Abstract

Banknotlar ve benzeri basılı menkul kıymetlerin üretimi için basılı kâğıtların çevrimdışı denetimi ve renk ölçümüne yönelik bir cihaz (1) açıklanmaktadır, cihaz (i) bir numune basılı kâğıdı (S) desteklemeye yönelik bir destek yüzeyine (10a) sahip bir konsol (10), (ii) çok amaçlı bir ölçüm aparatı (20) içermektedir, bu çok amaçlı ölçüm aparatı (20), numune basılı kâğıtların (S) seçili bölümlerinin görüntülerini alan en az bir kamera (22) ve numune basılı kâğıtlarda (S) seçili yerlerde spektrofotometrik, kolorimetrik ve/veya densitometrik ölçümleri gerçekleştirmeye yönelik bir renk ölçümü sensörü (23) dâhil olmak üzere çoklu sensörler (22, 23) içermektedir, cihaz (iii) kamera (22) ile alınan görüntüleri ve renk ölçüm sensörü (23) ile gerçekleştirilen ölçümleri görüntülemeye yönelik bir ekran (30), ve (iv) çok amaçlı ölçüm aparatına (20) ve ekrana (30) birleştirilen bir kontrol ve işleme birimi (40) içermektedir. Cihaz (1), çok amaçlı ölçüm aparatını (20) kapsayan bir hareketli sensör kirişi (200) içermektedir, bu hareketli sensör kirişi (200), konsolun (10) destek yüzeyi (10a) üzerinde ve destek yüzeyi (10a) üzerinde yer alan numune basılı kâğıdın (S) tüm yüzeyi üzerinde x-ekseni boyunca yerinden çıkarılabilmektedir, çoklu sensörler (22, 23), bir y-ekseni boyunca hareketli sensör kirişi (200) dâhilinde yerinden çıkarılabilen bir ortak sensör başlığı (21) üzerinde monte edilmektedir, böylelikle çok amaçlı ölçüm aparatı (20), kamera (22) aracılığıyla numune basılı kâğıdın (S) seçili bölümlerinin görüntülerini seçici olarak alabilmektedir veya renk ölçüm sensörü (23) aracılığıyla numune basılı kâğıt (S) üzerindeki seçili yerlerde ölçümleri gerçekleştirebilmektedir. Kontrol ve işleme birimi (40), x-ekseni boyunca hareketli sensör kirişinin (200) ve y-ekseni boyunca sensör başlığının (21) yerinden çıkarılmasını kontrol etmek üzere yapılandırılmaktadır.
