Claims (5)
- フィルタ構造物を通して交互に積み重ねられた複数の膜(53、62)及び複数のスペーサー(59、60)と、少なくとも1つの供給液ポート(48)と、少なくとも1つの濾過液ポート(50)と、前記膜、スペーサー、供給液ポート、濾過液ポートを含む外側ハウジング(142)とからなる熱可塑性フィルタ構造物であって、複数の膜および複数のスペーサーからなるグループから選択された一の層のところに、それらの縁部に取り付けられた熱可塑性体を有しており、該熱可塑性体は供給液ポート及び濾過液ポートからなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つのポートを包囲し、前記フィルタ構造物が、該フィルタ構造物の外部容積の1立方メートル(m3)につき少なくとも300平方メートル(m2)の活性膜フィルタ面積の充填密度を有し、前記フィルタは、浸漬された材料の1平方メートル(m2)につき抽出された汚染物が250mg未満であることを特徴とする材料から作られる、熱可塑性フィルタ構造物。
- 弾性のある熱可塑性樹脂成分から形成された外側周囲表面を有する流体導管を有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性フィルタ構造物。
- フィルタ構造物を通して交互に積み重ねられた複数の膜(53、62)及び複数のスペーサー(59、60)と、膜及びスペーサーに形成された少なくとも1つの供給液ポート(48)及び少なくとも1つの濾過液ポート(50)と、前記膜、スペーサー、供給液ポート、濾過液ポートを含む外側ハウジング(142)とからなるフィルタ構造物であって、複数の膜および複数のスペーサーからなるグループから選択された一の層のところに、それらの縁部に取り付けられた熱可塑性体を有しており、該熱可塑性体は供給液ポート及び濾過液ポートからなるグループから選択された少なくとも1つのポートを包囲し、前記フィルタ構造物は、該フィルタ構造物の外部容積の1立方メートル(m3)につき少なくとも300平方メートル(m2)の活性膜フィルタ面積の充填密度を有し、前記フィルタは、浸漬された材料の1平方メートル(m2)につき抽出された汚染物が250mg未満であることを特徴とする材料から作られる、フィルタ構造物。
- 前記フィルタ構造物が、更に濃縮液ポート(56)を有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性フィルタ構造物。
- スペーサーが、供給液スペーサー(148)、濾液スペーサー(59)及び濃縮液スペーサー(60)からなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルタ熱可塑性構造物。
