Claims (34)

1. Композиция катализатора FCC, содержащая первый цеолит в количестве от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 50% мас., выбираемый из группы из одного или более ультрастабилизированного или РЗЭ-замененного ультрастаибилизированного Y с высоким отношением SiO2/Al2O3, необязательно второй цеолит в количестве от 0 до 50% мас. от одного или более РЗЭ-замещенного Y-цеолита, необязательно от 0 до 30% мас. цеолита с размером пор от малого до среднего, от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 45% мас. квазикристаллического бемита, от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 35% мас. микрокристаллического бемита, первый диоксид кремния в количестве от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 20% мас., второй диоксид кремния в количестве от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 30% мас., от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 10% мас. одного или более редкоземельных компонентов в виде оксида и балансную глину.
2. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор имеет увеличенные мезопоры в диапазоне 6-40 нм по сравнению со стандартными базовыми катализаторами.
3. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий распределение диаметра пор, имеющее пик при диаметре пор от приблизительно 2,0 до приблизительно 6 нм.
4. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, вклад в общий объем пор которого для пор с диаметром от приблизительно 2,0 до приблизительно 6 нм составляет от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 30%, а для пор с диаметром приблизительно от 6 до 40 нм - от приблизительно 55 до приблизительно 70%.
5. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первый цеолит представляет собой один или более ультрастабилизированный Y-цеолит с высоким отношением SiO2/Al2O3.
6. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первый цеолит представляет собой один или более РЗЭ-замещенный ультрастабилизированный Y с высоким отношением SiO2/Al2O3.
7. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что один или более редкоземельных компонентов содержат лантан, иттрий, церий или их смеси.
8. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что один или более редкоземельных компонентов содержат лантан.
9. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что один или более редкоземельных компонентов добавляют к катализатору в виде гидроксида, хлорида, оксида, нитрата, сульфата, оксихлорида, ацетатов или карбонатов.
10. Катализатор FCC по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что один или более редкоземельных компонентов содержат нитрат лантана.
11. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что среднепористые цеолиты содержат ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-22, бета, ферриерит или их смеси.
12. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первый диоксид кремния содержит натрий-стабилизированный коллоидный диоксид кремния.
13. Катализатор FCC по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что второй источник диоксида кремния содержит кислотный коллоидный диоксид кремния или аммиак-стабилизированный коллоидный диоксид кремния, или стабилизированный коллоидный диоксид кремния с низким содержанием натрия, или поликремниевую кислоту, или их смеси
14. Процесс производства композиции катализатора по настоящему изобретению, получаемой посредством
добавления глины, бемита, первого диоксида кремния для формирования суспензии;
расщепления суспензии одноосновной кислотой до pH менее 4;
добавления одного или более цеолитов из группы ультрастабилизированного Y-цеолита с высоким отношением SiO2/Al2O3, РЗЭ-замещенных USY, РЗЭ-замещенных Y-цеолитов, цеолитов с пентасилом и бета-структурами к суспензии и ее смесям;
добавления к суспензии редкоземельного компонента либо после шага (a), либо после шага (c) и смешивание;
регулировки pH до значения 4 одноосновной кислотой;
добавления второго диоксида кремния на любом из вышеупомянутых шагов a-e;
дестабилизации суспензии посредством повышения pH до значения более 4,0;
формования и сбора полученного в результате катализатора.
необязательно, последующей кальцинации и шага последующей промывки для удаления избытка натрия сообразно необходимости.
15. Процесс по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что первый диоксид кремния содержит натрий-стабилизированный коллоидный диоксид кремния.
16. Процесс по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что второй источник диоксида кремния содержит кислотный коллоидный диоксид кремния или аммиак-стабилизированный коллоидный диоксид кремния, или стабилизированный коллоидный диоксид кремния с низким содержанием натрия, или поликремниевую кислоту, или их смеси
17. Процесс по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что один или более редкоземельных компонентов добавляют к катализатору в виде гидроксида, хлорида, оксида, нитрата, сульфата, оксихлорида, ацетатов или карбонатов.
18. Процесс по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что один или более редкоземельных компонентов содержат нитрат лантана.
19. Процесс по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что полученный в результате катализатор имеет увеличенные мезопоры в диапазоне 6-40 нм по сравнению со стандартными базовыми катализаторами.
20. Процесс по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что катализатор дополнительно содержит распределение диаметра пор, имеющее пик при диаметре пор от приблизительно 2,0 до приблизительно 6 нм.
21. Процесс по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что полученный в результате катализатор, вклад в общий объем пор которого для пор с диаметром от приблизительно 2,0 до приблизительно 6 нм составляет от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 30%, а для пор с диаметром приблизительно от 6 до 40 нм - от 55 до приблизительно 70%.

Композиция катализатора FCC, содержащая первый цеолит в количестве от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 50% мас., выбираемый из группы из одного или более ультрастабилизированного или РЗЭ-замененного ультрастаибилизированного Y с высоким отношением SiO2/Al2O3, необязательно второй цеолит в количестве от 0 до 50% мас. от одного или более РЗЭ-замещенного Y-цеолита, необязательно от 0 до 30% мас. цеолита с размером пор от малого до среднего, от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 45% мас. квазикристаллического бемита, от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 35% мас. микрокристаллического бемита, первый диоксид кремния в количестве от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 20% мас., второй диоксид кремния в количестве от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 30% мас., от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 10% мас. одного или более редкоземельных компонентов в виде оксида и балансную глину, произведенная посредством процесса по п. 14.
23. Процесс крекинга сырьевой нефтяной фракции, причем упомянутый процесс содержит шаги:
a) первый цеолит в количестве от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 50% мас., выбираемый из группы из одного или более ультрастабилизированного или РЗЭ-замененного ультрастаибилизированного Y с высоким отношением SiO2/Al2O3, необязательно второй цеолит в количестве от 0 до 50% мас. от одного или более РЗЭ-замещенного Y-цеолита, необязательно от 0 до 30% мас. цеолита с размером пор от малого до среднего, от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 45% мас. квазикристаллического бемита, от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 35% мас. микрокристаллического бемита, первый диоксид кремния в количестве от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 20% мас., второй диоксид кремния в количестве от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 30% мас., от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 10% мас. одного или более редкоземельных компонентов в виде оксида и балансную глину;
b) приведение в контакт катализатора FCC с упомянутой сырьевой нефтяной фракцией при температуре в диапазоне от 400 до 650°C, при этом время выдержки находится в диапазоне от 0,5 до 12 с.
