ポリ塩化ビニル製フィルム(厚さ0.1mm)と、アクリル系粘着剤(厚さ0.03mm)とが積層されたフィルム(スリーエムジャパン社製ダイノックTMフィルム、厚さ約0.13mm)からライナーを剥がし、各種ガラスクロスシート(ユニチカ社製)に55℃で貼り付けて装飾シートを作製した。ガラスクロスシートを構成するガラスヤーンの密度(本/25mm)及び太さ(tex)、並びに、ガラスクロスシートの厚さ(mm)及び織り方をそれぞれ表1に示す。
キーエンス製ダブルスキャン高精度レーザ測定機(LT−900シリーズ)、キーエンス製高精度形状測定システム(KS−1100シリーズ)を用い、得られた装飾シートのポリ塩化ビニル製フィルム側の表面の表面粗さ(Ra)を測定した。各サンプルについて場所の異なる5点で測定し、上限、下限から算術平均をとった。結果を表1に示す。また、ガラスクロスシートを貼り付ける前のエンボス付きフィルム(スリーエムジャパン社製ダイノックTMフィルム)のポリ塩化ビニル製フィルム側の表面の表面粗さ(Ra)は、7.39μmであった。
各装飾シートをポリ塩化ビニル製フィルム側が表面に露出するように壁に貼り、壁から直線距離で50cm離れた位置で目視により観察した。装飾シートのポリ塩化ビニル製フィルム側の表面にガラスクロスシートの形状が見られない場合を「○」、見られる場合を「×」として評価した。結果を表1に示す。
財団法人日本建築総合試験所作成の防耐火性能試験・評価業務方法書(平成26年1月31日変更版)4.10.2に基づき試験を実施し、総発熱量及び発熱速度(200kW/m2超過時間)を測定した。結果を表1に示す。なお、総発熱量が8MJ/m2下、200kW/m2超過時間が10秒未満であれば、発熱性試験の判定基準を満たす。
Claims (3)
- 印刷模様が付与された装飾フィルム層と、
ガラスクロス層と、
前記装飾フィルム層と前記ガラスクロス層とを接着する接着剤層と、を備え、
前記ガラスクロス層のガラスヤーンの密度が50本/25mm以上であり、
前記ガラスヤーンの太さが200tex以下であり、
前記ガラスクロス層の表面が有する凹凸が、前記装飾フィルム層と前記ガラスクロス層とを接着する前の前記装飾フィルム層自体の表面粗さを基準とした場合の、前記装飾フィルム層と前記ガラスクロス層とを接着することにより前記装飾フィルム層の表面に生じる表面粗さの変化が5μm以下となるように緻密化されており、
前記装飾フィルム層が、0.05mm〜0.40mmの範囲にある厚さを有するとともに、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル、アクリル、セルロース、及びフッ素樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のポリマーを含み、
前記接着剤層が、0.01mm〜0.20mmの範囲にある厚さを有し、−60℃〜−20℃の範囲にあるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、装飾シート。 - 前記ガラスクロス層の厚さが0.02mm〜0.4mmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の装飾シート。
- 前記装飾フィルム層が、厚さ0.1mm以下のポリ塩化ビニル製フィルムである、請求項1又は2に記載の装飾シート。
