Изобретение относитс  к усовершенствованному способу получени  пирбутерола дигидрохлорида формулы

который может быть использован в ка честве бронхорасшир ющего средства.
Целью изобретени   вл етс  упрощение процесса получени  хлоргидра- та пирбутерола.
Пример 1. Получение пирбутерола дигидрохлорида.
Раствор 5-гидрокси-2-(1-гидрок- си-2- трет-бутиламинозтил)-пиридина

(и,5иО г, 0,00238 моль) в 5 мл вод- ного 38%-ного раствора формальдегида и 1 мл триэтиламина нагревают 8 ч при температуре кипени  с об- 5 ратным холодильником. Добавл ют еще 5 мл водного раствора формальдегида и нагревание при температуре кипени  с обратным холодильником продолжают в течение 6 ч. Растворители 10 отгон ют в вакууме с получением неочищенного продукта, который выдел ют растворением в минимальном объеме холодного метанола и насыщением холодного раствора сухим хло- 15 ристым водородом с получением 0,52 г (70%) пирбутерола дигидрохлорида, т.пл. С (с разложением).

Claims (2)

1. СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ПИРБУ-
ТЕРОЛА ДИГИДРОХЛОРИДА исходя из
5-звмещенного 2-(1-окси-2- трет -бутиламиноэтил)-пиридина, отлича-’ ю щ и й с я тем, что, с целью упрощения процесса, в качестве 5-замещенного-2-(1-окси-2-трет -бутиламиноэтил)-пиридина используют соединение формулы кипятят с водным формальдекоторое гидом в присутствии органического основания, с последующей обработкой полученного продукта хлористым во дородом.
2. Способ по п.1, отлича тощи й с я тем,что в качестве слабого основания' используют триэтиламин.
