Abstract
본 발명은 소성된 카올린 클레이, 유리 산화마그네슘 및 동일 반응기 내에서 형성된 규산마그네슘 시멘트 결합제를 주로 포함하는, FCC에서 사용하기 위한 바나듐 트랩에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 가수 카올린클레이, 산화마그네슘 또는 수산화마그네슘 및 규산나트륨을 함유하는 물 중에서 슬러리를 형성시키고, 이 슬러리를 숙성시켜서 동일 반응기 내에서 규산마그네슘을 형성하고, 임의로 추가의 카올린 또는 콜로이드상 실리카, 또는 둘 다를 더 첨가하고, 분무 건조시켜서, 생성된 분무 건조된 미소구를 상당량의 결정성 규산마그네슘 또는 결정성 알루미늄산마그네슘으로 형성시키지 않고 소성시켜서 트랩을 제조하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (19)
- 카올린 클레이, 산화마그네슘 또는 수산화마그네슘 및, 규산나트륨을 물과 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성시키고, 이 슬러리를 숙성시키는 산화마그네슘 또는 수산화마그네슘의 일부와 실리카를 반응시킴으로써, 규산마그네슘을 형성하고, 상기 숙성된 슬러리를 임의로 콜로이드상 실리카, 카올린 클레이 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가한 후, 분무 건조시켜서 산화마그네슘, 카올린 클레이 및 동일 반응기 내에서 형성된 규산마그네슘을 포함하는 미소구를 형성하고, 이 미소구를 카올린 클레이를 탈수시키기에는 충분하지만 상당량의 결정성 규산마그네슘 또는 알루미늄산 마그네슘을 형성시키기에는 불충분한 시간 및 온도로 소성시키는 것을 포함하는, 제올라이트계 크래킹 성분을 함유하는 유동성 이산 미소구를 갖는 바나듐 함유 원료유를 유동 크래킹시키는데 유용한 미소구를 제조하기 위한 분무 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분무 건조되는 슬러리 중의 모든 카올린이 숙성시키기 전에 첨가되고 콜로이드상 실리카는 분무 건조 전에 숙성된 슬러리에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부분 건조되는 슬러리 중의 카올린 클레이의 일부가 숙성시키기 전에 가해지고 추가의 카올린 클레이가 인라인(inline) 혼합기에 의해 숙성된 슬러리에 더 가해지는 방법.
- 물, 카올린 클레이, 규산나트륨 및 산화마그네슘과 산화마그네슘 분산제를 포함하는 제1 유체 분산 슬러리 (A)를 형성하고; 이 슬러리를 숙성시키고; 이 숙성된 슬러리에 그의 고형분 함량이 더 많음에도 불구하고 상기 슬러리 유체를 유지시키기에 충분한 고전단 교반을 사용하여 추가의 카올린 클레이를 더 첨가하여 슬러리 (A)보다 고형분 함량이 더 많은 제2 슬러리 (B)를 형성하고; 여전히 유체상태인 상기 슬러리 (B)를 즉시 분무건조시키고; 유리 산화마그네슘 및 카올린 클레이를 포함하는 생성된 미소구를 회수하며; 이 미소구를 카올린을 탈수시키기에는 충분하지만 카올린이 특징적인 카올린 발열 반응을 하거나 또는 결정성 규산마그네슘 또는 알루미늄산마그네슘을 형성하기에는 불충분한 시간 및 온도로 소성시키는 것을 포함하는, 원료유 중에 본래 함유된 바나듐을 표면 부동화시키는 제올라이트계 크래킹 성분을 함유하는 이산 유동성 미소구를 갖는 원료유를 유동 크래킹시키는데 유용한, 카올린 클레이 매트릭스중에 산화마그네슘을 포함하는 내마모성 유도성 미소구를 제조하기 위한 분무 건조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소성된 미소구가 NgO를 2 내지 40중량% 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소성된 미소구가 NgO를 5 내지 25중량% 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소성된 미소구가 NgO를 7 내지 20중량% 함유하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리 (A) 및 상기 슬러리 (B)의 겉보기 점도가 브룩필드 점도제를 사용하여 2번 스핀들로 측정할 때 1000센티포이즈 미만인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 카올린이 고전단 교반을 제공하는 인라인 혼합기에 의해 상기 슬러리 (B)에 가해지는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 카올린 클레이의 약 100중량%가 모두 1 미크론 미만의 크기를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 규산나트륨의 SiO2/Na2O의 몰비가 약 2.88인 방법.
- 미세 입도의 무수 X-선 비결정질 카올린 클레이 입자와 소량의 규산마그네슘 시멘트와의 혼합물 중에 X-선법으로 측정하여 적어도 2중량%의 양으로 유리 MgO 입자를 포함하고, 상기 무수 카올린이 주성분이며, BET 표면적이 15m2/g미만이고, 결정성 규산마그네슘 및 결정성 알루미늄산마그네슘 상이 거의 없고, 100% 스팀으로 804.4℃(1480℉)에서 4시간 동안 스팀 처리하기 전후의 EAI 2중량% 미만이고, 전체 세공 용적이 0.1 내지 0.4cc/g 범위인, 유동 접촉 크래킹에서 바나듐 트랩으로서 유용한 내마모성 미소구.
- 제12항에 있어서, 유리 MgO의 함량이 5 내지 25중량%의 미소구.
- 제12항에 있어서, 유리 MgO의 함량이 7 내지 20중량%의 미소구.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전체 세공 용적이 0.15 내지 0.35cc/g 범위인 미소구.
- 제12항에 있어서, 전체 세공 용적이 0.15 내지 0.3cc/g 범위인 미소구.
- 제12항에 있어서, 표면적이 10m2/g 미만인 미소구.
- 접촉 크래킹 조건하에서 탄화수소 원료를 제올라이트계 크래킹 촉매의 유동성 미소구 및 제12항의 미소구의 물리적 혼합물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 바나듐으로 오염된 탄화수소 원료의 접촉 크래킹 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 유리 MgO를 함유하는 미소구가 상기 혼합물의 2 내지 50중량% 범위내의 양으로 존재하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
