Abstract

Tramadol'den elde edilen ikame fenil-sikloheksil bilesimlerinden elde edilen yeni esterler, bunlarin elde edilme islemi ve analjezik özelliklere sahip olan ilacin hazirlanmasinda bunlarin kullanimi. Genel formülün (I) bu yeni bilesenleri daha yüksek bir analjezik aktiviteye, daha az toksiteye ve daha uzun bir etkinlik zamanina sahiptir.
