Description
Claims (18)
- ポリフッ化ビニリデンを含む基材に熱結合しているポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、これらのブレンドおよびこれらのコポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの多孔性膜を含む積層体。
- 前記膜がポリスルホンを含む、請求項1の積層体。
- 前記膜がポリエーテルスルホンを含む、請求項1の積層体。
- ポリフッ化ビニリデンを含む基材に熱結合しているポリスルホンおよびポリエーテルスルホンのブレンドを含む少なくとも1つの多孔性膜を含む積層体。
- ポリフッ化ビニリデンを含む基材に熱結合しているポリスルホンおよびポリエーテルスルホンのコポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの多孔性膜を含む積層体。
- 複数の膜を有する、請求項1の積層体。
- 複数の膜を有する、請求項5の積層体。
- 前記基材が少なくとも1つの流体流路を含む、請求項1の積層体。
- 前記基材が少なくとも1つの流体流路を含む、請求項3の積層体。
- 前記基材が少なくとも1つの流体流路を含む、請求項5の積層体。

- 濾過デバイスを形成する方法であって、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、これらのブレンドおよびこれらのコポリマーからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの多孔性膜を提供すること;第1の支持プレートおよび第2の支持プレートを提供すること(第1の支持プレートおよび第2の支持プレートはPVDFから形成されており、支持プレートは互いに面する第1の表面および各プレートの第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面を有し、ならびにプレートは各プレートの第1の表面から第2の表面に形成された少なくとも1つのポートをそれぞれ有する。);少なくとも1つの膜を第1の支持プレートの第1の表面に熱結合させること;および第1のプレートの第1の表面を第2のプレートの第1の表面に、膜が結合している第1のプレートの第1の表面の領域の外側の領域内で熱結合させることを含む、方法。
- 第1のプレートの第1の表面を第2のプレートの第1の表面にそれぞれの周縁部において結合させる、請求項13の方法。
- 約490°F(254℃)から約530°F(277℃)の温度に加熱した加熱エレメントを提供すること、および加熱エレメントを膜に、第1の支持プレートの第1の表面の少なくとも1部と重なる所望の結合領域において当てること、および加熱エレメントを除去すること、および結合を冷却させることをさらに含む、請求項13の方法。

- 約284°F(140℃)から約530°F(277℃)の温度に加熱した加熱エレメントを提供すること、および加熱エレメントを第2の支持プレートの第1の表面に所望の結合領域において当てること;加熱エレメントを除去すること、および第2の支持プレートの第1の表面を第1のプレートの第1の表面に接触させることをさらに含む、請求項13の方法。
