Claims (7)
- 供給液入口ポート(48、86、162、164)、および少なくとも1つの出口ポート(50、88、166、168、170、172)を有する、流体処理モジュールを形成するための方法であって、
少なくとも1層の流体透過性スペーサ層(54、60、112、114、116、148)と、少なくとも1層の膜フィルタ層(53、62、90、106、107)とを形成するステップを含み、前記少なくとも1層のスペーサ層が、前記少なくとも1層のフィルタ層と垂直方向に交互に配置され、方法がさらに、
前記少なくとも1層のフィルタ層に固定された少なくとも1つの熱可塑性部分(92、98、108)を、前記ポートに延びる前記フィルタ層の各端部に提供するステップを含み、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性部分が溶融されると、前記供給液入口ポート、少なくとも1つの透過液ポート(88、170、172)、および濃縮液ポート(166、168)における前記少なくとも1層のスペーサ層の封止が実施され、それにより前記少なくとも1つの透過液ポート内の液体が、前記供給液ポート内および前記濃縮液ポート内の液体と混ざらなくなるように構成され、方法がさらに、
前記供給液ポート、前記少なくとも1つの透過液ポートの1つ、および/または前記濃縮液ポートにおける前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性部分を、同時にヒートシールするステップを含む方法。 - 加熱が、前記ポートの1つの中に放射加熱素子(144)を延ばし、前記ポートの前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性部分の加熱を実施するために前記加熱素子にエネルギー供給することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱が、前記ポート各々の中に1つに放射加熱素子(144)を延ばし、各ポートの前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性部分すべての同時加熱を実施するために前記加熱素子にエネルギー供給することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1層のスペーサ層が、少なくとも数が2つであり、かつ加熱が、前記ポートの1つの中に放射加熱素子(144)を延ばし、前記ポートの前記熱可塑性部分の同時加熱を実施するために前記加熱素子にエネルギー供給することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1層のスペーサ層が、複数層のスペーサ層であり、かつ前記少なくとも1層のフィルタ層が、複数層のフィルタ層であり、前記スペーサ層とフィルタ層が、交互の層に配置され、かつ加熱が、前記ポートの少なくとも1つの中に放射加熱素子(144)を延ばし、前記ポートの前記熱可塑性部分の加熱を実施するために前記加熱素子にエネルギー供給することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1層のスペーサ層が、複数層のスペーサ層であり、かつ前記少なくとも1層のフィルタ層が、複数層のフィルタ層であり、前記スペーサ層とフィルタ層が、交互の層に配置され、かつ加熱が、前記ポートの少なくとも1つの中に放射加熱素子(144)を延ばし、前記ポートの前記熱可塑性部分の加熱を実施するために前記加熱素子にエネルギー供給することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1層のスペーサ層が、複数層のスペーサ層であり、かつ前記少なくとも1層のフィルタ層が、複数層のフィルタ層であり、前記スペーサ層とフィルタ層が、交互の層に配置され、かつ加熱が、前記ポートに複数の放射加熱素子(144)を延ばし、複数の前記ポートの前記熱可塑性部分の同時加熱を実施するために前記加熱素子にエネルギー供給することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
