Claims (4)
- 供給液入口と、少なくとも1つのろ液出口と、ろ過残液出口とを有するろ過モジュールを製造する方法であって、複数の流体透過性スペーサ層と該スペーサ層に対して垂直方向に交互に重畳する複数のろ過膜層との積層体を形成し、前記スペーサ層に前記スペーサ層一枚の厚さの100〜125%の範囲の厚さを有する熱可塑性部材を固定することよりなり、該熱可塑性部材の溶融による前記供給液入口、前記少なくとも1つのろ過液出口及び前記ろ過残液出口における前記交互配置されたスペーサ層の封着を、前記少なくとも1つのろ液口内の液体と前記供給口及び前記ろ過残液口内の液体とが混合しないように行うことよりなる、ろ過モジュールを製造する方法。
- 前記熱可塑性部材の前記厚さは前記スペーサ層一枚の厚さの110%〜120%である請求項1の方法。
- 各々が供給液入口とろ液出口と、場合によりろ液側スクリーン層と、供給液側スクリーンと、2つの膜層とを有する複数のろ過要素よりなり、前記ろ過要素は流体入口と、ろ液出口と、場合によりさらにろ過残液出口とを、ろ液が供給液又はそれとさらにろ過残液と混合しないように隔離され、かつ供給液が前記膜層を通過した後に前記ろ液側スクリーンに流入するように構成されており、前記各ろ液側スクリーンの周部及び場合によりそれと各供給側スクリーンの周部に、前記ろ液側スクリーン又は供給側スクリーンの厚さの100%〜125%の厚さを有する封着性の熱可塑性重合体部材が設けられているろ過モジュール。
- 前記の各供給側スクリーンはその周部に、前記供給側スクリーンの厚さの100%〜125%の厚さを有する圧縮性の重合体部材が設けられている請求項3のろ過モジュール。
