Abstract

Claims (7)
- フィルタ構造物であって、前記フィルタ構造物の外部容積の1立方メートル(m3)につき少なくとも300平方メートル(m2)の活性膜フィルタ面積の充填密度を有する、フィルタ構造物。
- 前記フィルタは、浸漬された材料の1平方メートル(m2)につき抽出された汚染物が250mg未満であることを特徴とする材料から作られる、請求項1に記載のフィルタ構造物。
- 弾性のある熱可塑性樹脂成分から形成された外側周囲表面を有する流体導管を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタ構造物。
- 供給液入口ポートと、少なくとも1つの透過液ポートと、濃縮液ポートとを有する濾過膜構造物を形成するための方法であって、
複数の流体透過可能なスペーサー層および複数の膜フィルタ層の積層を形成するステップを含み、前記スペーサー層は、垂直方向に前記フィルタ層と交互に配置され、方法がさらに、
前記フィルタ層に留められた熱可塑性部分を、前記ポート内に延在する前記フィルタ層の端に提供するステップであって、前記熱可塑性部分が溶融されるときに、交互に配置されたスペーサー層が、前記供給液入口ポートと前記少なくとも1つの透過液ポートと前記濃縮液ポートとに封止され、前記少なくとも1つの透過液ポートの液体が、前記供給液ポートの液体および前記濃縮液ポートの液体と混合しないように行われる構成で提供するステップと、
前記供給液ポートにおける前記熱可塑性部分を同時に、、または前記少なくとも1つの透過液ポートの1つにおける前記熱可塑性部分を同時に、または前記濃縮液ポートにおける前記熱可塑性部分を同時に、ヒートシールするステップとを含む、方法。 - 加熱が、放射加熱要素を前記ポートの1つに延在させ、前記加熱要素にエネルギーを供給して、前記ポートにおける熱可塑性リングのすべてを加熱することによって行われる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- フィルタ構造物であって、前記フィルタ構造物の外部容積の1立方メートル(m3)につき少なくとも300平方メートル(m2)の活性膜フィルタ面積の充填密度を有し、前記フィルタは、浸漬された材料の1平方メートル(m2)につき抽出された汚染物が250mg未満であることを特徴とする材料から作られる、フィルタ構造物。
- 抽出された汚染物のレベルが、材料を酢酸/亜リン酸検査溶液に24時間浸漬し、濾過した脱イオン水で簡単に濯いで試料の表面から全ての残留溶液を除去し、次いで、抽出用の濾過した脱イオン水に浸漬し、水の試料が、6時間および24時間後に取られ、酢酸イオンおよび亜リン酸イオンのレベルに関してイオンクロマトグラフィによって分析され、かつ検出されたイオンのレベルがmg/m2に標準化されることによって得られる、請求項6記載のフィルタ構造物。
