本发明提供了一种纸包装颜色检测装置。它包括支架，支架上设置有支撑板，支撑板上一侧设置有倾斜面板，另一侧设置有电脑显示器、键盘、电脑主机；倾斜面板下端设置有挡板，倾斜面板左侧设置有定位杆，定位杆上设置有颜色传感器，倾斜面板上位于颜色传感器一侧设置有待检测区，颜色传感器与电脑主机连接。本发明的有益效果是：在电脑主机上设置好符合质量要求的颜色参数，同时在每一个纸包装的颜色印刷区的边界处设置条状颜色采集区，检测时，将纸包装放置在待检测区，颜色传感器会采集其颜色参数传送到电脑主机并进行比对，在电脑显示器上可以直观的得出待检产品是否合格的结论。本发明操作简单、测量精准。

技术领域
本发明涉及颜色检测技术领域，具体的说，是一种纸包装颜色检测装置。
技术背景
在纸包装技术领域，印刷好的纸包装需要进行颜色检测，传统的方法是通过人工肉眼分辨，这样会造成不同的人的识别差异，进而影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作简单、测量精准的纸包装颜色检测装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种纸包装颜色检测装置，包括支架，
支架上设置有支撑板，支撑板上一侧设置有倾斜面板，另一侧设置有电脑显示器、键盘，支撑板下方设置有电脑主机；倾斜面板下端设置有挡板，倾斜面板左侧设置有定位杆，定位杆上设置有颜色传感器，倾斜面板上位于颜色传感器一侧设置有待检测区，颜色传感器与电脑主机连接，颜色传感器通过卡爪与定位杆连接。
所述的支架为不锈钢材质。
所述的倾斜面板上的待检测区设置有海绵防护层。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是：在电脑主机上设置好符合质量要求的颜色参数，同时在每一个纸包装的颜色印刷区的边界处设置条状颜色采集区，纸包装在印刷颜色时，条状颜色采集区会印刷上颜色，检测时，将纸包装放置在待检测区，颜色传感器会采集其颜色参数传送到电脑主机并进行比对，在电脑显示器上可以直观的得出待检产品是否合格的结论。本发明操作简单、测量精准。

如图1所示，一种纸包装颜色检测装置，包括支架1，支架1上设置有支撑板2，支撑板2上一侧设置有倾斜面板3，另一侧设置有电脑显示器5、键盘6，支撑板2下方设置有电脑主机11；倾斜面板3下端设置有挡板9，倾斜面板3左侧设置有定位杆7，定位杆7上设置有颜色传感器4，倾斜面板3上位于颜色传感器4一侧设置有待检测区8，颜色传感器4与电脑主机11连接，颜色传感器4通过卡爪10与定位杆7连接，倾斜面板3上的待检测区8设置有海绵防护层。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是：在电脑主机上设置好符合质量要求的颜色参数，同时在每一个纸包装的颜色印刷区的边界处设置条状颜色采集区，纸包装在印刷颜色时，条状颜色采集区会印刷上颜色，检测时，将纸包装放置在待检测区，颜色传感器会采集其颜色参数传送到电脑主机并进行比对，在电脑显示器上可以直观的得出待检产品是否合格的结论。本发明操作简单、测量精准。

所述的支架上设置有支撑板，支撑板上一侧设置有倾斜面板，另一侧设置有电脑显示器、键盘，支撑板下方设置有电脑主机；
所述的倾斜面板下端设置有挡板，倾斜面板左侧设置有定位杆，定位杆上设置有颜色传感器，倾斜面板上位于颜色传感器一侧设置有待检测区，颜色传感器与电脑主机连接，颜色传感器通过卡爪与定位杆连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸包装颜色检测装置，其特征在于，所述的支架为不锈钢材质。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纸包装颜色检测装置，其特征在于，所述的倾斜面板上的待检测区设置有海绵防护层。
