月1日変更版)4.10.2に基づき試験を実施し、発熱量及び発熱速度(200kW/m2超過時間)を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
ASTM E1050に従い、垂直入射吸音測定機を用いて測定した。サンプル径は29mmとなるようにした。結果を図3に示す。図3中の各Sampleにおいて使用したサンプル(上記サンプル1または2)と、背後空気層は次のとおりである。
Sample1−1:サンプル1、背後空気層3mm
Sample1−2:サンプル1、背後空気層4mm
Sample1−3:サンプル1、背後空気層8mm
Sample1−4:サンプル1、背後空気層13mm
Sample2:サンプル2、背後空気層なし
Sample3:サンプル1、背後空気層なし
サンプル1とサンプル2について、JIS L 1096Cに基づき引裂き強度を測定した。引張速度は15cm/分、つかみ間隔は2.5cmとし、フィルムのウエブの流れ方向(MD:Machine Direction)と、ウエブの流れ方向に垂直な方向(CD:Cross machine Direction)について測定した。結果を表2に示す。

反射面を含む構造体に取り付けられる吸音材であって、該吸音材が、
フィルム層と接着剤層とが積層され、直径20〜500μmで数密度が2〜700個/cm 2 の微小な穴を有する装飾フィルム層、及びガラスクロス層を含む装飾シートであって、
前記装飾シートと前記構造体の表面によってそれらの間に背後空気層が規定されるように前記構造体の表面の近傍に配置される装飾シートを含む吸音材。

前記ガラスクロス層の厚さが、10μm以上300μm以下である項目1に記載の吸音材。

前記背後空気層の厚さが、2mm以上50mm以下である項目1または2に記載の吸音材。

Claims (5)
- 反射面を含む構造体に取り付けられる吸音材であって、該吸音材が、
フィルム層と接着剤層とが積層され、吸音性に寄与する穴として、直径20〜500μmの微小な穴のみを有し、該微小な穴の数密度が2〜700個/cm2 である装飾フィルム層、及び通気性を有するガラスクロス層を含む装飾シートであって、
前記装飾シートと前記構造体の表面によってそれらの間に背後空気層が規定されるように前記構造体の表面の近傍に配置される装飾シートを含む吸音材。 - 前記ガラスクロス層の厚さが、10μm以上300μm以下である請求項1に記載の吸音材。
- 前記背後空気層の厚さが、2mm以上50mm以下である請求項1または2に記載の吸音材。
- フィルム層と接着剤層とが積層され、吸音性に寄与する穴として、直径20〜500μmの微小な穴のみを有し、該微小な穴の数密度が2〜700個/cm2 である装飾フィルム層、及び通気性を有するガラスクロス層を含み、反射面を含む構造体に取り付けられる吸音材に使用される装飾シート。
- 前記ガラスクロス層の厚さが、10μm以上300μm以下である請求項4に記載の装飾シート。
