Abstract
Description
・空隙の空間または流れチャネルを満たす可能性のある溶融材料または「流出」はなく、この材料を流入させるための空隙の空間のための収容は必要ない。
材料および方法:
1mLから112mLまでの範囲の様々な膜の体積(MV)の、本開示に記載されるように作製されたクロマトグラフィー装置を、動的結合および溶出クロマトグラフィーの能力について評価した。装置のクロマトグラフィーの能力は、AKTA(TM)Avant150(GEヘルスケア、ウプサラ、スウェーデン)またはK-Prime(R)40-III(EMD、ミリポア、マサチューセッツ州、米国)クロマトグラフィーシステムのいずれかで、10MV/分の流量で実行した。
Claims (11)
- 入口および出口を有するフィルタプレートであって、濾過ゾーンを有するポリマーフレームワークと、前記濾過ゾーン内の前記ポリマーフレームワークに熱硬化性プラスチックで接着および封止された1つ以上の膜と、を備える、フィルタプレート。
- 前記ポリマーフレームワークが、ポリフェニレンエーテル/ポリスチレン混合物を備える、請求項1に記載のフィルタプレート。
- 前記濾過ゾーン内に複数の積層膜が存在する、請求項1に記載のフィルタプレート。
- 前記1つ以上の膜が外周部を有し、前記熱硬化性プラスチックが前記外周部を前記ポリマーフレームワークに結合する、請求項1に記載のフィルタプレート。
- 前記出口と流体連通する複数の開口部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のフィルタプレート。
- 前記開口部は、濾過操作中に、前記膜を通る濾液が前記開口部に入り、前記出口に流れるように配置される、請求項5に記載のフィルタプレート。
- 前記1つ以上の膜が、前記ポリマーフレームワークにオーバーモールドされる、請求項1に記載のフィルタプレート。
- 入口および出口を有し、対のエンドプレートの間に介在する少なくとも1つの対のフィルタプレートを備える、クロマトグラフィーユニットであって、前記少なくとも1つの対のフィルタプレートの前記フィルタプレートの各々は、濾過ゾーンを有するポリマーフレームワークと、熱硬化性プラスチックを用いて前記濾過ゾーン内で前記ポリマーフレームワークに結合された1つ以上の膜を備え、前記少なくとも1つの対のフィルタプレートのフィルタプレートは、背中合わせの関係で配置され、それにより、前記対の第1のプレート内の1つまたは複数の膜と、前記対の第2のプレート内の1つまたは複数の膜との間にチャネルを形成し、流体は、前記入口から流れ、前記第1および第2のプレートの各々の1つまたは複数の膜を通過した後に前記出口を通って出る、クロマトグラフィーユニット。
- 前記ポリマーフレームワークがポリフェニレンエーテル/ポリスチレン混合物を具備する、請求項8に記載のクロマトグラフィーユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの対のプレートの各プレートの前記濾過ゾーンの各々に複数の積層膜がある、請求項8に記載のクロマトグラフィーユニット。
- 前記対のプレートが互いにRF溶接される、請求項8に記載のクロマトグラフィーユニット。
