Claims (18)
- 平面状薄膜モジュールを作製する方法であって、
固体状態の平面状薄膜を提供するステップと、
注封材料を、前記薄膜をサポートするための1つ又は複数の注封フレームに射出成形するステップと、
次いで、前記1つ又は複数の射出成形された注封フレームを前記固体状態の平面状薄膜とともに組み立て、それによって薄膜フレームを形成するステップと、
平面状薄膜モジュールを形成するために、気密方法で前記薄膜フレームの積み重ねを接合するステップと、
を備え、前記接合するステップは、前記薄膜フレームの注封材料の溶着を含み、
前記薄膜フレームは複数の孔を備え、前記複数の孔は、互いに位置合わせされることにより、給水、排出、浸透、製品及び/又は濃縮水の共通の供給のために通路を形成することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記形成するステップが熱圧によることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

- 平面状薄膜モジュールを作製する方法であって、
固体状態の平面状薄膜を提供するステップと、
前記平面状薄膜の少なくとも一方の側にスペーサーを配置し、熱圧によって、前記平面状薄膜の周囲で前記平面状薄膜上に前記スペーサーを取り付け、それによって、スペーサー及び平面状薄膜の半組立体を形成するステップと、
前記平面状薄膜の周りに、又は前記スペーサー及び平面状薄膜の半組立体の周りに、注封を射出成形し、それによって、薄膜フレームを形成するステップと、

又は、前記固体状態の薄膜が非多孔性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記熱圧は、100〜400℃の温度及び2〜40バールの圧力を適用することを含み、
薄膜材料の溶融点は任意のスペーサー材料及び注封材料の溶融点と等しい、又は溶融点を越え、
前記薄膜は、フッ素ポリマー、ポリプロピレン、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリスルホン、スルホン酸化したポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルサルホン、又はイオン選択性若しくは双極性薄膜を備え、
前記注封材料は射出成形適合性プラスチックを備える請求項2または請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記注封材料は、ポリオレフィン、及び/又は射出成形適合性フッ素ポリマーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶着は、ワイヤ溶着、赤外線溶着、超音波溶着、ミラー溶着、及び/又は圧力溶着を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
