本發明關於一種包含層構造B’-C1’-C2’之密封的全像介質,關於一種製造該密封的全像介質之方法,關於一種零件套組,關於一種包含一保護層及一基材層之層構造及關於其用途。
用於製造全像介質的光聚合物層本身為已知的,例如WO 2011/054797及WO 2011/067057。這些全像介質的優點是它們的高光繞射效率及簡化的加工,因為在全像照射後不需要進一步化學及/或熱顯影步驟。
全像膜(得自Covestro Deutschland AG的Bayfol® HX)由一膜基材(A)及一光敏性光聚合物層(B)構成。藉局部的光聚合反應在層(B)形成光學全像圖及藉區域的UV-VIS照射被定影。因此層(B)形成一不再感光、經聚合的包含預先刻上全像圖之層(B’)。當這全像圖本身隨著時間很穩定時,它的性質可以由於機械影響及/或與例如有機物質(溶劑)接觸的結果而改變。
可慮及的保護方法為一保護層及/或一保護膜之塗漆、層壓、黏著附加。然而,傳統的塗漆或黏著附加引起相關聯液體漆料及/或黏著劑成分之多種問題其一旦與(B’)層接觸時完全破壞全像圖或由於嚴重光學位移致使它無效。
專利案EP 2613318 B1敘述藉適當選擇成分,保護層可以被施用在經照射的光聚合物層的頂上。這些保護層可藉至少一種可輻射固化樹脂I)、一異氰酸酯-官能的樹脂II)及一光引發劑系統III)之反應製得。在EP 2613318 B1所述的保護層符合適合保護層的要求,因為它們使在施用後可提供一層構造其包含一保護層及一經照射的光聚合物層其可牢固地結合一非常廣範圍的相鄰層體,諸如例如黏著層而不會產生在光聚合物層的體積變化及伴隨全像圖的顏色變化。然而,該保護層係以一“濕”狀態,i.e.如溶液或分散液,施用到該光聚合物層的頂上。然而在產業實施上對構建適當的液體施用設備及提供監控塗布程序的人員是複雜且昂貴。因此層壓法為較佳但是具有常會產生不充分黏著性的膜複合物之缺點。
專利申請案JP2006023455(A)及JP2006023456(A)敘述一用於記錄全像圖的介質其包含一基材層、一光聚合物層及一或二個保護層。該保護層黏接至該基材層,因此在該基材層與該保護層之間嵌入光聚合物層而不是本身黏接至該兩層體。這些經保護的全像介質較佳用在ID卡。對於多數的全像介質應用其中就施用在諸如此層構造的全像介質的整個表面區域的均勻性及品質的高需求而論是難以或甚至不可能實現。
某些放置在保護層上的高需求之應用,尤其是就刮痕及耐溶劑性組合有可撓性、彈性及良好黏著性而論,其利用一個保護層是難以滿足所有的需求。
依此由本發明解決該問題係提供經照射的光聚合物膜其在全像照射一溶液之後不需要後處理步驟,由其這些可以簡單處理步驟密封而不會產生大於10mm(較佳大於5mm)的不利色位移,確保一在該光聚合物與該保護層之間卓越的黏著性且該經固化的保護層確保了對常用溶劑、含水的酸與鹼、化妝品、家用品及工業清潔組成物之永久抗性及/或對機械影響的充分耐刮性。
該問題由一包含層構造B’-C1’-C2’之密封的全像介質來解決,其中B’為一含有體積全像圖之光聚合物層,C1’為一藉光化輻射至少部分固化的保護層其可由下述的反應獲得I)至少一種熱塑性之主要地線性與半晶質聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂C1-I,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C1-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C1-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質及C2’為一藉光化輻射至少部分固化的保護層可由下述的反應獲得I)至少一種熱塑性樹脂C2-I選自由聚乙烯基丁醛(polyvinyl butyral)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯構成之群組,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C2-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C2-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質。
光聚合物層B’為一光聚合物層其中一全像圖,較佳地一體積全像圖,已經光刻的及之後這全像圖藉區域寬波段(broadband)UV/VIS照射被定影;該定影較佳利用一5至10J/cm2的光能量劑量來實現。
根據本發明全像介質的優點為具光刻的全像圖之光聚合物層係由這保護層組合來封裝,其中該成分B’、C1、C1’、C2及C2’彼此搭配如此使它們不僅僅有良好黏著性而還同時確保該全像圖的頻率穩定性/光柵穩定性及防止化學的、物理的及機械的應力。此外該密封層體與其他層體達到相容性還有通常產生全像圖之改良可操作性,譬如藉抑制殘留黏性或經由對密封層的抗靜電修整來防止灰塵。兩個保護層C1與C2具有不同要作的工作。直接被接合至該光聚合物層B的保護層C1可施用至基材層D1的B’層,對全像圖傾向中性,i.e.不會導致全像圖的強度劣化及沒有反射最大值的光譜位移。再者該固化的保護層C1’牢固地黏接至兩個相鄰層體,i.e.至該光聚合物層B’與至該固化的保護層C2’。設想接合至該保護層C1 的第二保護層C2如此使它可被施用至未固化的層C1的頂上,例如藉層壓,及以未固化的與固化的狀態完好地黏接至該保護層C1/C1’。固化的保護層C2’具有良好的溶劑與耐刮性。兩個保護層C1與C2的組合保護含有全像圖的光聚合物層B’不受物理的與化學的影響,諸如刮擦及溶劑破壞,其結合有該建構的層體彼此的良好黏著性及該密封的全像介質的可撓性與彈性。
在本發明內文中反應性稀釋劑較佳為化合物其降低固化性組成物的起始黏度及在固化性組成物的固化過程中與熱塑性樹脂與欲形成網絡的固化劑形成化學鍵。
在本發明內文中與丙烯酸酯有關的術語「官能的」據了解為意指各個可輻射固化的(特別是UV-VIS可輻射固化的)反應性基團之數目,較佳以雙鍵形式。可輻射固化基團特別是丙烯酸酯基團。「多官能的丙烯酸酯」依此據了解為意指一具有至少大於一個可輻射固化基團的分子,特別是丙烯酸酯基團,及例如“三官能的丙烯酸酯”據了解為意指一具有三個可輻射固化基團的分子,特別是丙烯酸酯基團。可輻射固化基團特別是可自由基聚合的基團,諸如丙烯酸酯基團。
在本發明內文中術語「區域的(areal)」據了解為意指一組態為平面區域或者是為凹面或凸面拱形的或波浪型的區域。在本發明內文中該含有全像圖的光聚合物B’必須具有一平面、拱形的或波浪形的區域以使與密封層的層壓在該全像圖區中至少為可行的。
在本發明內文中與可計數參數有關的用字「一(a)」據了解為意指只當這被明確陳述為數字「一個(one)」時(譬如表示「正 好一個」)。當以下本文作為參考例如「一聚異氰酸酯」該用字「一」據了解只是意指不定冠詞而非數字一,這還含括具體實施其中存在二或以上,例如結構上不相似的,聚異氰酸酯。
在進一步較佳具體實施中根據本發明之層構造由彼此至少部分接合之至少四層構成,其中該層體在彼此頂上依順序基材層A、光聚合物層B’、經固化的保護層C1’及經固化的保護層C2’直接配置。

根據本發明之方法具有優點為保護層C1及C2為用「乾式」,因而避免提供如例如對於「濕式」施用要求的昂貴且複雜的機器及特別訓練的人員。該經固化的保護層彼此及對該光聚合物層之非常良好的黏著性不僅確保選擇性存在的基材層D2可無殘留地剝離且還確保了對常用有機溶劑、含水酸與鹼、化妝品、家用與工業清潔組成物之永久抗性,及/或對機械的影響之足夠的耐刮性。

在根據本發明方法之特佳具體實施中在該保護層C1中的反應性稀釋劑C1-II及在該保護層C2中的反應性稀釋劑C2-II係經預調理及預純化的偶磷基硫醯基參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧基乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯。對於預調理及純化產生一偶磷基硫醯基(thioyl)參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧基乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯於乙酸乙酯與環己烷之10重量%溶液,所述溶液經由一Kieselgel 60(Merck)層過濾,接著蒸餾式去除環己烷與過量的乙酸乙酯直到 獲得一40%溶液於乙酸乙酯。重複純化步驟直到該40%溶液於乙酸乙酯具有HAZEN色值(DIN ISO 6271-2:2002)低於100。

該基材層A較佳為一熱塑性基材層/基材膜或另一載體,例如玻璃、塑膠、金屬或木材。熱塑性基材層A之材料或材料複合物為以聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、非晶質聚酯類、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙酸纖維素酯、纖維素水合物、硝酸纖維素、環烯烴聚合物、聚苯乙烯、氫化聚苯乙烯、聚環氧化物、聚碸、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(TPU)、纖維素三乙酸酯(CTA)、聚醯胺(PA)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯(PMMA)、聚氯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯丁醛或聚二環戊二烯或其混合物為基底。它們特佳為以PC、PET、PA、PMMA及CTA為基底。材料複合物可為一膜層壓物(film laminates)或共擠壓物。較佳材料複合物為二層式及三層式薄膜其根據架構A/B、A/B/A或A/B/C之一者建構。特佳為PC/PMMA、PC/PA、PC/PET、PET/PC/PET及PC/TPU。適宜是當基材層A在400至800nm的光譜區域為透明的。
光聚合物層B
產生光聚合物層B’係藉將全像圖刻入未經照射的光聚合物層B內接著光定影該全像圖較佳地藉空氣中的寬波段UV/VIS以5-10J/cm2的光能量劑量照射包含刻寫的全像圖光聚合物層。在定影期間,不含括在全像圖的局部形成的書寫單體的殘餘物為在整個光聚合物層中經由聚合的。用作為敏化劑(sensitizers)的染料同樣是經光化學破壞的。由染料造成的光聚合物層B之強烈的技術變色完全消失。光聚合物層B藉定影脫色(bleached)及轉變成一不再光活性、無染料穩定的包含刻寫的全像圖之光聚合物層B’。
光聚合物層B’較佳包含交聯的基體聚合物,特別是三 維交聯的基體聚合物,其中該基體聚合物較佳為聚胺基甲酸酯。
光聚合物層B包含基體聚合物、書寫單體及光引發劑。可採用的基體聚合物為非晶質熱塑性塑膠,例如聚丙烯酸酯類、聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯類或甲基丙烯酸甲基酯、甲基丙烯酸或其它丙烯酸烷基酯類及甲基丙烯酸酯烷基酯類之共聚物,還有丙烯酸,例如聚丙烯酸丁基酯,還有聚乙酸乙烯酯及聚丁酸乙烯基酯,其部分水解的衍生物,諸如聚乙烯基醇類,及與乙烯及/或其他(甲基)丙烯酸酯類之共聚物,明膠,纖維素酯類及纖維素醚類諸如甲基纖維素、乙醯丁酸纖維素酯(cellulose acetobutyrate),矽酮類,例如聚二甲基矽酮,聚胺基甲酸酯類,聚丁二烯類及聚異戊二烯類,還有聚氧化乙烯類,環氧樹脂,特別是脂族環氧樹脂,聚醯胺類,聚碳酸酯類及在US 4994347A與之中引述的系統。
環氧樹脂可為陽離子性內交聯的。此外,還可以使用酸/酸酐、胺類、羥基烷基醯胺類及硫醇類作為交聯劑。矽酮類可為交聯的或者作為在水存在下(及選擇性在Brønsted酸催化下)經由縮合反應之單-成分系統或作為藉添加矽酸酯類(silicic esters)或有機錫化合物之雙-成分系統。同樣可以是以乙烯基-矽烷系統之矽氫化反應(hydrosilylations)。
不飽和化合物,例如丙烯醯基-官能的聚合物或不飽和酯類,可以是以胺類或硫醇類交聯的。還可以是陽離子性乙烯基醚聚合反應。
然而,尤其適宜是當該基體聚合物為交聯基體聚合物,較佳地三維交聯的基體聚合物及非常特佳地三維交聯的聚胺基甲酸酯類。
聚胺基甲酸酯基體聚合物可特別是藉至少一種聚異氰酸酯成分a)與至少一種異氰酸酯-反應性成分b)之反應獲得。
聚異氰酸酯成分a)包含至少一種具有至少二個NCO基團之有機化合物。這些有機化合物特別是可為單體性二-及三異氰酸酯類、聚異氰酸酯類及/或NCO-官能的預聚物。聚異氰酸酯成分a) 還可含有或構成有單體性二-及三異氰酸酯類、聚異氰酸酯類及/或NCO-官能的預聚物之混合物。
可採用的單體性二-及三異氰酸酯類包括本身為此項技術領域熟悉者所熟知全部化合物或其混合物。這些化合物可具有芳香族、芳脂族、脂族或環脂族結構。該單體性二-及三異氰酸酯類還可包含以少量的單異氰酸酯類,i.e.具有一個NCO基團之有機化合物。

合適的聚異氰酸酯類為化合物其具有胺基甲酸酯、脲、碳二醯亞胺、醯基脲、醯胺、異氰脲酸酯(isocyanurate)、脲基甲酸酯、縮二脲、噁二嗪三酮(oxadiazinetrione)、脲二酮及/或亞胺基噁二嗪二酮(iminooxadiazinedione)結構及可獲自前述二-或三異氰酸酯類。
特別適宜是當該聚異氰酸酯類為寡聚的脂族及/或環脂族二-或三異氰酸酯類,特別是可採用上述脂族及/或環脂族二-或三異氰酸酯類。
非常特別適宜係予以聚異氰酸酯類其具有異氰脲酸酯、脲二酮及/或亞胺基噁二嗪二酮結構還有予以以HDI為基底的縮 二脲類或其混合物。
合適的預聚物含有胺基甲酸酯及/或脲基團,及選擇性經由如以上所論述的NCO基團的改質作用形成的其他結構。此種預聚物可例如藉上述單體性二-及三異氰酸酯類及/或聚異氰酸酯類a1)與異氰酸酯-反應性化合物b1)之反應獲得。
可採用的異氰酸酯-反應性化合物b1)包括醇類或胺基或巰基化合物,較佳地醇類。這些特別是可為多醇類。非常特佳適用作為異氰酸酯-反應性化合物b1)是聚酯多醇類、聚醚多醇類、聚碳酸酯多醇類、聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯多醇類及/或聚胺基甲酸酯多醇類。
合適的聚酯多醇為,例如,線性聚酯二醇類或分支的聚酯多醇類其可以依已知方式藉使脂族、環脂族或芳香族二-或多羧酸類或其酸酐與OH官能度2的多元醇類之反應獲得。合適的二-或多羧酸類的實例為多元羧酸類諸如丁二酸、己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸、癸烷二羧酸、鄰苯二甲酸、對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、四氫鄰苯二甲酸或苯三酸(trimellitic acid),及酸酐諸如苯二甲酸酐、苯三酸酐或丁二酸酐,或其任意期望的混合物。聚酯多醇還可為以天然原料諸如蓖麻油為基底。同樣可以的是該聚酯多醇類為以內酯類的均-或共聚物為基底其較佳可藉內酯類或內酯混合物諸如丁內酯、ε-己內酯及/或甲基-ε-己內酯加成至羥基-官能的化合物諸如OH官能度2的多元醇上而獲得,例如以下論述的種類。
合適的醇類實例為全部多元醇類,例如C2-C12二醇類、異構的環己烷二醇類、丙三醇或其與彼此的任意期望的混合物。
合適的聚碳酸酯多醇類可依本身已知方式藉使有機碳酸酯類或光氣與二醇類或二醇混合物之反應獲得。
合適的有機碳酸酯類為二甲基碳酸酯、二乙基碳酸酯及二苯基碳酸酯。
合適的二醇類或混合物包含本身在聚酯段落內文中述及的OH官能度2的多元醇類,較佳地丁烷-1,4-二醇、己烷-1,6- 二醇及/或3-甲基戊烷二醇。還可以使聚酯多醇轉換成聚碳酸酯多醇類。
合適的聚醚多醇為,環狀醚類加成至OH-或NH-官能的起始分子之聚加成產物,選擇性為嵌段式構造。
合適的環狀醚類為,例如,環氧苯乙烯(styrene oxides)、環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷、四氫呋喃、環氧丁烷、環氧氯丙烷及其任意期望的混合物。
可採用的起始劑(starters)包括在聚酯多醇類內文中論述的具有OH官能度2的多元醇類還有一級或二級胺類及胺基醇類。
較佳的聚醚多醇類為彼等前述類型專有以環氧丙烷為基底,或以環氧丙烷與其他1-環氧烷的無規或嵌段共聚物為基底。特別適宜係予以環氧丙烷均聚合物及具有氧代乙烯、氧代丙烯及/或氧代丁烯單元的無規或嵌段共聚物,在此氧代丙烯單元的比例以全部氧乙烯、氧丙烯及氧丁烯單元的總量為基準構成至少20重量計%,較佳至少45重量%。氧丙烯及氧丁烯於此包括所有各個線性及分支的C3及C4異構物。
還適合作為多醇成分b1)的組成如多官能的、異氰酸酯-反應性化合物,為低分子量,即,具有分子量500g/mol,短鏈,i.e.含有2至20個碳原子,脂族、芳脂族或環脂族二-、三-或多官能的醇類。
這些可為,例如,除了上述化合物之外,新戊二醇、2-乙基-2-丁基丙烷二醇、三甲基戊烷二醇、位置上異構的二乙基辛烷二醇類、環己烷二醇、環己烷-1,4-二甲醇、己烷-1,6-二醇、環己烷-1,2-及-1,4-二醇、氫化雙酚A、2,2-雙(4-羥基環己基)丙烷或2,2-二甲基-3-羥基丙酸、2,2-二甲基-3-羥丙基酯類。合適的三醇類實例為三羥甲基乙烷、三羥甲基丙烷或丙三醇。合適的較高官能度醇類為二(三羥甲基丙烷)、季戊四醇、二季戊四醇或山梨醇。
特佳是當多醇成分為二官能的聚醚或聚酯或一聚醚- 聚酯嵌段共聚酯或一具一級OH官能性的聚醚-聚酯嵌段共聚物。
同樣可以使用胺類作為異氰酸酯-反應性化合物b1)。合適的胺類實例為乙二胺、丙二胺、二胺基環己烷、4,4'-二環己基甲烷二胺、異佛爾酮二胺(IPDA),二官能的多胺類,例如Jeffamines®、胺-終端的聚合物,特別是具有數目-平均莫耳質量10 000g/mol。同樣可使用前述胺類的混合物。
同樣可以使用胺基醇類作為異氰酸酯-反應性化合物b1)。合適的胺基醇實例為異構的胺基乙醇類、異構的胺基丙醇類、異構的胺基丁醇類及異構的胺基己醇類或其任意期望的混合物。
全部前述異氰酸酯-反應性化合物b1)可以如期望與彼此混合。
還適宜是當異氰酸酯-反應性化合物b1)具有數目-平均莫耳質量為200與10 000g/mol,更佳地500與8000g/mol及非常特佳地800與5000g/mol。多醇的OH官能度較佳為1.5至6.0,特佳地1.8至4.0。
聚異氰酸酯成分a)之預聚物特別是可具有游離單體性二-及三異氰酸酯類之殘餘量為<1重量%,特佳地<0.5重量%及非常特佳地<0.3重量%。
還可以是對於聚異氰酸酯成分a)係含有,以全部或以部分,一有機化合物其中NCO基團已完全地或部分地與由塗料技術已知的封端劑(blocking agents)反應。封端劑的實例為醇類、內醯胺類、肟類、丙二酸酯類、吡唑類、及胺類,例如丁酮肟、二異丙基胺、丙二酸二乙基酯、乙醯乙酸乙基酯(ethyl acetoacetate)、3,5-二甲基吡唑、ε-己內醯胺,或其混合物。
特別適宜是當聚異氰酸酯成分a)包含具有脂族性鍵結的NCO基團的化合物,在此脂族性鍵結的NCO基團據了解意指彼等鍵結至一級碳原子之基團。異氰酸酯-反應性成分b)較佳包含至少一種具有平均至少1.5個及較佳地2至3個異氰酸酯-反應性基團之有機化合物。在本發明內文中,異氰酸酯-反應性基團較佳認為是羥基、 胺基或巰基基團。
異氰酸酯-反應性成分特別是可包含具有數平均為至少1.5個及較佳地2至3個異氰酸酯-反應性基團之化合物。
成分b)之合適的多官能的異氰酸酯-反應性化合物為,例如,上述化合物b1)。
根據本發明合適的光引發劑基本上為藉光化輻射被活化的及可以引發書寫單體的聚合反應之化合物。在該光引發劑之中在單分子(類型I)與雙分子(類型II)引發劑之間可作出區分。此外,彼等由它們作為聚合反應的自由基、陰離子性、陽離子性或混合類型之光引發劑之化學本質來區分。
用於自由基光聚合反應之類型I光引發劑(Norrish類型I)經照射透過單分子鍵切斷(bond scission)形成自由基。類型I光引發劑的實例為三嗪類、肟類、苯偶因醚類(benzoin ethers)、苯偶醯縮酮(benzil ketals)、雙咪唑類、芳醯基膦氧化物、鋶鹽及錪鹽。
用於自由基聚合反應之類型II光引發劑(Norrish類型II)由一染料敏化劑與一共引發劑構成,及經以調到該染料的光照射進行雙分子反應。該染料首先吸收一光子及從一激發態傳輸能量至該共引發劑。後者透過電子或質子轉移或直接氫摘取(abstraction)釋出聚合反應-引發自由基。
在本發明內文中,適宜係予以使用類型II光引發劑。
該染料及該類型II光引發劑之共引發劑或可直接與光聚合物的其他成分共同混合一起或者是可單獨地與個別成分預混。尤其是當該光聚合物欲含有聚胺基甲酸酯基體聚合物時,該染料可與異氰酸酯-反應性成分及該共引發劑與異氰酸酯成分預混。然而,同樣還可以的是預混該共引發劑與該異氰酸酯-反應性成分及該染料與該異氰酸酯成分。
此種光引發劑系統原則上敘述於EP 0 223 587 A及較佳地由一或多種染料與烷芳基硼酸銨鹽(類)之混合物構成。
合適的染料其,與烷芳基硼酸銨鹽一起,形成一類型 II光引發劑為在WO 2012062655所敘述的陽離子性染料組合有同樣敘述其中的陰離子。
合適的烷芳基硼酸銨鹽類為例如(Cunningham et al.,RadTech'98 North America UV/EB Conference Proceedings,Chicago,Apr.19-22,1998):三苯基己基硼酸四丁基銨鹽,三苯基丁基硼酸四丁基銨鹽、三萘基己基硼酸四丁基銨鹽、參(4-tert-丁基)苯基丁基硼酸四丁基銨鹽、參(3-氟苯基)己基硼酸根己基硼酸四丁基銨鹽([191726-69-9],CGI 7460,得自BASF SE,Basle,Switzerland的產品)、二戊基二苯基硼酸1-甲基-3-辛基咪唑鎓鹽及參(3-氯-4-甲基苯基)己基硼酸四丁基銨鹽([1147315-11-4],CGI 909,得自BASF SE,Basle,Switzerland的產品)。
可有利的是使用這些光引發劑的混合物。根據所用的輻射源,光引發劑的類型及濃度必須以此項技術領域熟悉者已知方式來調節。進一步詳細內容敘述,例如,於P.K.T.Oldring(Ed.),Chemistry & Technology of UV & EB Formulations For Coatings,Inks & Paints,Vol.3,1991,SITA Technology,London,p.61-328。
非常特別適宜是當該光引發劑包含一吸收光譜至少部分涵蓋自400至800nm的光譜範圍的染料與至少一種調到該染料的共引發劑之組合物。
還適宜是當在光聚合物調製物中存在至少一種適用於選自藍、綠及紅的雷射光顏色之光引發劑。
還更適宜是當光聚合物調製物含有一適用於每個選自藍、綠及紅的至少二種雷色光顏色之光引發劑。
最後,非常特別適宜是當光聚合物調製物含有一適用於每個雷色光顏色藍、綠及紅之光引發劑。
在進一步較佳具體實施中提供了書寫單體包含一單-及/或一多官能的(甲基)丙烯酸酯書寫單體。該書寫單體非常特佳地可另外包含至少一種單-及/或一個多官能的胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
合適的丙烯酸酯書寫單體特別是通式(I)之化合物
式中n1與n4及R41為一線性、分支的、環狀或雜環狀未取代的或者是選擇性雜原子-取代的有機自由基及/或R42為氫、一線性、分支的、環狀或雜環狀未取代的或者是選擇性雜原子-取代的有機自由基。特別適宜是當R42為氫或甲基及/或R41為一線性、分支的、環狀或雜環狀未取代的或者是選擇性雜原子-取代的有機自由基。
丙烯酸酯類及甲基丙烯酸酯類在本內容中,分別地,係指丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸之酯類。適宜可用的丙烯酸酯類及甲基丙烯酸酯類的實例為丙烯酸苯基酯、甲基丙烯酸苯基酯、丙烯酸苯氧基乙基酯、甲基丙烯酸苯氧基乙基酯、丙烯酸苯氧基乙氧基乙基酯、甲基丙烯酸苯氧基乙氧基乙基酯、丙烯酸苯基硫代乙基酯、甲基丙烯酸苯基硫代乙基酯、丙烯酸2-萘基酯、甲基丙烯酸2-萘基酯、丙烯酸1,4-雙(2-硫代萘基)-2-丁基酯、甲基丙烯酸1,4-雙(2-硫代萘基)-2-丁基酯、雙酚A二丙烯酸酯、雙酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯,及其乙氧基化的類似化合物,丙烯酸酯N-咔唑基(carbazolyl)類。
在本內文中胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯類據了解意指化合物其具有至少一個丙烯酸酯基團與至少一個胺基甲酸酯鍵。此種化合物可以,例如,藉使一羥基-官能的丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯與一異氰酸酯-官能的化合物之反應而獲得的。

同樣可以是使用本身已知的具有OH含量為20至300mg KOH/g之含有羥基的環氧基(甲基)丙烯酸酯類或具有OH含量為20至300mg KOH/g之含有羥基的聚胺基甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯類或具有OH含量為20至300mg KOH/g之丙烯酸酯化的聚丙烯酸酯類及這些與彼此的混合物,及與含有羥基的不飽和聚酯類之混合物及與聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯類之混合物或含有羥基的不飽和聚酯類與聚酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯類之混合物。
適宜予以特別是胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯類其可獲自參(p-異氰酸基苯基)硫代磷酸酯及/或m-甲基硫代苯基異氰酸酯與醇-官能的丙烯酸酯類諸如(甲基)丙烯酸羥乙基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸羥丙基酯及/或(甲基)丙烯酸羥丁基酯之反應。
同樣可以的是該書寫單體包含其他不飽和化合物諸如α,β-不飽和羧酸衍生物,例如順丁烯二酸酯類、反丁烯二酸酯類、順丁烯二醯亞胺類、丙烯醯胺類,還有乙烯基醚類、丙烯基醚 類、烯丙基醚類及含有二環戊二烯基單元的化合物,還有烯烴性不飽和化合物,例如苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、乙烯基甲苯及/或烯烴類。
在進一步較佳具體實施中,提供了光聚合物調製物另外含有單體性胺基甲酸酯類作為添加劑,在其情況下該胺基甲酸酯類尤其可由至少一種氟原子所取代。
胺基甲酸酯類較佳地可具有通式(II)
其中m1與m8及R51、R52及R53為線性、分支的、環狀或雜環狀未取代的或者是選擇性雜原子-取代的有機自由基及/或R52、R53彼此獨立地為氫,其中較佳地自由基R51、R52、R53之至少一者為由至少一個氟原子取代的及特佳地R51為一具有至少一個氟原子的有機自由基。特別適宜是當R52為一線性、分支的、環狀或雜環狀有機自由基其為未取代的或者是選擇性以雜原子(例如氟)取代的。
在本發明之進一步較佳具體實施中,提供了光聚合物含有10%至89.999%以重量計(較佳地20%至70%以重量計)的基體聚合物,3%至60%以重量計(較佳地10%至50%以重量計)的書寫單體,0.001%至5%以重量計(較佳地0.5%至3%以重量計)的光引發劑及選擇性0%至4%以重量計(較佳地0%至2%以重量計)的催化劑,0%至5%以重量計(較佳地0.001%至1%以重量計)的穩定劑,0%至40%以重量計(較佳地10%至30%以重量計)的單體性氟胺基甲酸酯類及0%至5%以重量計(較佳地0.1%至5%以重量計)的其他添加劑,其中全部組成分的總和為100%以重量計。
特別適宜係予以使用光聚合物其包含20%至70%以重量計的基體聚合物、20%至50%以重量計的書寫單體、0.001%至5%以重量計的光引發劑、0%至2%以重量計的催化劑、0.001%至1%以 重量計的自由基穩定劑、選擇性10%至30%以重量計的氟胺基甲酸酯類及選擇性0.1%至5%以重量計的其他添加劑。
可採用的催化劑包括胺基甲酸酯化反應催化劑,例如鉍、錫、鋅或鐵的有機或無機衍生物(亦見在US 2012/062658中具體的化合物)。特佳的催化劑為丁基錫參(2-乙基己酸酯)、鐵(III)參乙醯基丙酮酯、鉍(III)參(2-乙基己酸酯)及錫(II)雙(2-乙基己酸酯)。此外,還可以使用空間位阻的胺類作為催化劑。
可採用的穩定劑包括自由基抑制劑諸如HALS胺類、N-烷基HALS、N-烷氧基HALS及N-烷氧基乙基HALS化合物,還有抗氧化劑及/或UV吸收劑。
可採用的其他添加劑包括流動控制劑及/或抗靜電劑及/或觸變劑及/或增稠劑及/或殺生物劑。
保護層C1
在以光化輻射固化之前該保護層C1包含至少一種物理乾燥聚合物樹脂C1-I、至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑(RD)C1-II及至少一種光引發劑C1-III。適宜是當該保護層C1另外包含一UV吸收劑以0.1%至10%以重量計之量。
用於保護層C1之物理乾燥樹脂為熱塑性主要線性半結晶聚胺基甲酸酯類(見例如Günter Oertel(editor):Kunststoff-Handbuch-Vol.7 Polyurethanes.3rd Edition.Carl Hanser Verlag,1993)。適宜係予以得自Covestro Deutschland AG的Desmocoll®及Desmomelt®聚胺基甲酸酯類其已被具體開發作為熱活化黏著劑。適用於保護層C1的熱塑性主要線性半晶質聚胺基甲酸酯類之其他實例敘述於DE 3729068 A1、DE 3702394 A1及US 20050112971 A1,其在這方面的揭露內容由此在本文中併入參考。
丙烯醯基-官能的反應性稀釋劑係得自多官能的(較佳地至少三官能的)丙烯酸酯類別。於此適宜係予以或是三丙烯酸酯其來自Covestro AG的Desmodur® RFE及丙烯酸羥乙基酯及/或二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯及/或二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯。特別適宜是當丙烯醯 基-官能的反應性稀釋劑為40%溶液於乙基丙烯酸酯具有色值為<200Hazen,特佳為<100Hazen(DIN ISO 6271-2:2002)。特別適宜係予以經預調理的及預純化的偶磷基硫醯基參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯。偶磷基硫醯基參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧基乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯可如下所述被純化及預調理。
所採用的光引發劑基本上為可藉光化輻射活化且可以引發對應基團的聚合反應之化合物。
在光引發劑之中在用於引發自由基聚合反應之單分子(類型I)與雙分子(類型II)引發劑之間可作出區分;相關於此存在有廣泛先前技術。
用於自由基光聚合反應之類型I光引發劑(Norrish類型I)經照射透過單分子鍵切斷形成自由基。
類型I光引發劑的實例為三嗪類,例如參(三氯甲基)三嗪,肟類,苯偶因醚類,苯偶醯縮酮,α-α-二烷氧基苯乙酮,苯基乙醛酸酯類,雙咪唑類,芳醯基膦氧化物,例如2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦氧化物,鋶及錪鹽。
用於自由基聚合反應之類型II光引發劑(Norrish類型II)經照射進行雙分子反應,其中在激發態的光引發劑與一第二分子反應(該共引發劑),及藉電子或質子轉移或直接氫摘取形成聚合反應-引發自由基。
類型II光引發劑的實例為醌類,例如樟腦醌,芳香族酮基化合物,例如二苯基酮組合有三級胺類,烷基二苯基酮類,鹵化的二苯基酮類,4,4’-雙(二甲基胺基)二苯基酮(Michler’s酮),蒽酮,甲基-p-(二甲基胺基)苯甲酸酯,硫雜蒽酮(thioxanthone),酮基香豆素類(ketocoumarins),α-胺基烷基苯酮,α-羥基烷基苯酮及陽離子性染料,例如亞甲基藍,組合有三級胺類。

適宜係予以1-羥基環己基苯基酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 184),2-羥基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 1173),2-羥基-1-{4-[4-(2-羥基-2-甲基丙醯基)苄基]苯基}-2-甲基丙-1-酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 127),2-羥基-1-[4-(2-羥基乙氧基)苯基]-2-甲基-1-丙酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 2959);2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦氧化物(e.g.得自BASF SE的Lucirin® TPO);2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦酸酯(e.g.得自BASF SE的Lucirin® TPO-L),雙(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基)苯基膦氧化物(Lucirin® 819);[1-(4-苯基硫烷基(sulfanyl)苯甲醯基)亞庚基胺基]苯甲酸酯(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® OXE 01);[1-[9-乙基-6-(2-甲基苯甲醯基)咔唑-3-基]亞乙基胺基]乙酸酯(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® OXE 02)及其混合物。特別適宜係予以2-羥基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮及2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦氧化物及其混合物。
典型的UV吸收劑為苯并三唑類,氰基丙烯酸酯類,二苯基酮類,苯基三嗪類,羥基苯基三嗪類或草醯苯胺類(oxalanilides)。
再者,還可存在光穩定劑諸如酚類或HALS胺類。
在較佳具體實施中該未固化的保護層C1包含I)至少一種熱塑性主要線性與半晶質聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂C1-I,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C1-II選自由偶磷基硫醯基參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧基乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯及二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯構成之群組,III)至少一種光引發劑C1-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質。

基材層D1較佳為一熱塑性基材層/基材膜。該熱塑性 基材層/基材膜D1之材料或材料複合物係以聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、非晶質聚酯類、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙酸纖維素酯、纖維素水合物、硝酸纖維素酯、環烯烴聚合物、聚苯乙烯、氫化聚苯乙烯、聚環氧化物、聚碸、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(TPU)、纖維素三乙酸酯(CTA)、聚醯胺(PA)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯(PMMA)、聚氯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯丁醛或聚二環戊二烯或其混合物為基底。它們特佳係以PC、PET、PA、PMMA及CTA為基底。材料複合物可為膜層壓體或共擠壓物。較佳的材料複合物為根據架構A/B、A/B/A或A/B/C之一者建構的二層式或三層式薄膜。特佳為PC/PMMA、PC/PA、PC/PET、PET/PC/PET及PC/TPU。適宜是當基材膜D1在400-800nm的光譜區域是透明的。
非常特別適合作為基材層D1為由聚酯製作的機械穩定的熱塑性聚合物基材,特別是彼等,諸如例如聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)其具有膜厚度為<200μm,更佳地<100μm及>20μm,還更佳地<45μm及>20μm,它的黏著性質已經藉表面改質來降低。因此可想到各種技術。因而,可添加無機滑動(gliding)添加劑,例如高嶺土、黏土、漂白土、碳酸鈣、二氧化矽、氧化鋁、氧化鈦、磷酸鈣。

特別適宜係予以矽酮-改質的PET薄膜(例如Hostaphan RN30 2PRK)。這些薄膜的使用有助於甚至在層C1已經固化之前去除層D1。
保護層C2
在以光化輻射固化之前該保護層C2包含至少一種物理乾燥聚合物樹脂C2-I、至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑(RD)C2-II及至少一種光引發劑C2-III。適宜是當該保護層C2另外包 含一UV吸收劑以0.1%至10%以重量計之量。
用於保護層C2之物理乾燥樹脂較佳為具Mw 100 000g/mol的聚乙烯基丁醛或具Mw 100 000g/mol的非晶質聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯。
丙烯醯基-官能的反應性稀釋劑為至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯,較佳地至少三官能的丙烯酸酯。於此特佳的或者是三丙烯酸酯選自得自Covestro AG的Des-modur® RFE及丙烯酸羥乙基酯(偶磷基硫醯基參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯)及/或季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯及/或四乙氧基化的季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、偶磷基硫醯基參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧基乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯為特佳。
所採用的光引發劑基本上為化合物其可藉光化輻射活化的及可以引發對應基團的聚合反應。
在光引發劑之中可在用於引發自由基聚合反應之單分子(類型I)與雙分子(類型II)引發劑之間作出區分;有相關此存在廣泛先前技術。
用於自由基光聚合反應之類型I光引發劑(Norrish類型I)經照射透過單分子鍵切斷形成自由基。
類型I光引發劑的實例為三嗪類,例如參(三氯甲基)三嗪,肟類,苯偶因醚類,苯偶醯縮酮類,α-α-二烷氧基苯乙酮,苯基乙醛酸酯類,雙咪唑,芳醯基膦氧化物,例如2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦氧化物,鋶及錪鹽。
用於自由基聚合反應之類型II光引發劑(Norrish類型II)經照射進行雙分子反應,其中在激發態的光引發劑與第二分子(共引發劑)反應及藉電子或質子轉移或直接氫摘取形成聚合反應-引發自由基。
類型II光引發劑的實例為醌類,例如樟腦醌,芳香族酮基化合物,例如二苯基酮組合有三級胺類,烷基二苯基酮類,鹵化的二苯基酮類,4,4’-雙(二甲基胺基)二苯基酮(Michler’s酮),蒽 酮,甲基-p-(二甲基胺基)苯甲酸酯,硫雜蒽酮,酮基香豆素類,α-胺基烷基苯酮,α-羥基烷基苯酮及陽離子性染料,例如亞甲基藍,組合有三級胺類。
對於UV及短波可見範圍使用類型I及類型II光引發劑及對於較長波可見光範圍使用主要類型II光引發劑。
適宜係予以1-羥基環己基苯基酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 184)、2-羥基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 1173)、2-羥基-1-{4-[4-(2-羥基-2-甲基丙醯基)苄基]苯基}-2-甲基丙-1-酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 127)、2-羥基-1-[4-(2-羥基乙氧基)苯基]-2-甲基-1-丙酮(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® 2959);2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦氧化物(e.g.得自BASF SE的Lucirin® TPO);2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦酸酯(e.g.得自BASF SE的Lucirin® TPO-L)、雙(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基)苯基膦氧化物(Lucirin® 819);[1-(4-苯基硫烷基苯甲醯基)亞庚基胺基]苯甲酸酯(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® OXE 01);[1-[9-乙基-6-(2-甲基苯甲醯基)咔唑-3-基]亞乙基胺基]乙酸酯(e.g.得自BASF SE的Irgacure® OXE 02)及其混合物。特別適宜係予以2-羥基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮及2,4,6-三甲基苯甲醯基二苯基膦氧化物及其混合物。
典型的UV吸收劑為苯并三唑類、氰基丙烯酸酯類、二苯基酮類、苯基三嗪類、羥基苯基三嗪類或草醯苯胺類。
再者,還可存在光穩定劑諸如酚類或HALS胺類。
在較佳具體實施中該未固化的保護層C2包含I)至少一種熱塑性樹脂C2其選自由具Mw 100 000g/mol的聚乙烯基丁醛或具Mw 100 000g/mol的非晶質聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯構成之群組,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C2-II選自由偶磷基硫醯基參(氧基苯-4,1-二基胺甲醯基氧基乙烷-2,1-二基)參丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯及四乙氧基化的季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯構成之群組, III)至少一種光引發劑C2-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質。
基材層D2

在一項具體實施中根據本發明之密封的全像介質含有一含有全像圖的光聚合物層其具有膜厚度為0.3μm至500μm,較佳為0.5μm至200μm及特佳為1μm至100μm。
特別是該全像圖可為一反射、透射、在線(in-line)、偏軸(off-axis)、全光圈(full-aperture)轉移、白光透射、Denisyuk、偏軸反射或邊光(edge-lit)全像圖,或者是一全像立體圖(stereogram),及較佳為一反射、透射或邊光全像圖。適宜係予以反射全像圖、Denisyuk全像圖、透射全像圖。
在該光聚合物層中一或多種全像圖在相同位置處或彼此相鄰處可為/可已經被光刻的。若在相同位置處實行光刻寫時可光刻不同圖像內容。同樣可以是利用稍微改變重建構角度光刻物體的不同層面(aspects)以形成立體圖。同樣可以是光刻隱藏的全像圖及微縮版(microtexts)。在透射全像圖情況下同樣可以是光刻數種光導功能(light guiding functions)及/或不同光譜範圍的光導功能。全像圖之可行的光學功能對應於諸如透鏡、鏡子、偏向鏡子、濾光器(filters)、漫射器、指向漫射元件(directed diffusion element)、繞射元件、光導件(light guides)、波導件(waveguides)、投射螢幕及/或光罩的光學元件之光學功能。此外,在諸如此全像圖中可以組合複數個此種光學功能,例如此致該光根據光的入射而偏向不同方向。例如,可以利用此種建構以建立允許經歷立體視覺印象(stereoscopic visual impression)而沒有其他輔助之自動立體的(autostereoscopic)或全像電子的顯示器,例如偏光鏡(polarizer)或快門鏡片(shutter glasses),針對用在汽車平視顯示器(head-up displays)或頭戴顯示器(head-mounted displays)。

本發明同樣提供一種包含本發明全像介質之光學顯示器。

本發明還進一步提供一種安全文件及一種包含本發明的密封的全像介質之全像光學元件。

胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯1之純化(同時也是RD2):胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯1於乙酸乙酯之40%溶液具有色值為300至700Hazen(DIN ISO 6271-2:2002),其對於以其為基底的光學清漆是不能接受的。針對純化,該溶液係以環己烷及額外的乙酸乙酯稀釋,產生10%溶液以乙酸乙酯與環己烷的溶劑混合物(1.4對1重量份)經過一Kieselgel 60層(Merck)過濾及隨後該經純化的於乙酸乙酯的原40%溶液藉蒸餾去除環己烷及過量乙酸乙酯而再次得到。由此得到的RD2的溶液具有色值為40-至50Hazen。
全像介質(光聚合物膜)之製造
計量7.90g的上述多醇成分及與7.65g的特定胺基甲 酸酯丙烯酸酯2、2.57g的上述胺基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯1、5.10g的上述氟化的胺基甲酸酯、0.91g的CGI 909、0.232g的染料1、0.230g的BYK 310、0.128g的Fomrez UL 28及3.789g的乙酸乙酯混合,如此獲得一澄清溶液。這接著添加1.50g Desmodur® N 3900及重新混合。
以一輥-對-輥塗布設備將這溶液施用至一36μm厚度的PET膜,在此藉由一刀塗布機將產品以一濕膜厚度為19μm施用。以85℃的乾燥溫度及5分鐘的乾燥時間,乾燥該塗膜及之後以一40μm厚度的聚乙烯膜保護。之後不透光包裝這膜。
在基材D1上的潛在保護層C1/在基材D2上的保護層C2之製造
製造在表1中記錄的調製物,當該物理乾燥樹脂,於100℃下溶解於所記錄的有機溶劑及冷卻至室溫,與反應性稀釋劑混合。之後在黑暗中添加光引發劑及流動控制劑。
以輥-對-輥塗布設備藉由刀塗布機方式將用於潛在保護層C1之塗層組成物C1-01及C1-02施用至36μm-厚的矽酮-改質的PET膜D1(Hostaphan RN30 2PRK,得自Mitsubishi Polyester Film GmbH,Wiesbaden,Germany)頂上。以一乾燥溫度為85℃及一乾燥時間為5分鐘,乾燥經塗布的膜及之後以一40μm厚度的聚乙烯膜保護。塗布厚度一般為15至16μm。隨後,不透光包裝這膜。
用於潛在保護層C2之塗層組成物C2-01、C2-02、C2-03及C2-04類似地施用至一36μm-厚的PET膜D2(RNK 36得自Mitsubishi Polyester Film GmbH,Wiesbaden,Germany)頂上接著乾燥、層壓及包裝。塗層厚度一般為15至16μm。
以膜複合物A-B的測試全像圖之製造
如下製備測試全像圖:具層構造A-B之光聚合物膜在黑暗中切成所需大小及使用橡膠輥層壓在具有50mm x 70mm(3mm厚)尺寸的玻璃片上。製造測試全像圖,係使用測試裝置其使用綠色(532nm)雷射輻射產生Denisyuk反射全像圖。測試裝置由一雷射源、一光束引導系統及一用於玻璃試片的支架構成。用於玻璃試片的支架係以相對於光束軸13°的角度安裝。雷射源產生輻射其,藉由一特定光束路徑方式加寬至約5cm,被引導至與鏡子光學接觸之 玻璃試片上。全像化物體為一約2cm×2cm大小的鏡子,以使在重建全像圖上重建波前面的鏡子。全部實施例以綠色532nm雷射(Newport Corp,Irvine,CA,USA,cat.no.EXLSR-532-50-CDRH)照射。使用一快門以所定義的方式照射記錄膜2秒。此形成在層B中包含全像圖之膜複合物A-B*。
隨後,將樣品放置在一具面向燈的B面的UV源之傳送帶上及在帶速度為2.5m/min下照射兩次。所採用的UV源為具有總功率密度80W/cm2之Fusion UV“D Bulb”No.558434 KR 85摻雜鐵的Hg燈。參數對應於一2 x 2.0J/cm2的劑量(利用ILT 490 Light Bug測量)。在這定影步驟之後形成膜複合物A-B’。
測試全像圖之特性
以膜複合物A-B’的層B’之全像圖之後藉光譜儀分析品質。
由於體積全像圖的高繞射效率,此種全像圖的繞射反射可利用一光譜儀(採用USB 2000儀器,Ocean Optics,Dunedin,FL,USA)以可見光透射來分析及在透射光譜中出現具降低透射TRed的峰。評估透射曲線使其可以測定全像圖的品質,根據ISO標準17901-1:2015(E)考慮下述測量值;全部結果歸總於表3的“全像圖的光譜品質”部分,“以A-B”欄:TRed=100-Tpeak(A-B’)(1) 透射峰的最大深度,這對應於最高繞射效率。因此,100-Tpeak(A-B‘)供作為全像圖的反射功率(或可見的“強度”或“品質”)的量測。
FWHM 透射峰的寬度測定為“半峰全幅值”(FWHM)以奈米(nm)。
λ峰 全像圖的透射最小值之光譜位置以奈米(nm)。
具有層結構A-B’的薄膜之後以根據本發明方法設有兩個連續保護層C1’及C2’。之後還再分析全像圖,以層構造A-B’-C1’-C2’的品質及與層構造A-B’的原始值相比(表3)。
具層構造A-B’-C1’-C2’的膜複合物之製造
具層構造A-B’-C1’-C2’的膜複合物之製造包含膜A-B’ 的B’面層壓至膜複合物C1-D1的C1面上。這藉在層壓機的溫度控制橡膠輥之間實行壓製兩薄膜一起。輥的溫度設到30℃、60℃或90℃。將產生的多層膜冷卻至室溫。之後從膜複合物A-B‘-C1-D1剝離該基材膜D1。之後膜複合物C2-D2的C2面以類似方式層壓至膜複合物A-B’-C1的C1面。
隨後,樣品A-B’-C1-C2-D2放置到一具D2面面向燈的UV源之傳送帶上及在帶速度為2.5m/min下照射兩次。所採用的UV源為一具有總功率密度80W/cm2的Fusion UV“D Bulb”No.558434 KR 85摻雜鐵的Hg燈。參數對應於2 x 2.0J/cm2劑量(利用ILT 490 Light Bug測量)。在此固化步驟後形成膜複合物A-B’-C1’-C2’-D2,隨後從其剝離該基材膜D2。
表2顯示所有本發明實施例可易於藉兩個連續層壓步驟製造。非本發明實施例N01無法被製造。非本發明建構的層C1結果無法成功層壓層C2。其他本發明實施例N02至N06為彼等只包含一個保護層,只有C1或只有C2。它們全部可易於被製造,但由於不足的耐溶劑性(N02,N03)、黏著性(N04,N06)或全像性能(N05)而失敗。
根據ISO 2409(交叉切割試驗),保護層C1’及C2’及在全像膜A-B的層B’上的保護層複合物C1’-C2’的黏著性之定量分析
實行以交叉切割的膠帶剝離試驗(使用的膠帶:3M Scotch 898)(按照DIN EN ISO 2409:2013-06)。性能值範圍從完全黏著性(性能值:0)至不足黏著性(性能值:5)。
保護層C2’或C1’的耐溶劑性之評估
塗層的耐溶劑性基本上利用技術品質的N-乙基-2-吡咯酮(NEP)、甲基乙基酮(MEK)、1-丁醇及乙酸乙酯(EA)來測試。溶劑利用浸濕的棉花棒施用於塗層及藉覆蓋避免蒸發。除非另有說明,於約23℃下接觸時間為60分鐘觀察。在接觸時間結束後,移除花棒及用軟布擦拭清潔測試表面。目視及在用指甲輕輕刮去之後立刻實行檢查。
在下述等級之間作出區分:
‧0=未變化;沒有可見的變化;不會被刮擦所破壞。
‧1=可見的輕微潤脹,但不會被刮擦所破壞。
‧2=清晰可見的變化,幾乎不會被刮擦所破壞。
‧3=明顯的變化,在穩固的指甲壓力後表面被破壞。
‧4=嚴重的變化,在穩固的指甲壓力後刮透基材。
‧5=破壞;在擦掉化學品時清漆已被破壞;測試物質無法移除(侵蝕入表面內)。
在這評定中,具性能值為0及1的測試基本上是通過的。性能值為>1表示"失敗"。
如由表2的對應欄顯示所有本發明塗層C2’記錄非常 高等級的耐溶劑性。
樣品N04至N06,其中層C2’直接施用至A-B’頂上而沒有中間層C1’,顯示相當良好的值。此樣品由於不足黏著性(N04及N06)或全像性能(N05)而失敗。
樣品N02及N03,其中該層體C1’未覆蓋有層C2’,顯示不足的耐溶劑性。
測試全像圖之特性
以在施用任何保護層之前先測量的膜複合物A-B’的層B’中的全像圖藉光譜法分析在層複合物A-B’-C1’-C2’中可能的品質損失。
對於本發明實施例之TRed=100-Tpeak(A-B’-C1’-C2‘)(2)的值只與A-B’的對應值相差最小及只有在個別情況下觀察到約10%的偏差。只在非本發明實施例N05記錄到全像圖品質有大量損失。
同樣趨勢還影響透射峰λ峰的光譜位置。如由下述差值所示△λ峰=λ峰(A-B’-C1’-C2’)-λ峰(A-B’) (3)與λpeak的偏差不大於10nm。一些非本發明實施例(N04及N05)顯示實質上較高數值。
Claims (15)
- 一種密封的全像介質,包含層構造B’-C1’-C2’,其中B’為一含有體積全像圖之光聚合物層,C1’為一藉光化輻射至少部分固化的保護層,其可由下述的反應獲得:I)至少一種熱塑性之主要線性與半晶質聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂C1-I,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C1-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C1-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質,及C2’為一藉光化輻射至少部分固化的保護層可由下述的反應獲得I)至少一種熱塑性樹脂C2-I選自由聚乙烯基丁醛及聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯構成之群組,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C2-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C2-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項之密封的全像介質,其特徵在於根據本發明之層構造由彼此至少部分接合之至少四層構成,其中該層體依基材層A、光聚合物層B’、經固化的保護層C1’及經固化的保護層C2的順序直接配置在彼此頂上’。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項密封的全像介質,其特徵在於該層構造由彼此至少部分接合之至少四層構成,其中該層體依光聚合物層B’、經固化的保護層C1’、經固化的保護層C2’及基材層D2的順序直接配置在彼此頂上。
- 根據前述申請專利範圍中任一項密封的全像介質,其特徵在於該層構造由彼此至少部分接合之至少五層構成,其中該層體依基材層A、光聚合物層B’、經固化的保護層C1’、經固化的保護層C2’及基材層D2的順序直接配置在彼此頂上。
- 一種層構造,包含一固化性保護層C1及一至少部分接合至該保護層C1之區域的基材層D1,其特徵在於該保護層C1包含 I)至少一種熱塑性之主要線性與半晶質聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂C1-I,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C1-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C1-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質。
- 一種層構造,包含一固化性保護層C2及一至少部分接合至該保護層C2之區域的基材層D2,其特徵在於該保護層C2包含I)至少一種熱塑性樹脂C2-I選自由聚乙烯基丁醛及聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯構成之群組,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C2-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C2-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質。
- 一種製造根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之密封的全像介質之方法,其特徵在於初始將一未固化的保護層C1施用至一含有體積全像圖的光聚合物層B’頂上以提供一層複合物B’-C1,在進一步步驟中未固化的保護層C2施用至該保護層C1頂上以提供一層複合物B’-C1-C2,及隨後利用光化輻射固化該層複合物B’-C1-C2以獲得一層複合物B’-C1’-C2’,其中C1’及C2’分別為經固化的保護層C1及C2,其中該未固化的保護層C1包含I)至少一種熱塑性之主要線性與半晶質聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂C1-I,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C1-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C1-III及IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質,及該未固化的保護層C2包含I)至少一種熱塑性樹脂C2-I選自由聚乙烯基丁醛及聚甲基丙烯酸甲基酯構成之群組,II)至少一種多官能的丙烯酸酯反應性稀釋劑C2-II,III)至少一種光引發劑C2-III及 IV)選擇性助劑與添加物質。
- 根據申請專利範圍第7項之方法,其特徵在於在第一步驟中提供一層複合物A-B’,其中A為一基材層及B’為一含有體積全像圖之光聚合物層,在第二步驟中該未固化的保護層C1施用至一基材層D1頂上以提供一層複合物C1-D1,在第三步驟中該層複合物A-B’被區域地接合至該層複合物C1-D1以提供一層複合物A-B’-C1-D1,其中該層複合物A-B’較佳為藉層壓被接合至該層複合物C1-D1,在第四步驟中該基材層D1從層複合物A-B’-C1-D1被移除以提供一層複合物A-B’-C1,在第五步驟中該未固化的保護層C2施用至一基材層D2頂上以提供一層複合物C2-D2,在第六步驟中該層複合物A-B’-C1被區域地接合至該層複合物C2-D2以提供一層複合物A-B’-C1-C2-D2,其中該層複合物A-B‘-C1較佳為藉層壓被接合至該層複合物C2-D2,在第七步驟中該層複合物A-B‘-C1-C2-D2利用光化輻射固化以提供一層複合物A-B‘-C1‘-C2‘-D2。
- 根據申請專利範圍第8項之方法,其特徵在於在第八步驟中該基材層D2從層複合物A-B’-C1’-C2’-D2被移除以提供一層複合物A-B’-C1’-C2’。
- 一種零件套組,含有至少一未固化的保護層C1、至少一未固化的保護層C2及一含有體積全像圖之區域的光聚合物層B’,其中該保護層C1及C2是不同的。
- 根據申請專利範圍第10項之零件套組,其特徵在於該光聚合物層B’係設置在一基材層A上,其中該光聚合物層B’在一面上至少部分地被接合至該基材層A。
- 根據申請專利範圍第10項之零件套組,其特徵在於該未固化的保護層C1係設置在一基材層D1上,其中該保護層C1在一面上至少部分地被接合至該基材層D1,及該未固化的保護層C2係設置在一基材層D2上,其中該保護層C2在一面上至少部分地被接合至該基材層D2。
- 一種根據申請專利範圍第5至6項中任一項之層構造及根據申請專利範圍第10至12項中任一項之零件套組用於根據申請專利範圍第7至9項中任一項之方法之用途。
- 一種光學顯示器,包含根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之密封的全像介質,其中該光學顯示器較佳為選自由自動立體的及/或全像顯示器,投影螢幕,用於隱密濾光器及雙向的多用戶螢幕的具可切換的限制發射特性的顯示器,虛擬顯示器,平視顯示器,頭戴式顯示器,照明標誌,警示燈,訊號燈,探照燈/頭燈及顯示面板構成之群組.
- 一種安全文件,包含根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之密封的全像介質。
