Description

然而,如果充電站被安裝在公共區域,必須確保「竊電」被避免。特別地,一充電過程的未授權中斷必須被防止。也必須確保所提供的能量亦是付款者可使用的。
為此,本發明標的是基於提供一種裝置及一種當充電電動車輛時增加安全性之方法的目的。
該目的依據本發明標的藉由一種用於電動車輛的充電纜線鎖固裝置被實現,在該裝置中,鎖固單元與該車輛的一閉合單元聯結,使得在閉合單元啟動之時,充電纜線可對該插座被鎖固,且使得在該閉合單元停用之時,該充電纜線可從該插座被釋放。
一鎖固單元可以是充電纜線與插座的一機械鎖固。在本文中,可行的是例如鎖固單元與充電纜線藉由機電裝置連接,使得充電纜線被牢固地固持在插座中且不能從插座卸下。例如,銷或螺栓可被移入一電纜之插座或插頭中,其中諸銷或螺栓與該車輛連接使得充電纜線不再能夠從該插座卸下。
一閉合單元可以是鎖固單元可藉其被啟動的一單元。一閉合單元例如可以是由一使用者啟動的單元,該鎖固單元可藉由該單元被鎖固及打開。該閉合單元例如可以是一車輛鎖。該閉合單元可例如與車輛的一中控鎖聯結。該閉合單元也可由中控鎖本身形成。
啟動該閉合單元例如可以是按壓一鎖固按鈕。而且,該閉合單元可藉由鎖固該車輛而被啟動。亦屬可行的是,由一應答器組成之鎖固單元由車輛上卸除,使得該應答器簽章不再可被讀取。
停用該閉合單元例如可被理解成一按鈕或開關被再次啟動。停用例如也可由一接近閉合單元之非接觸可讀取應答器組成,使得該應答器可被讀取。停用可進而被理解成一應答器在車輛之範圍內被移動,使得一簽章可被讀取。同樣停用可意指一車輛被打開。
在啟動閉合單元之時,充電纜線依據本發明標的藉由鎖固單元被鎖固在該插座中。該鎖固單元因此被移至一閉合狀態。這可用電力及機械地被完成。如果鎖固單元處於一閉合狀態,充電纜線不再可從插座上被機械地卸下。
在停用閉合單元之時,該鎖固單元被移至一打開狀態。在此狀態中,充電纜線可被插入該插座且從該插座卸下。
依據一有利的實施例,建議該閉合單元是該車輛的中控鎖,且該鎖固單元與該車輛的中挫鎖聯結,使得在使用該中控鎖閉合該車輛後,充電纜線可對該插座被鎖固,且在以該中控鎖打開該車輛之時,充電纜線從該插座被釋放。
發現鎖固單元可藉由車輛之中控鎖以一特別簡單且容易使用的方式被啟動及停用。當車輛之使用者從離開車輛時,該中控鎖如常由使用者啟動。該使用者使用一中控鎖來鎖定其車輛。在此情況中,假定該車輛之使用者不再監控充電過程。基於此一理由,在中控鎖啟動且車輛關閉後,假定充電纜線必須被保護免於未授權接近。為此,在依據該有利示範性實施例中控鎖啟動之時,充電纜線被鎖固至該插座。未授權之人在該車輛被鎖固後不能再將該纜線從插座卸下。
當使用者返回其車輛時,其如常地打開車輛。車輛打開表示該使用者想要繼續其旅程。在此情況中,該使用者必須能夠從插座卸下纜線。
因此,依據有利示範性實施例,建議在以中控鎖打開車輛打開之時,纜線可從該插座釋放。該使用者可簡單地從插座卸下纜線而無其他問題。
依據一有利實施例,建議閉合單元是一可被無線啟動的應答器讀取單元。例如,一使用者可能隨身攜帶一無線可讀取應答器是。這可例如是一RFID應答器。當使用者離開其車輛時,閉合單元不再能夠讀取該應答器。這可導致閉合單元之啟動。當使用者再次接近車輛時,該應答器讀取單元可再次讀取該應答器,且閉合單元可被停用。依據另一實施例,該應答器可能被用以主動與該插座連接。為此,例如,使用者可在應答器讀取單元附近持有該應答器,於是閉合單元被啟動。當使用者再次在應答器讀取單元持有該應答器時,停用可發生。

已發現充電電流應僅在纜線被牢固地固定在插座且不再能從該插座卸下時才流動。為此一發信單元被建議。該發信單元可以是可將一編碼或未編碼信號經由充電纜線或無線地或經由一不同纜線發送至充電站的單元。在充電站中,一接收器單元被提供,其可接收並評估來自發信單元的信號。當此接收器單元接收一來自發信單元之啟用信號時,該在充電站中的接收器單元可啟動啟用充電電流。這意味著僅在鎖固單元啟動閉合單元之後,一啟用信號方被發送至充電站,且僅在充電纜線被固定在插座中後,充電電流方被啟用。此防止充電纜線未被固定於插座但仍有一充電電流流動。
依據一有利示範性實施例,也建議一發信單元與鎖固單元聯結,該鎖固單元在閉合裝置啟動之時將一啟動信號發送至發信單元,且隨後充電站之發信單元將一鎖固信號發送至充電站以將充電纜線鎖固至充電站。並且啟用充電電流,充電纜線鎖固至充電站也很重要,因否則充電纜線可從充電站卸下且一未授權使用者可使用充電站來充電自己的車輛。為此,充電纜線必須被鎖固在充電站。鎖固信號可例如與啟用信號一起被發送至充電站。鎖固信號及啟用信號也可以是相同的。另外,鎖固信號可被發信且被編碼以確保鎖固信號來自一車輛的一授權發信單元。如果充電站中的接收器單元接收來自發信單元的鎖固信號,充電站中的接收器單元使充電纜線鎖固至充電站。該鎖固機構可以是機械的及/或電的。
當使用者想要繼續其汽車旅程時,其必須將充電纜線從汽車以及充電站卸下。然而,如果纜線從汽車卸下,出於安全考慮,充電電流必須被停用。為此,依據一有利示範性實施例,建議一發信單元與鎖固單元聯結,該鎖固單元在閉合單元停用之時將一停用信號發送至發信單元,且隨後發信單元將一中斷信號發送至充電站以中斷充電電流。因此在閉合單元停用,即解除充電纜線的連接之時,一中斷信號被發送至充電站。在充電站中,一接收器單元可接收該中斷信號,且啟動在充電站中一充電電流的中斷。當從連接釋放充電纜線之時,中斷充電電流防止充電纜線在與連接分離後產生一電弧。也防止了充電纜線可能由於凸出觸點產生一短路。
在閉合單元停用之時,充電纜線可從連接卸下。為了能夠從充電站卸下充電纜線,充電站也必須解鎖充電纜線。為此,依據一有利實施例,建議一發信單元與鎖固單元聯結,該鎖固單元在閉合單元停用之時將一停用信號發送至發信單元,且發信單元進而將一解鎖信號發送至充電站以從充電站解鎖充電纜線。解鎖信號可在中斷信號之前或之後被立即發送。且解鎖信號可與中斷信號相同。解鎖信號由充電站中的一接收器單元接收。在接收解鎖信號之後,充電纜線在充電站中被解鎖,使得其可從充電站卸下。
依據一有利實施例,該插座是一插頭或一插孔。因此充電纜線具有一對應插頭或插孔。

插座2也繪示於第1b圖中。在第1b圖中,具有插頭4a的充電纜線4被插入插座2。可看到,插座2的觸點6與充電纜線4的插頭4a之對應觸點16電連接。
在第1b圖所示位置中,鎖固單元8由資料線10啟動,使得電力驅動12將螺栓14移至母插頭4a的一槽18內。藉由銜接於槽18中的螺栓14,充電纜線4被鎖固在插座2中。藉由資料線10上的一另外的信號,鎖固裝置8的電力驅動12被啟動,使得螺栓14可被從槽18中移出,因此充電纜線4被釋放。
第2圖繪示具有一充電纜線4(未示於圖中)之插座22的一充電站20。插座22可依據插座2被形成且也可具有一對應鎖固單元8。另外,對車輛充電的充電站22具有充電裝置24,充電裝置24向插座22之觸點供應一電能,該電能可藉由充電纜線被導流。另外,充電站20具有一接收器單元26。藉由接收器單元26,出現在插座22之觸點的信號可被接收。此等信號例如可以是一啟用信號、一鎖固信號、一中斷信號及一解鎖信號。啟用信號及解鎖信號可以是同一的。中斷信號及鎖固信號可以是同一的。在啟用信號由接收器單元26接收之時,充電裝置24可被啟動。在接收鎖固信號之時,插座22或提供於插座中的鎖固單元可被啟動,使得一連接充電纜線被固定至插座22。
在一中斷信號由接收器單元26接收之時,充電機構24可被停用,使得插座22中連接的電流被關閉。在一解鎖信號由接收器單元26接收之時,其可控制插座22之鎖固裝置,使得一連接的充電纜線被釋放。
第3圖繪示具有一充電纜線4的插座2的車輛28,以及具有一插座22的一充電站20。車輛28附加地具有一發信單元30及一閉合單元32。發信單元30可與閉合單元22聯結。發信單元30可經由一資料線將資訊發送至插座2之觸點6。且發信單元30可經由一資料線10與鎖固單元8聯結。
閉合單元32可以是車輛28的中控鎖。閉合單元32也例如可以是一應答器讀取裝置。在第3圖所示情況中,充電纜線4被插入插座2及插座22。依據本發明之方法之順序進而繪示於第4圖。
在第一步驟34,車輛28之司機例如可藉由其鑰匙將一閉合信號發送至閉合單元32。藉由閉合信號,車輛28之門被閉合。並行地,閉合單元32將一啟動信號發送至發信裝置30。
發信單元30首先在一步驟36中使用此啟動信號控制鎖固單元8。在步驟36中,鎖固單元8藉由螺栓14將充電纜線4鎖固在插座2中。另外,在步驟38,發信單元30將一鎖固信號經由充電纜線4發送至充電站20。在充電站20,鎖固信號由接收器單元26接收,且接收器單元26使充電纜線4被鎖固在充電站20之插座22中。
因此,在步驟40,發信單元30將一啟用信號經由充電纜線4發送至充電站20。啟用信號由接收器單元26在充電站20中被接收。接收器單元26啟動充電裝置24,因此一充電電流被啟用。經由充電纜線4,一充電電流於是流至車輛28以對車輛28之一電池充電。
當車輛28之司機返回其車輛時,其可藉由一鑰匙再次打開其車輛;閉合單元32在步驟42接收對應停用信號,且打開車輛28之門。在步驟44,發信單元30因此將一中斷信號經由充電纜線4發送至充電站20。在充電站20,接收器單元26接收中斷信號,且完成充電裝置24的一停用。
發信單元30進而在步驟46將一解鎖信號經由充電纜線4發送至充電站20。接收器單元26接收解鎖信號,且完成充電纜線4從接收器22的一解鎖。
進而,在步驟48,鎖固單元8被控制使得充電纜線4從插座2解鎖。因此,螺栓14藉由電力驅動12被移出槽18。
進而,使用者可容易地將充電纜線4從插座2及22中卸下,且充電過程被完成。
藉由所述方法,即使在一車輛之使用者不在場的時提供安全充電是可能的。

Claims (8)
- 一種用於電動車輛之充電纜線鎖固裝置,其具有:-一車輛側面插座,以容納一可與一充電站連接的充電纜線,及-一鎖固單元,被配置在該插座上,-其中該鎖固單元被配置成將該充電纜線對該插座鎖定及釋放,-其中該鎖固單元與該車輛的一閉合單元聯結,使得在該閉合單元啟動時,該充電纜線可對該插座被鎖固,以及在該閉合單元停用之時,該充電纜線可從該插座被釋放,其特徵在於-一發信單元與該鎖固單元聯結,該鎖固單元在該閉合單元啟動之時將一啟動信號發送至該發信單元,且隨後該發信單元將一鎖固信號發送至該充電站以將該充電纜線鎖固至該充電站。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之充電纜線鎖固裝置,其特徵在於,該閉合單元是該車輛的一中控鎖系統,且該鎖固單元與該車輛之該中控鎖系統聯結,使得在該車輛使用該中控鎖系統閉合之後,該充電纜線可對該插座被鎖定,且使得在該車輛以該中控鎖系統打開後,該充電纜線可從該插座被釋放。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之充電纜線鎖固裝置,其特徵在於,該閉合單元是一可被無線啟動的應答器讀取裝 置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之充電纜線鎖固裝置,其特徵在於,一發信單元與該鎖固單元聯結,該鎖固單元在該閉合單元啟動之時將一啟動信號發送至該發信單元,且隨後該發信單元將一啟用信號發送至該充電站以啟用該充電電流。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之充電纜線鎖固裝置,其特徵在於,一發信單元與該鎖固單元聯結,該鎖固單元在該閉合單元停用之時將一停用信號發送至該發信單元,且隨後該發信單元將一阻斷信號發送至該充電站以阻斷該充電電流。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之充電纜線鎖固裝置,其特徵在於,一發信單元與該鎖固單元聯結,該鎖固單元在該閉合單元停用之時將一停用信號發送至該發信單元,且隨後該發信單元將一解鎖信號發送至該充電站,以將該充電纜線自該充電站解鎖。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之充電纜線鎖固裝置,其特徵在於,該插座是一插頭或一插孔。
- 一種用於將一充電纜線鎖固至電動車輛之方法,其中-一充電纜線與一車輛側面插座連接,且-該充電纜線藉由一配置在該插座上的車輛側面鎖固單元自該插座鎖固及釋放,其中-該鎖固單元與該車輛之一閉合單元聯結,使得在該閉合單元啟動之時,該充電纜線與該插座被鎖固,且 在該閉合單元被停用之時,該充電纜線從該插座被釋放,其特徵在於-一發信單元與該鎖固單元聯結,使得在該閉合單元啟動之時,一啟動信號係藉由該鎖固單元發送至該發信單元,且隨後該發信單元將一鎖固信號發送至該充電站以將該充電纜線鎖固至該充電站。
