Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицинской химии,, касаетс фильтра и способа дл удалени эритроцитов из крови. Цель изобретени - повышение степени удалени эритроцитов. Дл этого используют фильтр следующим образом. Крове нанос т на верхнюю сторону сло 1 искусственных волокон, фиксированную сеткой 5. Эритроциты и лейкоциты отдел ютс в слое от плазмы, проход щей через слой 4 и попадающей в реакционный слой 2 или сборник. Сбор плазмы прекращают по достижении максимально вытекающего объема 50% от адсорбционного сло , после чего посредством незакрепленной части 4а сетки отдел ют слой искусственных волокон вместе с сеткой 5. Реакционный слой готов дл дальнейшей работы с ним. В качестве искусственных волокон примен ют стекл н1«ое волокно диаметром 0,2-2,5 мкм при плотности упаковки 0,1-0,5 г/см . 2 с.п. ф-лы, 1 ил. О)

Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к области медицинской химии и касаетс фильтра и способа дл удалени эритроцитов из крови.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение степени удалени эритроцитов,
На чертеже изображен фильтр дл осуществлени способа удалени эритроцитов из крови..
Слой 1 искусственных волокон, в качестве которых применено стекл нно волокно со средним диаметром 0,2- 2,5 мкм и плотностью упаковки 0,1- 0,5 г/см , размещен поверх реакцион- ного сло 2, расположенного на жесткой основе 3, и отделен от сло 2 тонким формоустойчивым и проницаемым дл жидкости слоем 4, представл ющим собой сетку из тканых или сваленых пластмассовых нитей. Незакрепленна часть этой сетки 4а предназначена дл удалени слоев 1 и 4 после отделени эритроцитов и лейкоцитов из крови. Слой 1 фиксируетс также свер ху сеткой 3.
Реакционный слой 2 может быть выполнен в виде обладающего всасывающей способностью носител или пористой полимерной пленки. Основа 3 може быть выполнена из более толстой полимерной пленки, жесткого картона, стекла и т.п.
Фильтр работает следующим образом
Кровь нанос т на верхнюю сторону сло 1, фиксированную сеткой 5. Эритроциты , а также лейкоциты отдел ютс в слое 1 от плазмы, котора проходит
через слой 4 и попадает в реакционный слой 2 или сборник. Сбор плазмы прекращают после достижени максимального вытекающего объема 50% от адсорбционного сло , после чего посредством незакрепленной части сетки 4а отдел ют слой 1 вместе с сеткой 5 Реакционный слой 2 готов к дальнейшей работе с ним.
Фильтр дл удалени эритроцитов из крови, характеризующийс вьщ1еука- занными диаметром стекл нного волокна и плотностью упаковки его, позвол ет повысить степень отделени эритроцитов от плазмы и практически исключить прохождение эритроцитов через фильтрующий слой.
Claims (2)
1.Фильтр дл удалени эритроцитов из крови на основе искусственных волокон, отличающийс тем что, с целью поввшени степени удалени эритроцитов, в качестве искусственных волокон примен ют стекл нное волокно со средним диаметром 0,2- 2,5 мкм и плотностью упаковки 0,1- 0,5 г/см .
2.Способ удалени эритроцитов из крови путем ее пропускани через слой искусственных волокон, отличающийс тем, что, с целью повышени степени удалени эритроцитов , пропускание прекращают после достижени максимального вытекающего объема 50% от адсорбционного сло .
