Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DE FLUIDO ZEOLìTICO; MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM CATALISADOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DE FLUIDO COM ELEVADO TEOR DE ZEóLITA; E MéTODO DE CRAQUEAMENTO DE UM GASóLEO". Trata-se de um processo in situ para fabricar catalisadores de craqueamento fluido zeolíticos através de secagem por aspersão de (i) caulim hídrico e/ou metacaulim, e (ii) fonte de alumínio calcinado, sendo que a dita fonte de alumínio calcinado é derivada a partir de um caulim ultrafino pulverizado, calcinando-se as microesferas resultantes para converter o caulim hídrico em metacaulim, e reagindo as microesferas compostas de uma mistura de metacaulim e fonte de alumínio calcinado com uma solução alcalina de silicato de sódio. A porcentagem em peso de metacaulim nas microesferas calcinadas é maior que o teor da fonte de alumínio calcinado.
