Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE COMPOSTOS à BASE DE SILICATO E UTILIZAçãO DO MESMO". A invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de compostos à base de silicato(s) de alcalinos e/ou de alcalino-terrosos e/ou de terras-raras, eventualmente sob a forma de silicatos mistos que associam pelo menos dois desses elementos, o dito processo fazendo intervir: (i) de preferência uma reação de conversão (1) de halogenetos dos ditos alcalinos e/ou das ditas terras-raras e/ou dos ditos alcalino-terrosos em sulfatos correspondentes, e (ii) uma reação de conversão (2) dos ditos sulfatos com sílica em silicatos correspondentes, o aporte térmico necessário para essa conversão sendo fornecido, pelo menos em parte, por uma reação de combustão (3) que utiliza um ou uma pluralidade de queimador(es) imersos(s).
