1311769 九、發明說明: L發明戶斤屬之技術領域】 技術領域 本發明係有關於旋轉式可變電阻器之改良,且該旋轉 5 式可變電阻器係由安裝於支撐構件上之可變電阻器本體; 由該可變電阻器本體支撐並可自由旋轉且朝向外部突出之 旋轉軸;及與該旋轉軸外端結合之操作旋鈕所構成者。 背景技術 10 例如,此種旋轉式可變電阻器係揭示於下述專利文獻1 中而成為已知者。 【專利文獻1】日本專利公開公報第10-270218號 【發明内容3 發明欲解決之問題 15 習知之此種旋轉式可變電阻器係於操作旋鈕設有單一 制動器,並另外於可變電阻器本體上設有一對可交替擋止 前述制動器以規定旋轉軸的旋轉角度之限制部。然而,旋 轉軸之實際旋轉角度雖可依照可變電阻器之用途而改變, 但如前述於可變電阻器本體上設置一對可交替擂止制動器 20 以規定旋轉軸的實際旋轉角度之限制部時,則必須預先準 備多種可依照要求的旋轉軸旋轉角度使一對限制部之間的 距離不同之可變電阻器本體,而如此會難以降低成本。 本發明係有鑒於前述問題而形成者,且其目的在於提 供一種使可變電阻器本體可共通使用於令旋轉軸的實際旋 5 1311769 轉角度不同之各種可變電阻器上,以降低成本之旋轉式可 變電阻器。 解決問題之手段 為了達成前述目的,本發明之第1特點在於本發明旋轉 5 式可變電阻器包含有:安裝於支撐構件上之可變電阻器本 體;由該可變電阻器本體支撐並可自由旋轉且朝向外部突 出之旋轉軸;及與該旋轉軸外端結合之操作旋鈕,其特徵 在於:在可變電阻器本體的旋轉軸突出側之正面,突出設 置朝旋轉轴旋轉方向延伸之板狀單一制動器,另一方面, 10 在操作旋鈕上設有沿著旋轉軸的旋轉方向排列且可與前述 制動器交替抵接,以規定旋轉軸的實際旋轉角度之第1及第 2限制部。 , 又,前述支撐構件係對應於後述本發明實施例中的操 作面板P。 . 15 又,除了第1特點之外,本發明之第2特點在於:在前 述操作旋鈕面對可變電阻器本體的内端面上,形成有與旋 轉軸嵌接之連結突部、及在半徑方向上與該連結突部鄰接 且可收容前述制動器之圓弧狀凹部,又,該圓弧狀凹部之 兩内端壁構成前述第1及第2限制部,且該等第1及第2限制 20 部與操作旋鈕的把手部底端連結成一體。 再者,除了第1特點與第2特點之外,本發明之第3特點 在於:前述制動器係配置成可形成為從上方覆蓋旋轉軸之 簷部,另一方面,在前述搡作旋鈕面對可變電阻器本體的 内端面上,形成有與旋轉轴嵌接之連結突部、及在半徑方 6 1311769
