Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDIZADO; MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM CATALISADOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDIZADO; E MéTODO DE CRAQUEAMENTO DE UM SUPRIMENTO DE HIDROCARBONETO". Trata-se de um catalisador de craqueamento catalítico fluidizado, feito a partir de microesferas que contêm inicialmente caulim, uma alumina boemita passível de dispersão e um silicato de sódio ou aglutinante de sol de sílica. A parte de caulim contém caulim hidratado e, opcionalmente, espinélio ou mulita, ou tanto o espinélio, como a mulita, feitos através do caulim que foi calcinado através de seu exoterma característico. A calcinação da argila hidratada para metacaulim e a formação zeolítica insitu, pelo tratamento com silicato de sódio, rende um catalisador que contém Y-faujasita e transforma a boemita passível de dispersão em alumina transicional. O catalisador pode ser utilizado para craquear resíduo ou suprimentos que contenham resíduos, na medida em que a fase de alumina formada a partir da boemita passível de dispersão apassiva os contaminantes de níquel e vanádio.
